Abstract

Kegiatan yang dilakukan merupakan sosialiasi penggunaan software pengolah nilai siswa dan penggunaan software pendataan guru dan siswa berbasis database. Software berbasis database dibangun menggunakan microsoft access. Software pengolahan nilai dapat mempermudah wali kelas untuk melakukan perangkingan dalam satu kelas di mata pelajaran yang sama. Tujuan adanya perangkingan ini adalah untuk memberikan reward kepada siswa yang memiliki prestasi. Sehingga siswa tersebut dapat termotivasi untuk terus meningkatkan prestasinya dan dapat memotivasi teman-teman lain untuk lebih berprestasi.

Abstract

Harga sembako di pasar secara umum seringkali kurang stabil. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh banyak hal, salah satunya adalah kurangnya informasi yang diperoleh tentang penetapan harga standar yang berlaku. Permainan harga akan berpengaruh pada ketersediaan barang. Sehingga harga sembako ini harus selalu dilakukan pemantauan oleh pemerintah. Di kota Malang, hal ini dilakukan oleh Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Kota Malang. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sebuah aplikasi yang memuat informasi tentang harga sembako dan peramalan harga sembako pada hari-hari berikutnya. Aplikasi tersebut berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrogaman PHP dan pengolahan database My SQL. Metode yang digunakan dalam meramalkan harga sembako pada hari berikutnya adalah Single Eksponential Smoothing. Dari hasil pembuatan aplikasi ini , Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Kota Malang dapat memberikan informasi harga sembako di Kota Malang, begitupula Kepala Bidang Ketersediaan dan Distribusi Kerawanan Pangan mendapatkan referensi dalam menyusun kebijakan tentang harga sembako di Kota Malang.

Abstract

Bad credit is an important problem faced by all financial institutions or business entities. Savings and Loan Cooperative xyz is one of the financial business entities that faces these problems. This cooperative has quite a number of customers / borrowers, namely 10,135 customers. Cooperative xyz customers have a current history of returning 9545 people and 590 people stuck in return. Bad loans that occur disrupt the financial rotation of the cooperative because it is related to business entity finance and employee salaries. Processing and analyzing customer / borrower data to obtain knowledge that can help stakeholders in the cooperative in determining a lending decision is urgently needed so that bad loans can be suppressed so that the financial flow of the business entity remains smooth. The data collected has sixteen attributes and one target attribute that is whether lending is accepted or rejected. The method used in processing and analyzing borrower data is the Tree C4.5 method which is a refinement of the ID3 (Iterative Dichotomiser) method. This method is known as an easy to understand method because it will produce a very clear rule in the decision tree. Results of model testing using cross validation random subsampling, this method has an accuracy of 70% with 5 aspects of important attributes namely loan history, other debts, community valuation, salary and electricity data when the data is pruned with four depth levels.Keywords: Classification, Cooperative, Savings and Loans, Data, Method C4.5Kredit macet merupakan permasalahan penting  yang dihadapi semua lembaga atau badan usaha keuangan. Koperasi simpan pinjam xyz merupakan salah satu badan usaha keuangan masyarakat yang menghadapi permasalahan tersebut. Koperasi ini memiliki nasabah/peminjam cukup banyak yaitu 10.135 nasabah/peminjam. Nasabah koperasi xyz memiliki riwayat lancar dalam pengembalian sebanyak 9545 orang dan 590 orang macet dalam pengembalian. Kredit macet yang terjadi menganggu perputaran keuangan koperasi karena  terkait keuangan badan usaha dan gaji pegawai. Pengolahan dan analisis data nasabah/ peminjam untuk memperoleh suatu pengetahuan yang bisa membantu stakeholder di koperasi dalam menentukan sebuah keputusan peminjaman uang sangat dibutuhkan agar kredit macet bisa ditekan sehingga perputaran keuangan badan usaha tetap lancar. Data yang terkumpul memiliki enam belas atribut dan satu target atribut yaitu apakah peminjaman uang diterima atau ditolak. Metode yang dipakai dalam pengolahan dan analisis data peminjam adalah metode Tree C4.5 dimana merupakan penyempurnaan metode ID3 (Iterative Dichotomiser). Metode ini dikenal dengan metode yang mudah dimengerti karena akan menghasilkan sebuah aturan yang sangat jelas dalam pohon keputusan. Dari hasil pengujian model yang terbentuk menggunakan cross validation random subsampling, metode ini memiliki akurasi sebesar 70% dengan 5 aspek atribut penting yaitu riwayat pinjaman, hutang lain, penilaian masyarakat, gaji dan data listrik ketika data di prunning dengan empat kedalaman level.Kata kunci: Klasifikasi, Koperasi, Simpan Pinjam, Data, Metode C4.5

