Abstract

One of the main causes of failure in aquaculture activities is due to disease factors. The emergence of disease disorders in fish farming is a biological risk that must always be anticipated. The emergence of diseases in fish is generally the result of complex / unbalanced interactions between the three components in the aquatic ecosystem, namely weak hosts (fish), malignant pathogens and deteriorating environmental quality. Fish cultivators must obtain fast information related to diseases that infect their fish, and how to deal with them. In this study an expert system was created to diagnose ornamental fish disease using the media website, so that it can be used at any time without having to see a doctor / expert. Knowledge base involves 23 symptoms and 5 diseases that are common in freshwater ornamental fish, using a decision table producing 20 Rule. The inference process uses the Tsukamoto fuzzy, the modeling has 23 input variables and 1 output variable. Each input variable has 3 sets and the output variable has 5 sets. The implementation results indicate that the system built can provide diagnostic results with an 85% accuracy rate.

Abstract

Education services from tertiary institutions have applied a lot of the Academic Information System (SIAKAD). In the research on heuristic evaluation in the Academic Information System of Brawijaya University, there were several problems related to users, including problems in the ease of users to interact or use applications, SIAKAD Desktop which did not provide information to the user about the condition of a process within a certain time period or time. On the other hand, universities must guarantee the best service. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the acceptance of SIAKAD Desktop users to find out what factors can affect the use of Desktop SIAKAD. UTAUT as a theoretical model will be used to explore the acceptance and use of the technological environment, especially for SIAKAD users in the academic section of the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Brawijaya. The data that has been collected will then be analyzed using the Partial Least Square Sequence Equation Modeling (PLS SEM) method. The results of the analysis show that only the conditions of the facilities significantly influence the behavior of using SIAKAD Desktop. The UTAUT model can only explain 44.8% of the factor variants using SIAKAD Desktop which is included in the moderate category. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a research model construct construct so that the prediction of the variance accuracy of the research model increases. In addition, it is expected that further research can cover a wider population target so that data is more reliable.

Abstract

The development of Internet-of-Thing (IoT) -based technology applied to the housing sector is implemented with the existence of smarthome. Various types of smarthome applications offered by producers, one of them is homechat. This application allows communication of household electronic devices to communicate with humans by using text message media on the smartphone.

Abstract

STMIK STIKOM Indonesia is an educational institution that routinely organizes judiciaries. In the process, the judiciary is held every 3 (three) months, STMIK STIKOM Indonesia has and runs a mechanism that involves a computer-based information system. This system is used as a media for registration for students who will join the Judiciary. The mechanism that starts from the registration process through the information system is then followed by verification and validation by several structural officials as stakeholders. For 15 (fifteen) times of implementation until March 2018, the judiciary mechanism has several weaknesses. Although registration is done through an information system, the verification and validation process by structural officials is carried out in a paper-based manner. This raises problems in terms of efficiency, filing documents for all student submissions, and the difficulties students encounter when structural officials are not in place. Better mechanisms for registration, verification and validation of judiciary data are needed, as well as a system that allows the entire process to be done in a computerized manner.

Abstract

Teeth are organs that are very important and very vital. Therefore dental health is very important. Most of the Indonesian people, the appeal for dental examinations every six months is more often considered a breeze then, because they are more concerned with the health of other organs. Though diseases that attack teeth can have a very significant effect such as appearance problems. This research applies computer science in the medical field, especially for dental disease problems at the UPTD Health Center in Bangil using the expert system concept. Expert system is a system in the form of computer software where the computer is made as if - will think like an expert or expert in the field. The search method used is forward chaining, which is a search where facts are known to support conclusions. This expert system makes it easy for patients to conduct consultations, making it easier for the admin to manage symptom data and their illnesses and patient data, judging from the results of the questionnaire which states that it is very useful, can be used as a temporary doctor.

Abstract

Information technology provides a new change in the increasingly diverse world of games with play games that are fun when played and content is given in such an interesting way in packaging, artificial intelligence in games can provide interactive play between users and the system adds to the playing experience, the game world has entered Social media applications are some of the applications that were originally formed for relationships and now add realtime gaming features to play with friendships that have been added to the application. The game that will be designed using the chatbotline on social media Line starts from the game play flow about guessing a number that will later come out whether the guess results from the user are correct or wrong based on artificial intelligence and the highest score is the winner. The results obtained from game design provide the user experience for interaction in playing or with other users to increase the excitement in using social media.

Abstract

Current technological advances allow users to exchange data and information from one place to another via the internet. The data and information are sometimes important and need to be kept confidential from irresponsible people who can disseminate or change the original data and information. The risk of such threats can be reduced by converting data and information into confidential messages. The author uses RSA cryptography (Rivest Shamir Adleman) technique in converting the original text of the message into secret text. The author will use the JAVA programming language to convert the original text into a number with blocks, then the text message will be changed with the key that was created first. The results of message encryption are expected to be able to secure data and information, because in RSA cryptography there has been no way to decrypt messages other than by using a secret key. The system design method used is the waterfall method.

Abstract

Use of protective gear helmet head is often considered unimportant and trivial by workers. Whereas the use of protective headgear helmet is very important and affect the safety and health of workers. Kedisiplina workers to use protective gear head is still low so that the risk of accidents that could endanger workers large enough. In this research aims to detect protective equipment head helmet on video. In this study, the method used is the Haar Cascade Classifier. The system consists of two main processes, namely the process of training data and the detection process. This method of training process has four main processes, haar-like feature, integral image, no-boost and cascade classifier. Haar-like feature is a collection of special features presented the head, face and helmet. Citra is how to quickly calculate integrals haar feature. While no-boost are statistically weighted feature values are obtained and filtered using a cascade classifier. The detection process in this study there are two processes, the first detection process whether human or not, if the result of human detected will continue the process of detection of whether to use a helmet or not. Detection system testing is done individually using helmet colors red, blue and yellow. It obtained accuracy rate of 92%, while the testing group obtained the degree of accuracy of 71%.
