Abstract

Soil erosion is an environmental problem that occurs in many parts of the world because it involves ecological, social and economic aspects. Kikim sub-watershed is part of the Musi river area, most of the topographic conditions are flat slopes (54.64%), steep slopes with a total percentage of 12.81%. Meanwhile, hydrological conditions have a maximum daily rainfall with a high category so that the potential for erosion and flooding is very high. The purpose of this study was to identify soil erosion vulnerability based on morphometric parameters. The research data used DEM-SRTM 30 meters and then extracted into a map of the sub-watershed and river networks to calculate morphometric parameters. The method used was the weighted sum analysis (WSA) with a GIS application approach. The DEM data excavation found 11 (eleven) sub-watersheds with an area ranging from 81.26 km2 to 220.50 km2, and the total length of the river was 2221.24 km. Based on the weighted results of the WSA method, two sub-watersheds (SB3 and SB7) had very high soil erosion vulnerability, moderate soil erosion vulnerability in SB1, SB2, SB4, SB8, SB10, and SB11. Furthermore, the low soil erosion vulnerability (SB9), and very low soil erosion vulnerability were at SB5 and SB6. The results of this study could be used for conservation zone planning to control soil erosion.

Abstract

The availability of clean water is highly expected by the community to support their daily activities, ideal clean water must be clear, colorless, tasteless, odorless, without germs and all living things that endanger human health that come from wells, surface springs, rivers and services of the Regional Drinking Water Company. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of household customer satisfaction with the Pagar Alam Municipal Drinking Water Company in the Perumnas Nendagung area. With 542 active subscribers, the service quality is still not optimal, especially in the Perumnas Nendagung area. As for data collection, a questionnaire was carried out to 85 PDAM customers in the Perumnas Nendagung area randomly. For research data processing using the Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) method, the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). From the results of research, clean water treatment is the most important priority for improvement and from the results of the research, the overall customer assessment of product quality and service quality can be said to be quite satisfied with the CSI score of 0.6335 for product quality and 0.6357 for service quality.

Abstract

The fulfillment of The clean Water needs residents of Perumnas Griya Sejahtera, Pagaralam City managed by the UPTD Publis Water Utilities (PAMS). The water supply from the source of water derived from the intake Gunung Dempo, Antan Delapan. Perumnas Griya Sejahtera was became a customer of UPTD Publis Water Utilities (PAMS) since 2018. To that year, It was registered 95 domestic connections. In the following years there was an enhancemet, in 2019 was 167 connections and in 2020 was 254 connections. But for non domestic connection there was only 1 connection. The research aimed to determine the capacity of streamed water supply to Perumnas Griya Sejahtera Pagaralam City now and to know the sufficient of clean water needs for the next 10 years (2030). The study used arithmetic methods, geometry and last-square. Based on the results of the analysis was known that the water discharge UPTD Publis Water Utilities (PAMS) for Perumnas Griya Sejahtera was 1,974 liters/sec or 5.287.161,6 liters/month. Total Clean water needs of Perumnas Griya Sejahtera customers in 2030 was 6,469 liters/sec or 17.322.589,2 liter/month. So that it could be deduced water discharge UPTD Publis Water Utilities (PAMS) for Perumnas Griya Sejahtera was not enough for the customers Perumnas Griya Sejahtera until the year 2030.

Abstract

Natural disasters are one of the phenomena that can occur at any time, anywhere and at any time, causing risks to human life, both property losses and human lives. The results of the evacuation route by class, Find the nearest Facilities and Find the Best Route as for the route that goes to the class Find the closeset Facilities Are Kampung 4, Janang, Talang beduk, Bedeng Krese, Ptpn 7, Rimau, Tangsi II, enter the class route Find the Best Route.

Abstract

The phenomenon of development (swelling) of clay soil which causes various impacts on the construction of civil buildings, especially road construction, especially in the area of ​​South Sumatra where most of the area is swampy. One of the mixtures to improve soil quality can use lime and cement with certain levels. The research method is experimental in the laboratory. The results of the physical properties test, namely the Sieve Analysis to pass No.200, obtained a value of 82.70%, Density obtained a value of 2.523, Liquid Limit obtained a value of 76.84%, Plastic Limit obtained a value of 44.78%, Plasticity Index obtained a value of 32.06%. The results of mechanical properties testing, namely Standard Density, obtained a Yd value of 1.216 gr / cm3 at the optimum water content of 37.20%, laboratory CBR obtained a CBR value of 3.73%. The CBR test results of the original Soil Laboratory showed that the CBR value was 3.73%. The results of laboratory CBR testing with the addition of 2% lime + 2% cement obtained CBR values ​​of 16.46%. The results of laboratory CBR testing with the addition of 4% lime + 4% cement obtained CBR values ​​of 28.60%. The results of laboratory CBR testing with the addition of 6% lime + 6% cement, obtained a CBR value of 34.48%.
