Abstract

Perkembangan dan pertumbuhan manusia akan terhenti, sehingga berikutnya akan terjadi banyak perubahan pada fungsi tubuh manusia. Perubahan tersebut paling banyak terjadi pada wanita karena pada proses menua terjadi suatu fase yaitu fase menopause (Sasitorn, 2016). Menopause merupakan masa berhentinya menstruasi yang terjadi pada perempuan dengan rentang usia 48 sampai 55 tahun. Peristiwa Pre-menopause sering tidak menjadi perhatian bagi kebanyakan wanita karena dianggapnya sebagai peristiwa alami, sebagian kecil mengganggapnya sebagai sesuatu yang buruk, menopause juga dianggap sebagai hal yang tabu untuk dibicarakan secara terbuka. Hal ini dikarenakan dasar pengetahuan wanita tentang menopause masih sedikit sehingga wanita Pre-menopause enggan untuk mencaritahu tentang informasi tentang Pre-menopause. cara mengatasimasa menopauseketerlibatan pemerintah dan juga masyarakat dalam mengatasi masalah menopause antara lain bekerjasama dengan tim dari berbagai disiplin ilmu misalnya psikologi dan tenaga kesehatan melalui kegiatan posyandu lansia sebagai tempat efektif untuk memberikan informasi tentang Pre-menopause, menopause, dan pasca menopause. Peran bidan di komunitas diharapkan dapat memberikan konseling di wilayah kerjanya sebagai tempat yang efektif untuk memberikan informasi tentang Pre-menopause, menopause, dan pasca menopause.

Abstract

Satisfaction is an assessment of the characteristics or features of a product, service, or product itself, which provides a level of consumer pleasure related to meeting consumption needs. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction during the COVID-19 pandemic at Wedding Crafting Rumah Mahar Situbondo in 2021. This study uses Ex Post Facto research. The population in this study is the consumer of the Mahar House, the technique of determining respondents is using accidental sampling. Data collection in this study was carried out using observation, questionnaires, and documentation and then analyzed by Chi Square Test. From the results of data analysis obtained by using the Chi Square test analysis formula produces rhit of 14.394 rhit. And at the 5% significance level, the rtab price was 3.841, meaning that the rhit price was 9.393 > the rtab price was 3.841. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Wedding Crafting of Rumah Mahar Situbondo in 2021. The results of the analysis using the contingency coefficient formula (KK) obtained a correlation coefficient value of 0.43. After consulting with the interpretation table above, the value of 0.43 lies between ± 0.41 to ± 0.60, so the level of correlation between the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction is a moderate correlation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and remuneration on employee performance during the covid-19 pandemic at CV Multazam Situbondo in 2021. This study uses Ex Post Facto research. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Multazam Pecaron, totaling 39 people. Data collection in this study was carried out using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation and then analyzed by multiple regression analysis. From the results of data analysis obtained using the multiple regression analysis formula, the R-count value is compared to the R-table, and the results of the comparison of the R-table with a significance level of 5% with a sample of 39 people obtained R-table = 0.329 while the major hypothesis Ry(1 ,2) = 0.736. using the significance test. The calculation of the analysis of variance of the regression line obtained a Freg of 21.387. And when consulted with the F table for db = 2 and db = 36 with a significance level of 5%, it was obtained 3.26. the effectiveness of the regression line is obtained by 54.31% %. This means that the effective contribution of the overall predictors of student learning outcomes contributed 54.31% and the variables (other factors) that were not examined were 100% 54.31% = 45.69%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan alat peraga Algebraic Experience Material (AEM) terhadap Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Banyuputih Tahun 2019 / 2020 ditinjau dari tes kemampuan matematika serta untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang menyebabkan siswa keliru dalam menyelesaikan tes kemampuan matematika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode campuran (Mixed Methods) dengan desain quasi eksperimen. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dalam segala aspek. Siswa dikategorikan mampu menyelesaikan tes kemampuan matematika. Faktor – faktor yang menyebabkan siswa keliru dalam menyelesaikan tes kemampuan matematika diantaranya adalah kelas eksperimen kurang teliti dalam proses penyelesaian hasil akhir sehingga membuat hasil tidak maksimal. Sedangkan kelas kontrol kurangnya pemahaman terhadap soal, ketidak lengkapan dalam membaca soal dan tidak fokus dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research was conducted to improve student’s learning activity and their learning outcomes in social science subject by using Cooperative Learning Model with Snowball Throwing. This research was Classroom Action Research, by using Kemmis and Mc Taggart model with two cycles. This research was accompanied by research instrument such as observation sheets, interview sheets, and paper based test. The research was conducted in class VIII-B State Junior High School 1 Jangkar, which participated by 26 students. The result of this study showed that student’s learning activity and learning outcomes on social science subject were increased after the implementation of cooperative learning model with Snowball Throwing. The percentage of student’s learning activity in the first cycle was 71,39% with “Quite Active” criteria and learning outcomes mastery obtained 69,23%, whereas the percentage of student’s learning activity on the second cycle increased to 90,87% with “Very Active” criteria and their learning outcomes mastery obtained 92,30%. Thus, it can be concluded that snowball throwing learning model can improve student’s learning activity and learning outcomes

