Abstract

The development and use of Artificial Intelligence is growing exponentially, resulting in various implications in multi-sectors such as misuse of personal data, assessments prone to bias, uncontrolled automation, etc.) There is a legal vacuum (absence of law) in the use of Artificial Intelligence, so ethical principles of use are needed as a basis for developing a legal framework for Artificial Intelligence in the form of international conventions (law making treaties). Ethics and Law for the Use and Development of Artificial Intelligence Technology is that the use of AI can be an alternative and new breakthrough as an effort to prevent and minimize violations of ethical codes such as by public auditors. In the audit process, AI is designed to collect and determine data dynamically and then process the data to detect fraud in a relatively shorter time and with a higher level of accuracy than auditors in general. However, in the audit process carried out by AI, if viewed from the law enforcement factor, it cannot be said to be a legal subject because the requirements for law enforcement factors, namely facilities and facilities, have not been fulfilled.

Abstract

This quantitative study was conducted to determine the implementation of blended learning in ASSCAT and develop an institutional model of flexible learning in the new normal. The data was collected from the selected fifty-eight (58) faculty members of Agusan del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology through survey. The responses from the participants were thoroughly analysed. From the responses of the participants, it can be gleaned that most of the respondents uses smartphone and laptop. Meanwhile, most of the faculty respondents preferred the use of modules/hand-outs/factsheets followed by online references. Meanwhile, respondents generally perceived the extent of the preparation on the implementation for flexible learning modality delivery in the college as poor. Further, the respondents also perceived the preparation of flexible learning modality in teaching and learning in the institution as sometimes challenging. The results of this study also highlight the challenges encountered by faculty in the flexible learning delivery which were rooted in the following common reasons: unstable internet connection, lack of educational gadgets and materials and challenges in module production.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the level of readiness of regular teachers for the inclusion of learners with special education needs. The researcher used total population sampling to determine the study respondents. This study used the descriptive-survey method. Regular teachers were asked about their readiness to include learners with special education needs through a questionnaire with age, gender, years of teaching, and attendance at seminars as moderator variables. There were 140 items in the questionnaire and 20 items per parameter. The statistical treatment used in the study were mean and SD. The study showed that regular teachers in the Loreto district were highly prepared for inclusive education. As a result of the study, AIM, which stands for Alliance in Inclusion Movement, was developed and proposed to assist regular teachers in improving their readiness level to include learners with special education needs. Pre-service and in-service training about inclusive education was highly recommended for regular teachers. A thorough program on monitoring and evaluation by the National and Division DepEd Officials must be conducted to examine the practice of inclusive education in the country, especially in areas with no SPED Center.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the level of the happiness of educators, the level of happiness portrayal of educators, and the significant relationship between the happiness and happiness portrayal of educators. This study employed a quantitative correlational research design. Furthermore, this study administered two types of standardized tests to gather the data needed. The results implied that the educators’ level of happiness is high. On the other hand, the level of happiness portrayal of educators is also high. In addition, the reflected standard deviation for each of the variables, namely the happiness and happiness portrayal, was found to be quite varied. Further analysis revealed that there is a positive moderate significant relationship between the educators’ happiness and happiness portrayal (r= .55, p> .05). Consequently, the institutions should be able to provide an avenue to increase the happiness of the educators in terms of their professional and personal lives.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is a relationship between nutritional status and the level of physical fitness of students at SMA Negeri 1 Sinjai. The population of this study were all students of SMA Negeri 1 Sinjai. The research sample consisted of 20 students from SMA Negeri 1 Sinjai. The technique for collecting data on nutritional status is by measuring height and weight, and physical fitness using the Indonesian physical fitness test which consists of 60 m running, sit ups, full ups, vertical jumps and 1200 m running. The research results show that a sig value = 0.001 > 0.05 is obtained, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant joint correlation between nutritional status level and the determination value (R Square) = 0.252 or a joint correlation of 25.2 % While 74.8% was caused by other factors, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between nutritional status and the level of physical fitness of students at SMA Negeri 1 Sinjai.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine how good mirabegron is as MET for adults with ureteral stones. The study adhered to the 2020 PRISMA guidelines for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses throughout its duration. Four randomized controlled trial (RCT) studies were included in our analysis, encompassing a total of 369 participants. Our meta-analysis findings indicated that individuals who were administered mirabegron exhibited a statistically significant increase in SER [OR = 2.69, 95% CI 1.16-6.23, p = 0.02] and a reduction in the frequency of pain episodes [MD= -0.18, 95% CI -0.33-(-0.04), p = 0.01] in comparison to those receiving a placebo. However, there was no substantial impact of mirabegron on SET [MD= -3.47, 95% CI -8.65-1.72, p = 0.19] when contrasted with the placebo group. Mirabegron exhibited significantly increased SET levels and reduced pain episodes, although it did not have a significant impact on SER.

The method in the research uses descriptive qualitative to explain the phenomena that occur. Data collection techniques through primary data in-depth interviews and secondary data by referring to journals, books, and online media. Data analysis techniques used in the research through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. This finding shows that Karang Taruna is a youth organization that plays a role in various social activities and development programs in Indonesia. Karang Taruna is involved in several community development projects based on invitations from local governments at both the sub-district and village levels, such as tourism development, social activities during the past COVID-19 pandemic, and social conflict resolution. Nevertheless, the role of Youth Organizations in Kefamenanu City still needs more resources as initiators or initiators of the movement, so the role of Karang Taruna has yet to be seen as the spearhead of superior generational change.
