Abstract

Luka memerlukan intervensi atau perlakuan secara berkesinambungan, salah satu tanam herbal yang dapat digunakan adalah getah jarak pagar, getah jarak pagar mengandung saponin, flavonoid, dan alkaloid yang mampu mempercepat penyembuhan luka insisi, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Penggunaan Gel getah Jarak Pagar (Jatropha Curcas, Linn) terhadap penyembuhan luka insisi fase epitelisasi pada sayat mencit. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan dan bersifat desain eksperimental dengan pendekan menilai hasil setelah dilakukan intervensi dan memiliki kelompok kontrol, penelitian ini membandingkan 4 kelompok kontrol dengan menggunakan sampel 24 ekor mencit jantan, penelitian ini dilakukan selama 9 hari, adapun yang diukur dalam penelitian ini adalah panjang dan kedalaman luka insisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk sediaan yang mengurangi panjang dan kedalaman luka dalam jumlah yang besar adalah sediaan gel getah jarak pagar, dengan nilai rata-rata 0,68. Hasil statistik dengan menggunakan uji ANOVA juga diketahui bahwa sediaan gel getah jarak pagar paling efektif dalam penyembuhan luka. Gel getah jarak pagar efektif untuk penyembuhan luka insisi fase epitelisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal: 1) the effect of education and training (training) on organizational commitment to banking, 2) the influence of work motivation on organizational commitment to banking, and 3) the effect of job satisfaction on banking organizational commitment.The study population was employees of PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Rangkiang Aur Denai, the office of the Bukittinggi City working area and the Payakumbuh City working area. With the number of bank offices 8 (eight) offices and the number of employees 63 people and all have attended education and training. The sample was taken using proportionate random sampling technique using the Slovin formula, so the size of the sample in this study were 54 samples divided into several sections in the offices of PT. Bank Rangkiang Denai. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) program.The results of this study are: 1) training has a significant and positive effect on organizational commitment at PT. Bank Rangkiang Denai. 2) Work motivation has a significant and positive effect on organizational commitment at PT. Bank Rangkiang Aur Denai. 3) Job satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on organizational commitment at PT. Bank Rangkiang Aur Denai.

Abstract

Mobile phone or cellphone is a device that can’t be separated and left by anyone. Every day, almost every chance we see someone always holding a cellphone in every activity, whether working with full cell phone support or just mere communication needs. However, for mobile users who are busy, driving, in worship or in other circumstances, often get incoming calls or SMS that are not cold. This study presents a solution to politely block or reject incoming calls or reply automatically to SMS. The solution is in the form of developing an Android-based cell phone blocking application which becomes a backroud process to handle each event and then automatically processes it by the application. The selection of the Android platform for mobile devices because the operating system is based on the Linux kernel which is designed for mobile devices touch screen and with open source support makes it easy for application developers to freely modify and distribute in a well-known market place. From a series of experiments and analysis of applications developed, the overall application can work well with a fast response supported by simple operation methods and designs that are easy to understand so the user is greatly helpful.

Abstract

The government system in the Republic of Indonesia is divided into two parts, namely centralized and regional autonomy. Where both systems have the functions, duties, responsibilities and authority of each. Payakumbuh City's Office of Financial and Asset Management (DPKA) has not been effective in managing APBD data because there is still so much data, as a result of difficulties in grouping data, especially financial data. Nowadays a lot of various kinds of people use data mining because it is able to convert data in many sizes into useful knowledge. The results of the data extraction can be used for various aspects such as sales pattern analysis, crime detection and much more. Abstract

Modernization in the field of umkm in the city of Padang is very much needed, considering the data from the Department of Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in the city of Padang in 2018 as many as 10,211 umkm in the city of Padang have not yet been integrated with information systems, the perpetrators of the umkm currently only utilize social media as a promotion which, according to the researchers, has not been able to maximize the sales process, there are still many umkm actors who do not use promotional media at the small-end level. Because umkm takes an important role as the driving wheel of the regional economy, even to the national axis, by integrating Web service on the marketing of souvenirs typical Padang can maximize the promotion process. By utilizing the integrated web service, the main obstacle is in the field of storage that requires no small cost. Cloud computing technology is the answer, in this study the author uses owncloud as a storage service, so the web as a display service for souvenirs typical of Padang and owncloud as a storage medium that has upload, download, and data sharing features.

Abstract

ABSTRAKDiabetes mellitus adalah kadar glukosa darah melebihi normal disebabkan oleh kekurangan hormon insulin secara relatif maupun absolut. Penyakit ini dapat terjadi komplikasi metabolik akut maupun komplikasi vaskuler jangka panjang jika tidak ditangani. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan primary dressing terhadap proses penyembuhan luka pada penderita luka diabetes mellitus di ETN Centre Kota Makassar. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode observasional analitik dengan pendekatan pre test and post test without control. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik accidental sampling dengan besar sampel sebanyak 10 responden, hasil perolehan pairet sampel t-test  dengan tingkat kemaknaan . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh penggunaan primary dressing terhadap karakteristik penyembuhan luka pada penderita luka diabetes mellitus  Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh penggunaan primary dressing terhadap karakteristik penyembuhan luka pada penderita luka diabetes mellitus di ETN Centre Kota Makassar. Diharapkan tenaga perawat memberikan perawatan luka dengan menggunakan primary dressing bagi penderita luka diabetes mellitus. Kata Kunci: Primary Dressing; Penyembuhan Luka; Diabetes Mellitus ABSTRACTDiabetes mellitus is a blood glucose level that exceeds normal caused by a relative or absolute lack of the hormone insulin. This disease can occur acute metabolic complications as well as long-term vascular complications if left untreated. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of primary dressing on the wound healing process in patients with diabetes mellitus in the Makassar City ETN Center. The research design used was an observational analytic method with a pre-test and post-test approach without control. Determination of the sample is done by accidental sampling technique with a sample size of 10 respondents, the results of pairing t-test samples with significance level ρ <α = 0.05. The results showed that there was an influence of the use of primary dressing on wound healing characteristics in patients with diabetes mellitus wounds ρ = 0.001. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of the use of primary dressing on wound healing characteristics in patients with diabetes mellitus in the Makassar City ETN Center. It is expected that nurses provide wound care by using primary dressing for patients with diabetes mellitus. Keywords: Primary Dressing; Wound healing; Diabetes mellitus