Abstract

One of the main causes of failure in aquaculture activities is due to disease factors. The emergence of disease disorders in fish farming is a biological risk that must always be anticipated. The emergence of diseases in fish is generally the result of complex / unbalanced interactions between the three components in the aquatic ecosystem, namely weak hosts (fish), malignant pathogens and deteriorating environmental quality. Fish cultivators must obtain fast information related to diseases that infect their fish, and how to deal with them. In this study an expert system was created to diagnose ornamental fish disease using the media website, so that it can be used at any time without having to see a doctor / expert. Knowledge base involves 23 symptoms and 5 diseases that are common in freshwater ornamental fish, using a decision table producing 20 Rule. The inference process uses the Tsukamoto fuzzy, the modeling has 23 input variables and 1 output variable. Each input variable has 3 sets and the output variable has 5 sets. The implementation results indicate that the system built can provide diagnostic results with an 85% accuracy rate.

Abstract

In the preparation of weather forecasts information there are several obstacles, involving many sources of data and weather forecasts relying on the ability of the forerunner, so that the interpretations produced may differ between forecasters because of their own experience. Differences in interpretation can confuse users and potentially reduce the quality of information submitted. Based on this problem the author intends to study the forecast model with data mining using ID3 algorithm to obtain the appropriate model so as to facilitate the process of weather analysis and forecast. In building the application, data obtained from BMKG website is addressed dataonline.bmkg.go.id and the data taken is datacuaca on January 1, 2012 through November 30, 2015 for a total of 2414 data and 9 attributes. After the selection of attributes (only weather related attributes) and removing damaged data (incomplete data and outliers), the data is reduced to 1790 and attributes reduced to 6 pieces. In the testing process performed with 179 data (10% of the data set) random, it is known that there are 112 databases corresponding to the actual weather data. So it can be concluded that the accuracy of 73.74%.

Abstract

Sistem pakar untuk pendeteksian penyakit pada kucing persia bertujuan untuk membantu pengguna mendeteksi  penyakit yang diderita oleh kucing Persia. Sistem ini dibangun dengan KBS (Knowledge Based Sytem) untuk mendapatkan rule kemudian dirancang mesin inferensi menggunakan forward chaining sebagai cara melakukan reasoning untuk menarik suatu kesimpulan. Perancangan KBS menggunakan dependency diagram yang melibatkan 20 gejala dan menghasilkan 45 rule. Rule yang telah diperoleh akan digunakan dalam proses konsultasi gejala penyakit yang dialami kucing menggunakan inferensi forward chaining. Dari contoh studi kasus menunjukkan bahwa rule yang digunakan untuk melakukan forward chaining berasal dari rule set 1-1, 6-1, 7-1, 7-2, 8-1, dan 9-1 dimana untuk proses forward chaining sendiri dimulai dari jawaban yang diberikan oleh user dilakukan pencocokan dengan rule set 6-1 kemudian rule set 7-1, rule set 7-2, rule set 8-1, rule set 9-1 dan yang terakhir dicocokkan dengan rule set 1-1 dimana akan muncul hasil untuk user dari sistem. Untuk pengujian sistem pakar ini dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan hasil dari sistem dengan hasil dari pakar. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan maka didapatkan nilai keakuratan sistem 70% dan tidak keakuratan sistem 30%. Sehingga  sistem pakar dengan metode forward chaining belum sepenuhnya efisien dalam pendeteksian penyakit pada kucing persia.   Kata kunci: Sistem Pakar, Diagnosa Penyakit, Knowledge Based Reasoning, Penyakit Kucing Persia