Abstract

Seeing the differences in the results of several previous studies on metacognitive abilities in problem solving, researchers are interested in examining students' metacognitive abilities in problem solving in terms of gender differences. This problem is important to study because it aims to determine the implementation of the metacognitive abilities of male and female students in problem solvingThe purpose of this study was to determine the metacognitive ability of male and female students in problem solving using TIMSS questions at SMP Al-Falah Pesanggrahan Jangkar for the 2020/2021 academic year. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were one male student and one female student from class VII SMP AL-Falah Pesanggrahan who had the same mathematical ability. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, mathematical ability tests and TIMSS questions. Data analysis in this study was analyzed on each data collection technique. The results of data analysis showed that there was no difference in metacognitive ability in problem solving between male and female students. The metacognitive abilities of male and female students have been used well in problem solving. Both of them can explain their thinking process in every stage of problem solving. Abstract

Primary data by using repetition test and observation with at checklist, and secondary data with interview. Researcher uses target value necessity determine successful criteria to analyzes data. Abstract

Coronavirus Diseases 2019 (COVID-19) is a worldwide epidemic. The Covid-19 outbreak has an impact on the world of education, one of which is at MA Sarji Ar-Rasyid which is a boarding school-based school. In this case, it is necessary to conduct research to find out the difficulties experienced or faced by the MA mathematics teacher Sarji Ar-Rasyid in learning challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is a qualitative with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data sources include primary data sources, namely interviews and secondary data sources, supporting research data. The selected data source is Mathematics Teacher. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the study are that the school remains active as usual, but students do not wear uniforms but use ordinary Muslim clothes. Learning is done offline / face to face. Difficulties or obstacles for mathematics teachers in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely the decrease in student enthusiasm for learning, the decrease in the level of teacher attendance.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan Pelatihan Kesenian Hadrah Sebagai Media Peningkatan Karakter Religius Melalui Kesenian Islam Siswa Kelas 7F di SMP Negeri 1 Panji Kabupaten Situbondo sebagai bentuk kepedulian kita dalam melestarikan budaya seni hadrah islam. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini terbagi beberapa tahapan, diantaranya yaitu melakukan peninjauan terhadap permasalahan yang mitra alami, membuat perencanaan serta penyusunan rencana kegiatan seperti menentukan materi, dan jadwal pelatihan serta koordinasi dengan pihak mitra yaitu perijinan lokasi pelatihan dan peminjaman fasilitas pelatihan hadrah. Hasil yang telah dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah tersedianya lokasi pelatihan dan fasilitas kesenian hadrah serta jasa pendampingan untuk peserta pelatihan siswa SMP kelas 7F untuk ikut serta dalam kegiatan lomba seni hadrah yang diselenggarakan di SMP Negeri 1 Panji. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memberikan banyak manfaat diantaranya mampu menjadi media pendidikan karakter siswa khususnya dalam meningkatkan karakter religius dan disiplin siswa.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor eksternal yang dapat mempengaruhi prestasi belajar peserta didik adalah lingkungan keluarga dalam hal ini adalah perhatian orang tua. Telah dilakukan penelitian di SMK Khamas Asembagus dengan subyek penelitian yaitu peserta didik kelas X dan XI sebanyak 111 responden yang diambil berdasarkan teknik probability sampling tipe simple random sampling. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “kontribusi perhatian orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar matematika peserta didik di masa pandemi covid-19”. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Sederhana. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dua jenis skala, yaitu skala perhatian orang tua dan prestasi belajar matematika, Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan penggunaan program SPSS versi 18.0. Hasil uji instrumen penelitian diperoleh rhitung > rtabel dan diperoleh Alpha Cronbach sebesar 0.747, ini menunjukkan bahwa instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini valid dan reliabel. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linear sederhana diperoleh persamaan linear sederhana Y = 71,927 – 0.041X dan koefisien determinasi R Square = 0.056 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.012 < 0.05, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi perhatian orang tua terhadap peserta didik sehingga hipotesis diterima. Sumbangan koefisien determinasi (R Square) adalah 0,056 yang artinya perhatian orang tua memiliki kontribusi sebesar 5.6% terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik sedangkan 94.4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
