Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of achievement on the entrepreneurial interest of students of Economics Education FKIP University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Knowing whether there is an effect of self-efficacy on the entrepreneurial interest of Economic Education FKIP students, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Knowing the effect of achievement and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest in Economics Education FKIP University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. This type of research is quantitative research. The population of this study were students of economic education at Muhammadiyah Bengkulu University class 2018, 2019, 2020 who were still active. The sample used is saturated sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. Achievement has an effect on entrepreneurial interest in Economics Education students, FKIP University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, obtained from the value of t-count < t-table which is 3.535 < 1.660 so that Ha1 is accepted and Ho1 is rejected. Self-efficacy has an effect on entrepreneurial interest in Economics Education students, FKIP Muhammadiyah Bengkulu University, obtained from the value of t-count < t-table which is 3.508 < 1.659 so that Ha2 is accepted and Ho2 is rejected. Achievement and Self-Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Interest in Economic Education FKIP students, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest in Economics Education FKIP students, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. This is obtained from the results of the calculated f value > f table 7.364> 3.08. So that Ha3 is accepted and Ho3 is rejected and the level of influence is 12.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Marketing Strategy of MSMEs in Anggut Atas Village in facing the market in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era. This research is oriented towards souvenir shops typical of Bengkulu located in Anggut Atas Village, Ratu Samban District, Bengkulu City, namely Ratu Samban and Akilah 2R Shops. This research uses descriptive. Sources of data in this study the author uses 2 sources, namely Primary Data and Secondary Data. The data collection technique of this research used observation, interviews, and documentation. There are 3 data analysis techniques, namely Data Reduction, Data Display, and Conclusion Drawing/Verification. The results of this study are the MSME Strategy of Ratu Samban and Akilah 2R Stores using 5 indicators, namely Product, Price, Packaging, Promotions, People. Product Strategy Ratu Samban Store maintains Product Quality and Akilah 2R Store makes product innovations. Price Strategy Ratu Samban Store has decreased its price while Akilah 2R Store has remained stable. Packaging Strategy Ratu Samban Store and Akilah 2R Store both have 2 variations of packaging. Promotion Strategy (Promotions) Ratu Samban Store markets products directly, while Akilah 2R Store uses social media & E-Commerce. The People Strategy, for the number of employees at the Ratu Samban Store and Akilah 2R Store, there was a reduction in employees and for the difference in visitors before and after the pandemic, the Ratu Samban Store and Akilah 2R Store were empty of visitors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Marketing Strategy in Increasing Sales Volume at Donkent Cafe Bengkulu. The method used in this research is descriptive. In this study the data and data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Collecting data using observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions,. Based on the results of research at Donkent Cafe Bengkulu, the following results were obtained: (1) from the product strategy using quality raw materials; (2) from the price strategy (price) prices that can be reached by all levels of society with a variety of payment systems; (3) from the strategy the place has a strategic location which is located on the main road of the highway; (4) from promotion strategies using social media such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok and other social media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online learning at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. This type of research is qualitative research. Sources of data in this study the authors use 2 sources of primary data and secondary data. The subjects in this study were lecturers at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu with the position of Head Lector. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data display and Conclusion Drawing/verification. The results of this study showed that most of the lecturers at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu found online learning to be less effective.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the business development strategy to increase competitiveness in the Aroma Bakery 3 micro business in Bengkulu City. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that Aroma Bakery 3 always carries out business development, even though the motive for changing circumstances such as motives in terms of characteristics and business capital has a very high influence on the business. There are always opportunities for business development. Aroma Bakery 3 takes advantage of business opportunities by making sales by canvassing stalls such as klontog shops and minimarkets as well as utilizing social media such as WhatsApp and Facebook as a tool to make sales. They held a training at Aroma Bakery 3 which was attended by the owner and all male employees. The emergence of the COVID-19 outbreak caused sales to decline due to social distancing, but business continued and did not fire employees.