Abstract

Most of the people in the Bandes village of Ainaro district work as breeders. Cows that are raised are beef cattle. One of the obstacles that exist in Bandes Village is the existence of a few veterinarians in Bandes Village. This research discusses an expert system for diagnosing diseases in cattle, which functions to help determine the disease that is being suffered by cattle, this system will display the results of the diagnosis in the form of the name of the disease, a description of the disease solution and its prevention. In this study there were 4 diseases studied and 7 symptoms. From the 4 disease data, isolation of the problem area, target decision and dependency diagram is made. After that the formation of IF – THEN rules, after the rules are made, the backward chaining process is made. So as to produce a solution to overcome disease in cattle. In program testing is done by comparing the results of the system with experts. In the trials that have been carried out, the results obtained are appropriate or the accuracy of the data and facts obtained from experts on cattle. So based on the results of tests that have been carried out on the system as much as 4 data, the accuracy value obtained is 100% accurate which shows that the expert system is functioning properly in accordance with the expert's diagnosis

Abstract

In Indonesia, the death rate of pregnant women was still very high. Lack of knowledge about the perceived symptoms during pregnancy make pregnant women regardless of the specific symptoms that can be harmful and disease records indicate the causes of indirect maternal death in pregnant. Moreover, the risk of pregnant mother mortality is also higher due to the delay in taking the decision factors for referenced. Based on the fact, the proposed solution in the form of expert system diagnosis of diseases of pregnant women using the method of Backward Chaining that can help recognize diseases during pregnancy to take place based on the perceived symptoms of pregnant women as well as references that should be targeted by the patient. The methods of the Backward Chaining have a performance system that is capable of running the functional needs and high accuracy percentage results. With the existence of a system of experts on pregnancy problems that use the Backward Chaining method can describe the level of confidence of an expert on the problem at hand. Based on the test results, obtained results 100% functionality of disease diagnosis expert system of pregnant women worked in accordance with a list of system requirements and the system.

Abstract

The design of the Road to PTN Tutoring Institution official website serves to assist students in preparing for the SBMPTN, as well as complete information from Road to PTN’s social media; LINE, Instagram, Youtube and Twitter. On the website that is built there are several main features, those are simulation, a user can buy a tryout class by filling up the balance (top up) using a bank ATM, the user can also download the test results, see the rank results, and get the results of the talent interest analysis. Several predictions of campus rank and department are displayed in the premium tryout class including the leaderboard rank profile (top 10). Beside that there is information on the article menu which contains tips and motivation. Issues published are made via the admin dashboard including confirmation of user activity. In the tests carried out on the Road To PTN official website, users can use all the available features including, login, create an account, set up accounts, fill in balances, withdraw balances, perform simulations, view rank results, download test results and create articles or read articles. And the admin has been able to process the data on the website. This is evidenced by the results of user testing functional testing and admin functional testing which results in all features being successfully used as expected.

Abstract

Proses penyelenggaraan KBM secara daring oleh para guru SDN Mojosari Kepanjen menggunakan platform Whatsapp telah digunakan pertama kali saat ketentuan dari MENDIKBUD ditetapkan tanpa menggunakan platform lain. Di dalam proses tersebut para guru memiliki kendala minimnya tatap muka melalui media yang digunakan dikarenakan belum paham menggunakan platform lain, sehingga KBM menjadi berkurang esensinya dikarenakan siswa tidak dapat mendengar dan menatap guru pengajar secara langsung sehingga minat siswa mengikuti dan menyerap materi pelajaran menurun. Guna membantu kelancaran proses KBM secara daring di SDN Mojosari Kepanjen, diadakanlah workshop atau pelatihan secara offline dengan topik bagaimana memanfaatkan smartphone android untuk pembuatan video sehingga proses KBM dapat berjalan dengan baik.
