<![CDATA[The Christian life is closely related to the world of ministry and the church, because the purpose of church attendance is to serve and enlighten the world. To serve is to be a blessing to those who are served, so that Jesus Christ himself set an example when he was present in the world in human form by serving selflessly and without limits. However, these days there are people who call themselves servants of God or ministers in the church who act in the name of ministry to achieve personal ambitions. This study aims to analyze the causes of anomalies in the implementation of church services today. The results: First, there is a good understanding of the nature and purpose of "ministry" on the one hand, but on the other hand there are errors in the implementation of church services due to impure motivation in carrying out church services, so that it is contrary to God's will. In conclusion, there is a need for synchronization and consistency between understanding the meaning of church ministry and its goals and genuine motivation so that the implementation of church services can achieve its goals in accordance with God's will. Because without the right understanding and motivation in serving, the implementation of church services is not just a beautiful show, but actually a whitewashed grave.]]>

<![CDATA[The use of synthetic insecticides can cause environmental pollution problems and can make pests resistant. For this reason, other alternatives are sought in the form of natural insecticides. This study aims to determine the effect of the concentration of maja fruit solution as a natural insecticide in suppressing rice bugs that land on rice plants and suppressing damage to rice grains. This study used RAL with 4 treatments, namely a concentration of 40%, 50% 60% and control and 5 replications. The samples used were ± 200 walang sangit tails. The results obtained showed that the maja fruit solution with a concentration of 60% had an effect on suppressing the walang sangit that landed on an average of 1 head and suppressing the damage of rice grains with an average of 10 grains of rice. So the results obtained indicate that the concentration of the maja fruit solution has an effect on controlling the walang sangit.]]>

<![CDATA[Speaking skill is important for every people, the success of communication is depend on the speaking skill. This was aim at finding out, analysing and describing about speaking activities in English practice class for midwifery students at Politeknik Kesehatan Siteba Padang. This study focused on the teaching learning process in the class, the interaction between lecturer and students during the teaching learning process. This study also focused on the students’ problem with speaking activities The research design in this study was a case study. The data was collected through observation in English practice class and interview then the data could be analyzed completely. The finding of this study showed that in pre speaking activity, two kinds of activity did not find during observation. They were telling the purposes of speaking lesson and showing the format of speaking lesson. In whilst speaking activity, all of the activities were done by the lecturer and the students. On the other hand, there was no activity for post speaking activity. Besides, the students were shy and afraid in practicing Englih through speaking in class.]]>

<![CDATA[The city of Ambon is a center for the development of education, services, trade and the center of government which can lead to an increase in waste disposal which is increasingly varied and increasing. So that the Ambon City Government issued Regional Regulation Number 18 of 2015 as an umbrella law for managing waste, namely when waste is collected, transported to the Final Disposal Site (TPA) so that good and fast waste management is needed. This research was conducted to measure the quality of community waste management services in Ambon City. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a random sampling approach to 87 research respondents. The conclusions of the study are (1). indicators of socialization of Regional Regulation No. 18 of 2015 Ambon City Government has not yet had incentives to disseminate information to the public. (2). The indicator of the quality of public facilities and infrastructure services assesses that the City Government has not been maximal in preparing the quality of garbage disposal sites in Ambon City.]]>

Traktor Nusantara which includes recording, appraising, acknowledging and presenting inventories is in accordance with the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) No. 14 about supplies. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were PT. Traktor Nusantara with the object of research is recording and reporting. The data collection technique used in this study was in the form of observation, namely direct observation of the situation at the research site, interviews, namely obtaining information by way of questioning and answering the staff and documentation. Based on the results of the research as a whole, it shows that there is a discrepancy in the recording of the purchase freight expense in determining the cost of goods sold]]>

<![CDATA[One alternative to learning Arabic in the digital era is bold digital learning. Today, the process of learning Arabic in Indonesia is growing rapidly. The move from the facet class to the bold class applies facet adjustments in the learning approach. This study uses a literature review method. Data sources are books, articles, and other related sources. The data analysis technique uses data collection, data grouping, data presentation, and inference procedures. Data reliability is verified through source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results show that there are three approaches that are suitable for learning Arabic in this digital era: the contextual approach, the constructivist approach, and the behaviorist approach. Choose an approach that considers the needs and learning conditions of students. Each approach can be implemented using various techniques and techniques. Incorporating these three approaches into Arabic learning provides students with many opportunities for self-taught and language skills development through the various digital media platforms available.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leverage, profitability and company growth on firm value. Firm value in this study is proxied by price book value (PBV). The population obtained is 43 companies in the transportation sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique and a total sample of 12 companies during the transportation sub-sector for three years of observation 2016-2018. The total number of data is 12 x 3: 36 data that matches the criteria. The analysis technique uses classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that leverage and profitability have no effect on firm value, while firm growth has an effect on firm value.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper aims to determine the differences in the happiness of orphanages who are given dance and movement creative counseling services and those who are given conventional counseling services, the differences in the happiness of orphans who have high self-confidence and those who have low self-confidence, and the interaction between dance creative counseling and Movement and self-confidence in influencing the happiness of the orphanage youth. The problem is focused on the happiness of the orphanage youth who are given dance and movement creative counseling services. To approach this problem, Seligman's Authentic Happiness theory is used as a reference. The data were collected through the scale of happiness and self-confidence and analyzed by means of a two-way ANOVA with a significance level of 0.05. This study concludes that there is a difference in the happiness of the orphanage youth who were given Dance and Movement creative counseling services and those given conventional counseling services with Fcount>Ftable, namely 9.32; the difference in the happiness of orphans who have high self-confidence and those who have low self-confidence with Fcount>Ftable is 29.07; and found the interaction between Dance and Movement creative counseling and self-confidence towards the happiness of the orphanage youth with Fcount > Ftable, namely 5.84.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the selling price of the product based on the Cost Plus Pricing method. This research was conducted on CV. Wana Bhakti which is located on Jln. Kualanamu airport artery, market 5, GG. Education, Telga Sari village, Kec. Tanjung Morawa, Kab. Deli Serdang, North Sumatra Province. This study uses qualitative research methods to analyze data that aims to determine the results of the analysis of selling price determination using the cost plus pricing method on CV. Wana Bhakti. The subject of this research is CV. Wana Bhakti and the object of this research are the record of the production costs of durian and mango seeds in 2020 and the report on the cost of production of durian and mango seeds by company. CV. Wana Bhakti determines the selling price based on the company's calculations and adjusts the average market price without knowing whether the selling price has been set correctly or not to generate maximum profit. The results of this study indicate that there is a difference in the selling price determined by the company using the cost plus pricing method, namely the durian seeds Rp. 530 and sweet fragrant mango seeds Rp. 800 more expensive than the company's selling price. So that it can be taken into consideration by companies in setting prices.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of tax incentives, tax sanctions, and e-filing on taxpayer compliance. The research population is all taxpayers of KPP Pratama Medan Petisah, using purposive sampling method with a sample of 95 taxpayers. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 23.0 program. The results of the study indicate that the effect of tax incentives has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Tax sanctions have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance. e-filing has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Taken together, the effect of tax incentives, tax sanctions, and e-filing have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance.]]>
