Abstract

Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) DR. Hadrianus Sinaga setiap tahunnya memberikan penghargaan kepada pegawai yang berprestasi. Dalam proses penilaian pegawai berprestasi masih secara manual dan sangat tidak efektif, sehingga dirasa kurang optimal dan memerlukan banyak waktu baik dalam menyusun laporan maupun proses memutuskan calon pegawai berprestasi. Untuk menyelesaikan persoalan tersebut, maka diperlukan suatu Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) untuk menbantu pihak rumah sakit dalam memilih pegawai yang berkualitas dan berpretasi. Dalam pengambilan keputusan, metode yang dipakai dalam SPK ini adalah Multi Factor Evalution Process (MFEP). Pada metode MFEP ini pengambilan keputusan dilakukan dengan memberikan pertimbangan subjektif dan intuitif terhadap faktor yang dianggap penting. Pertimbangan tersebut berupa pemberiaan bobot atas multifactor yang terlibat dan dianggap penting. Aplikasi yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem ini adalah bahasa pemprogramana PHP untuk pembuatan programnya dan MySql untuk pembuatan database. Dengan menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan ini, pemilihan pegawai berprestasi pada RSUD DR. Hadrianus Sinaga menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien serta menutup kemungkinan terjadinya kecurangan. Dari hasil pengujian system dan hasil analisa data bahwa A8 (Sumihar Tamba) mendapat nilai tertinggi dengan Bobot Evaluasi 81 dan Paling rendah A4 (Lenni Simbolon) dengan Bobot Evaluasi 70,75

Abstract

require a large area, but there are still problems, namely in terms of watering, but there are still problems with the aquaponic plant care system, the manual system used has not been able to detect turbidity in the water in the pond catfish, detecting water pH in fish ponds, temperature detecting water in catfish ponds automatically and in real time, this requires cultivators to check water conditions continuously, this is quite troublesome. From the existing problems, it is necessary to have an intelligent system that can monitor the aquaponics system in real time and with precision. One of them is to use a smart system using an Arduino based on the Internet of Things. The tool used is Arduino. Arduino functions to process signals from the ds18b20 temperature sensor, turbidity sensor, and water pH as components and to display a 16x2 LCD. Arduino is implemented with a program that functions as an initializer and hardware configuration as well as reading signals and input from the temperature sensor and cloudy, pH water which then processes it given several conditions to produce information and display the LCD. The results of the study can control the temperature sensor, cloudiness, pH of the water, automatically in the aquaponic system maintenance, the measurements obtained from the sensors installed in the Cayenne Pepper and Catfish Treatment System Using the Arduino-Based Aquaponic Method. The light will be active when the temperature is not normal, and if the water is cloudy, the pH is not normal, the red light will be on.

Abstract

Investment is an activity to manage finances to achieve their financial dreams. Investing has its own challenges for each individual. In general, people are very hesitant to invest for fear of loss or usury. One way to avoid losses from investing is to know the characteristics of self-investment. In this study, a website-based application was designed to identify the investment character. To recognize the characteristics of research data needed as application knowledge to make decisions. Breadth First Search (BFS) can search for characters that match the knowledge data that has been planted. Through this research, it can be seen that BFS has a sufficient level in recognizing and classifying characters. The accuracy rate of BFS in recognizing characteristics and providing related explanations obtained from the test is 91.6%

