Abstract

The purpose of the study was (1) to determine the effect of the variable Competence, Work Environment, and Motivation partially or simultaneously on the variable of State Civil Apparatus Work Achievement at the Bondowoso Population and Civil Registry Service. (2) To determine the effect of the variables Competence, Work Environment and Motivation which have a dominant influence on the variable of State Civil Apparatus Work Achievement at the Population and Civil Registry Service Bondowoso. The method used in this study is the validity test, reliability test, Classical Assumption Test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and determination test. Based on the results of the study that the results of multiple linear regression are Y = -2.477E-17 + 0.456X1 + 0.444X2 + 0.395X3 + e. The results of the t-test showed that the competency variable was tcount 2.822 > ttable 2.055 sig 0.009 <0.05. Work Environment variable value tcount 2.450 > ttable 2.055 sig 0.021 <0.05. The value of the Motivation variable is tcount 2.226 > ttable 2.055 sig 0.035 <0.05, namely Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that the variables of Competence, Work Environment and Motivation partially affect work performance. The results of the F test show that the value of Fcount is 6.128 > Ftable 2.98 sig 0.003 < 0.05, that the variables Competence, Work Environment, Motivation have a simultaneous effect on Work Performance at the Bondowoso Population and Civil Registration Service. The dominant variable is Competence. R square contributes 41.4%, meaning that it has a strong enough influence on the dependent variable (Work Achievement) and the remaining 58.6% is influenced by other variables not included in the study.

Abstract

This research was conducted to see the effect of work environment, occupational health and safety on employee morale at PT PLN (Persero) Genteng . This research was conducted at the office of PT PLN (Persero) Genteng, Banyuwangi Regency, to be precise, all employees totaling 60 people. Sampling was done by using a census technique in which all populations were used as research samples . This is done to increase employee morale as seen from the work environment, work health and work safety. The analysis usedin this research consists of instrument test (validity test and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicoline aritas test, auto correlation test, and heteroscedasticity test), hypothesis test in the form of partial t test and determination coefficient analysis. . The results of multiple linear regression analysis in this study prove that the work environment (0.213), occupational health (0.211), and work safety (0.241) have a significant effect on employee morale.

Abstract

Human Resources is one of the important factors in an organization or company. Human Resources must be managed properly to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization. Therefore, it is necessary to have a company function, namely human resource management.The results of the multiple linear regression analysis equation are: Y = 1,744 + 0.366 X1 + 0.697 X2+ -0.602 X3 + e.show that in the Compensation variable, the value of tcount is 4.819 > ttable 2.032 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.In the Work environment variable, the tcount value is 10.169 < ttable 2.032 and a significant value is 0.00 > 0.05,so Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected independently (partial).The Organizational culture variable has no significant effect on job satisfactiona tcount of -1.310 < ttable 2.032 and a significant value of 0.199 > 0.05together (simultaneously) have a significant influence on job satisfaction.The results of the calculation of the dominant test can be concluded that the value of the compensation variable (X1) is 4.819 while the value of the work environment variable (X2) is 10.169 and organizational culture (X3) is -1310, then H3 states that the work environment variable has the most dominant influence on employee job satisfaction is accepted.

Abstract

Satisfaction is an assessment of the characteristics or features of a product, service, or product itself, which provides a level of consumer pleasure related to meeting consumption needs. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction during the COVID-19 pandemic at Wedding Crafting Rumah Mahar Situbondo in 2021. This study uses Ex Post Facto research. The population in this study is the consumer of the Mahar House, the technique of determining respondents is using accidental sampling. Data collection in this study was carried out using observation, questionnaires, and documentation and then analyzed by Chi Square Test. From the results of data analysis obtained by using the Chi Square test analysis formula produces rhit of 14.394 rhit. And at the 5% significance level, the rtab price was 3.841, meaning that the rhit price was 9.393 > the rtab price was 3.841. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Wedding Crafting of Rumah Mahar Situbondo in 2021. The results of the analysis using the contingency coefficient formula (KK) obtained a correlation coefficient value of 0.43. After consulting with the interpretation table above, the value of 0.43 lies between ± 0.41 to ± 0.60, so the level of correlation between the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction is a moderate correlation.

Abstract

This study aims 1 to determinethe effectbof service quality, Brand image, and trust partially affect the loyalty of violators 2 to determine the effect of service quality, brand image and trust influence simultaneously on costomer loyalty 3 to find out between service quality, brand image and trust ae the most dominant influence on costomer loyalty. The method uset in this research is quantitative method. The results are multiple linear regression equation Y = 3,550E-17+ 0,214X_1 + 0,213X_2 + 0,510X_3 + e. Partially, service quality has a significant positive effect with a value of 2,732, amouting to 1,663, brand image has a significant positive effect with a value of 2,469, amaoting to 1,663. Trust has a significant positive effect whith a value of 5,721, amouting to 1,663. Simultaneously the quality of service, brand image and trust affect costomer loyalty, whith a value of 26,091, of 2,72. The most dominant variable in this study is must trus with a value of 5,721.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and remuneration on employee performance during the covid-19 pandemic at CV Multazam Situbondo in 2021. This study uses Ex Post Facto research. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Multazam Pecaron, totaling 39 people. Data collection in this study was carried out using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation and then analyzed by multiple regression analysis. From the results of data analysis obtained using the multiple regression analysis formula, the R-count value is compared to the R-table, and the results of the comparison of the R-table with a significance level of 5% with a sample of 39 people obtained R-table = 0.329 while the major hypothesis Ry(1 ,2) = 0.736. using the significance test. The calculation of the analysis of variance of the regression line obtained a Freg of 21.387. And when consulted with the F table for db = 2 and db = 36 with a significance level of 5%, it was obtained 3.26. the effectiveness of the regression line is obtained by 54.31% %. This means that the effective contribution of the overall predictors of student learning outcomes contributed 54.31% and the variables (other factors) that were not examined were 100% 54.31% = 45.69%.

Abstract

Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return on Assets (RoA) partially on the stock price variable at Conventional Commercial Banks (2) to determine the effect of the variable Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return on Assets (RoA) simultaneously on the stock price variable at Conventional Commercial Banks (3) to determine the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) variable, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) ) and Return on Assets (RoA) are dominant to the variable of stock prices at Conventional Commercial Banks. Methods of data analysis used in this research are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, dominant test and coefficient of determination. The results of multiple linear regression analysis are Y = 67,534,048 – 607,852 X1 – 19,820X2 + 1,673,280 X3 + e. Partially, LDR has a significant effect with tcount -4.018 < ttable -2.028, DER has a significant effect with tcount -3.180 < ttable -2.028 and RoA has no significant effect with tcount 1.546 < ttable 2.028. Simultaneously LDR, DER and RoA have a significant effect with Fcount 19.833 > Ftable 2.87. The most dominant variable in this study is LDR with a value of -4.018