Abstract

In service activities, service quality depends on the elements of public service communication. The element of communication plays a very important role in improving the quality of public services. Therefore, the communication factor needs to be a serious concern for public service organizations. Failure to establish public service communication can interfere with public service information and affect the quality of public services. The poor quality of public services has an impact on the low level of public or public trust in public service providers. Writing this article aims to review and synthesize the available literature related to the elements in public service communication so that it can contribute to an understanding of the elements of service communication in the public sector. The results showed that the elements of public service communication consisted of communicators, messages, media, communicants, and effects in the communication process. The five elements influence each other, relate to each other to form a single unit. If the five elements of public service are not fulfilled, it will have an impact on the low level of public or public trust in public service providers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the factors of motivation, innovation, creativity, self-confidence and science of technology affect the entrepreneurial interest of students of the Economic Education Study Program, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. This type of research is a quantitative study with a total sample of students from the 2018 and 2019 classes so that the number of respondents is 71. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 26.0 program. The results showed that the motivation indicator had a tcount of 4,555 with a cronbach alpha of 85.2%, then the innovation variable had a tcount of 5.685 with a cronbach alpha of 84.2%, creativity with a tcount of 7,316 with a cronbach alpha of 88,1%, confidence tcount of 17,428 with cronbach alpha 84.3% and technology science with a value of tcount 5.299 with cronbach alpha 87.4%. While the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.823, which means that 82.3% of these factors affect students' interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out how the profile of the coffee farming community in Pematang Donok Village, Kabawetan District, Kepahiang Regency. The place of this research is in Pematang Donok Village. The time of the research was carried out on December 15, 2021 to January 15, 2022. The type of research used was descriptive qualitative research. The object of this research is 30 people. Data collection techniques are 1) observation, 2) interviews, 3) documentation. The data analysis techniques are 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data display, 4) conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion on "Profile Analysis of Coffee Farmers in Pematang Donok Village, Kabawetan District, Kepahiang Regency" it can be concluded that most of the coffee farming communities in Pematang Donok Village are productive age (25-64 years). Most of the coffee farming communities in Pematang Donok Village have an average education of elementary school (SD) and junior high school (SMP) and health facilities in the coffee farming community in Pematang Donok Village are good, as well as for health workers such as midwives, paramedics as well. already available and enough.

Abstract

The teacher assumes the apostolic task of conveying God's messages to mankind more specifically the duty of the Prophet in relation to education. Therefore, the authority of PAI teachers plays a very important role in fostering student morals. The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not there is an influence of the authority of PAI teachers on the moral development of students. This research is a quantifiable research with the positivism method. The sample in this study was 41 students. Data is collected using questionnaire and documentation techniques. The data from this study were analyzed using the formulas Normality test, Linearity test, and Partial test. From the results of the partial test calculation (t-test), the result of the value of the calculation is 3,001 and the Ttabel value is 2,024 with a significant value of 0.004 with the criteria for calculating the >Ttabel and if the significant value is 0.004 < 0.005, then H0 is rejected so that there is a significant influence between variable X (PAI Teacher Authority) on variable Y (Student Morals) OF SMKN 2 Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the income level of salted fish traders in the Malabero Beach area of ​​Bengkulu city. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative research by means of in-depth interviews with informants. From the results of the study, it was found that the income of salted fish traders on Malabero Beach was quite high with an average income of Rp. 200,000 to Rp. 300,000 per day, the condition of the household characteristics of salted fish traders was quite good, the average content of the informant's family members was still low. in their productive age to generate income either from selling salted fish or income other than selling salted fish, so that their households are still able to meet their daily needs. They also each have a permanent and livable place to live, it can be said that the average informant is not classified as a poor household. The income of salted fish traders is used to pay for children's education and daily needs, be it food, clothing or shelter. As for the salted fish production process, it is relatively easy and not difficult to do, the process flow starts from buying wet fish to fishermen, then cleaning it, then salting it and then drying it and the fish that are dry enough are selected and ready to be sold.