Abstract

Groceries suppliers can operate in the trading sector. However, the problem experienced by suppliers is that it is difficult to predict the groceries stock needed in the next period, besides that there are certain limitations in predicting the groceries stock. Seeing these problems, it is necessary to build a forecasting application for groceries stock with the least square and double exponential smoothing methods which aim to solve problems with groceries suppliers. Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi Informasi saat ini tumbuh pesat, hal tersebut memacu seluruh lembaga atau instansi untuk dapat memaksimalkan serta menggunakan pemakaian teknologi data sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Sebagian besar pengolahan informasi kepegawaian di dinas pendidikan Nyalindung masih dilakukan secara manual, baik mengolah maupun menyimpan informasi, sehingga menjadi penghambat kinerja pegawai. karena jumlah pegawai yang dipekerjakan di dinas pendidikan Nyalindung akan bertambah dari waktu ke waktu. Bersumber pada permasalah di atas hingga kasus utama yang diteliti merupakan bagaimana membangun sistem data kepegawaian Dinas Pendidikan Nyalindung yang dapat difungsikan dalam proses pengolahan informasi administrasi pegawai. Perangkat lunak yang di gunakan untuk membangun sistem ini merupakan database MySQL, bahasa pemrograman PHP, Server HTTP yaitu AppServ Version 2. 5. 5, Website Browser yaitu Internet Explorer serta editor Macromedia Dreamweawer. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan sistem data prosedur kepegawaian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Dinas Pendidikan Nyalindung berupaya mengaplikasikan konsep sistem data dalam mengelolah informasi kepegawaian yang ketentuan dengan banyak informasi serta aktifitas berupa proses kerja dalam peningkatan kinerja, mempermudah pembuatan laporan. dengan tujuan supaya beban kerjanya menjadi lebih ringan serta hasil yang di miliki dapat lebih akurat.

Abstract

Smartphones are the result of the development of communication and information technology. The various types of smartphones on the market can cause a problem to arise where prospective buyers can feel confused about choosing what type of smartphone that fits their criteria. In this study, the fuzzy model of the Tahani database system was applied so that the data in the form of selection criteria could be used as information to provide recommendations for choosing a smartphone. The results of this study are a list of smartphone recommendations that have been calculated by the system so that users can use these recommendation references in choosing a smartphone.

Abstract

The Bayes method is a method for generating parameter estimates by combining information from the sample and other previously available information. The Bayes approach to statistical estimation methods combines the information contained in the sample with other previously available information. The Bayesian technique uses the initial distribution together with the evidence contained by the sample to calculate the posterior distribution for the parameter . Conclusions regarding the next parameter are based on the posterior distribution and the parameters in this sample are social media dependent parameters

Abstract

A computer simulation application system that can analyze the benefits of developing an infrastructure development project in a sub-district and simulated in the fuzzy toolbox application Matlab 7.9.2 In analyzing the benefits of infrastructure development, several economic rules and feasibility studies for infrastructure development are used, namely aspects of benefits, aspects of effectiveness and aspects of efficiency . These rules are applied to the results of the benefit data when infrastructure development is carried out in the first year, then the results of the benefit data are processed using Mamdani fuzzy logic reasoning which consists of 2 inference processes. In processing fuzzy input data, it produces output from the inference process which is then classified into 5 eligibility conditions, namely, low, normal, high, very high and not feasible, which are used as a means of supporting infrastructure development decisions in an area

Abstract

Koperasi Baytul Ikhtiar adalah salah satu lembaga keuangan berbasis mikro syariah, pada kegiatan yang di lakukan di koperasi tentunya membutuhkan alat tulis kantor atau yang biasa disebut ATK sebagai sarana penunjang kerja. Saat ini dalam proses pengelolaan dan penyediaan data alat tulis kantor di koperasi ini masih menggunakan cara manual sehingga laporan yang di hasilkan belum optimal. Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi persediaan alat tulis kantor berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Dalam pembangunan sistem ini di harapkan dapat membantu dalam menyediakan informasi mengenai persediaan alat tulis kantor serta membantu dan mempercepat proses pembuatan laporan pemakaian guna mengurangi ketidaktepatan informasi sehingga akan menghasilkan laporan yang dapat dipertanggung jawabkan.

Abstract

A Zoo is a green open space that used to maintain welfare and exhibit animals for the public. Visitors who come to the zoo reach thousands of people a day and some of them are families who want to have recreation. The enthusiasm of visitors can be seen from visitors who want to give food to animals even though it is prohibited because it is dangerous and the animals have a predetermined diet. This study aims to make a vending machine in the form of purchasing tickets for feeding animals at the zoo with the working principle of a vending machine that implements finite state automata. The method used in this study consists of five stages, the first stage is problem identification, the second stage is system design using UML, the third stage is FSA design using state diagrams, the fourth stage is FSA testing using JFLAP, and the last stage is design of vending machine. The conclusion obtained from this study is that the application of the FSA concept to the pet food ticket vending machine can make transactions as many as 6 animal feeding schedules, this can be useful in adding services to the zoo.
