Abstract

The Jakarta Embarkation Dormitory is a temporary stopover for prospective pilgrims in the DKI Jakarta and Banten Provinces before leaving for the holy land. Various preparations for departure and supplies are carried out by involving all officers who help serve all the needs of the congregation so that good performance needs to be carried out because this is related to the welfare of the prospective congregation.This study aims to determine the role of Hajj officers' performance in the implementation of departure services which include one stop service in multipurpose building 2, consumption and catering services, availability of facilities and infrastructure, worship guidance services, health services, services for elderly congregations, high risk and special needs. , as well as security services at the Jakarta Embarkation during the 2019 Hajj season. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method in which the results of the data are obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation.From the results of the research that the authors found in a series of services carried out by hajj officers at the Jakarta Embarkation, the results of the performance of hajj officers were good and optimal, meaning that the entire series went as planned. Hajj officers perform their main duties and functions in accordance with operating standards in the seven functional divisions of the Hajj Organizing Committee. Keywords: Performance, Hajj Officer, Service.

Abstract

This research discusses the SOP of Umrah departure and the implementation of SOP in improving Umrah services at PT. Semesta Alam Mandiri (Tiraz Travel). SOP is a very important thing to use as a guideline and reference for company activities.With the SOP can minimize the deviations that occur in a Hajj and Umrah Travel and the company will be more effective and more controlled, so that it has an impact on the services to be provided. The results of this study show that the implementation of SOP in improving Umrah services at PT. Semesta Alam Mandiri (Tiraz Travel) South Jakarta, has been going quite well, but there are still some services that are not contained in the SOP only run based on company habits and culture. Abstract

People's demand for housing continues to increase, while people's purchasing power is still low. The Islamic banking industry has a great opportunity to provide an alternative to sharia-based housing finance through Musyarakah Mutanaqisah (MMQ), namely joint financing based on ownership between the bank and the customer. This study tries to uncover the problems of implementing the MMQ contract from the legal and Islamic Shariah aspects. Abstract

Pondok Pesantren is an institution that is attached and becomes an inseparable part of the social system of Islamic society in Indonesia. The social role that is owned by pesantren until now continues to survive and still contributes a lot in people's lives. The resources owned by pesantren are very strong social capital to carry out its role as an institution that is tasked and responsible for forming a civil society in accordance with Islamic law. Religious institutions such as pesantren, as well as other non-governmental organizations, are potential institutions that so far have not played a direct role in the development of agriculture or agribusiness in rural areas. This study aims to create a model for optimizing the role of pesantren through empowering students and the community by prioritizing the potential of waqf-based agribusiness in East Java as a leading sector. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with interpretation of observations. The collection method uses observation and literature study techniques. The result of this research is a synergy model for optimizing the role of Islamic boarding schools in community empowerment through sharia economics as a solution to achieve economic independence. Keywords: Islamic Boarding School, Agribusiness, Waqf, Sharia Contract

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how productive waqf is as an instrument for developing halal food and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a literature review of the relevant theories. The data used is secondary data obtained from sources either journals or statistical data taken from the Central Statistics Agency, the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, and Thomson Reuters.The results of the study explain that the halal food industry will get support from two sides, the first is from the financing provided to MSMEs that have not been certified halal and from the distribution of maukuf funds alaih the results from investments channeled from waqf funds. If the scheme is implemented massively and on a large scale, it will grow the number of MSMEs that have halal certification, which in aggregate will also grow the number of the halal food industry in Indonesia. Keywords: Waqf; Productive; Halal Food

Abstract

The phenomenon that can be seen today is that the Taklim Assembly (MT) does not yet have a systemic methodology framework. The activities carried out by MT movers are limited to what they are. However, MT has contributed to the spread of Islam, that is why it is necessary to continue to strive so that the role of MT is increasingly optimal in the propaganda movement in the middle of the digital era. The implementation of management in the MT can be believed to be able to contribute to the progress of Islam, as exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad who successfully cadreed his friends (sahabat) into reliable preachers. The name of the management was not yet present, but practically the management content had already been applied. Only in the 20th century (Henry Fayol) management science was born.The strength of management science lies in how to organize and manage the institution so that it is effective and efficient so that it is achieved according to plan and its success can be measured. Along with the development of MT, it is not enough to just use management science, this science becomes an instrument as an approach to bridge the Theory of Development Patterns ( Teori Pola Bina, PB) that are considered more in line with the needs of MT, a theory that the authors found when conducting research to write a dissertation at the level S3 education at the State Islamic University (UIN) Syarif Hidayayullah, Jakarta. PB theory is loaded with meaning, both deductively and inductively to become a scientific methodology building on the dimensions of ontology, epistemology and axiology with the structure of institutional development, cadre formation, teaching materials / materials, creative economic empowerment, friendship (net working) and evaluation. This study uses a qualitative methodology of a type of research whose findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or other forms of calculation. the main source of this research is the library research (library research) with reference to the management literature, preaching book 2 and Islamic scholarship.Keywords : Majelis Taklim, Management, Majelis Taklim Resources and Theory of Development Patterns

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the Implementation of The Promotion Mix in Increasing the Number of Umrah Pilgrims of PT Arminareka Perdana and to know the supporting factors and inhibitions of promotional mix activities at PT Arminareka Perdana. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and uses data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation.From the results of the research it can be concluded that the promotional mix used by PT Arminareka Perdana is in accordance with kotler and Armstrong's theory which states that the variables contained in the promotional mix there are five, namely advertising in the form of brochures and company profiles printed. Sales promotion through incentives, ease of installment of Umrah costs and follow travel fair activities. Public relations through publicity, lobbying, building trust and good relationships, as well as being responsible. Personal sales through a process of approaching, presenting, and overcoming objections. Abstract

Seeing the booming mutual fund phenomenon, this study aims to determine, describe, and analyze the development of sharia mutual funds and conventional mutual funds. The data collection as analytical material was taken from 2015 to 2019. The method used in this research is descriptive with a comparative study, which comparing the Net Asset Value (NAV) from the statistics of Islamic mutual funds and conventional mutual funds. The results of this study show that the development of sharia mutual funds and conventional mutual funds has increased every year, it's just that there is a far comparison of achievements between the two, conventional mutual funds have higher achievements than sharia mutual funds. Keywords: Sharia Mutual Funds, Conventional Mutual Funds, Total Mutual Funds, and Net Asset Value
