Abstract

Building character, especially the younger generation of learners is very important and very urgent, if we look at the phenomena that occur and future challenges more complex. Characters such as honest, disimplin, obey the rules, responsibility, etc. are getting lost. The problems of this paper outlines "build character fantasize learners with scientific approach to learning science." Characters can be seen as a way of thinking and behaving that are typical of every individual to live, socialize, and work together in the family, community, nation, and state. The characters are well demonstrated with morals, budipekerti, and commendable behavior and become role models in the family, community, nation. Character education in school settings as learning that lead to the strengthening and development of the child's behavior as a whole is based on a certain value that is referenced by the school "which means that character education is integrated in all subjects were directed to develop the behavior of learners in their entirety. Learning the scientific approach to learning science is able to apply those values by providing exemplary, build and develop kreaktivitas willingness of learners in the learning process. Learning activities not only in the classroom, but also can be done outside the classroom and school environment with the use of information technology. Common characters such as honesty, discipline, obey the rules, or responsible, respectful, thorough, communicative, collaboration can be built through a scientific approach to the learning activities during work. Abstract

Language skills consists of four aspects: listening skills, speaking skills, reading skills, and writing skills. exchanging skills are skills that have become smaller since language acquisition. In order, starting from listening, then speaking, reading and writing. Meet all four language skills for presenters, easily implement programs. Presenter is a person who appeared in front of the camera and read the news from the studio or the person who brought all kinds of television programs from the studio. Is the leading presenter of a television broadcaster, with the task of realizing the programs that have been designed previously. In the television broadcaster, presenter is in charge of energy in the studio, while on duty outside the studio is a journalist and reporter. Presenter divided into two, namely   newsreader and newsanchor. Having all four language skills are  essential for newsanchor, because the job requires; listening skills, speaking skills, reading skills and writing skills. Listening skills, newsanchor needed when doing the questions to the speakers. The answers were listened to presenters will continue to be developed through speaking skills to explore the root causes, so we get the solution of the problem according topics covered. Reading skills, needed newsanchor, when reading the audio-visual display related topics and writing skills required, at the time of preparation of the event, both reference  and pointer events and resource-related questions. Writing skills, newsanchor needed in preparation of the event. The management of television broadcasters, can quickly understand the idea or newsanchor chill place to work. Language skills greatly contribute to the smooth and successful presenter job newsanchor on television broadcasters.Keywords: Language skills, newsreader,  newsanchor, and  broadcaster

Abstract

Ensure legal certainty in the community, is to publish or assign relevant laws. Law is a rule in the form of norms and sanctions, created with the purpose of regulating human behavior, maintain order, justice, and prevent chaos. Each masyarat, is entitled to obtain a defense before the law. Law can be interpreted as a statute or statutes / regulations written or unwritten to regulate people's lives and provide sanctions for violating it. Man, born in any parts of the world, legally own rights to live. Enforcement of Human Rights (HAM), irrespective of economic status, education, gender, race and other. The concept of human rights, which spearheaded UN Human Rights Commission of Human Rights gave birth to seventeen points stated in the declaration. The declaration or agreement "Universal Declaration of Human Rights" has been ratified by the Indonesian government through Law No. 39 of 1999 on Human Rights. The spirit of this law, is to exalt the dignity, the dignity of the nation in the hope away from the offense. Because the real human rights will not be traded, and can not mebatasi others outside corridor applicable law. Human rights perspective in the community, is still far from the expected. Legal product is considered to have many loopholes that affect law enforcement is not working as it should. Increased commitment of the Indonesian government in realizing human rights enforcement in the future, is expected to be more serious As social beings, should be able defend themselves and fight for their rights. Furthermore, it should be able to respect and preserve the rights of others. Abstract

Perubahan secara demografis pada angkatan kerja di beberapa negara di  antara lain berupa bertambahnya kaum ibu yang bekerja, meningkatknya masalah masalah keluarga – pekerjaan di dalam lingkungan kerja. Walaupun   work family conflict  (konflik keluarga –pekerjaan) dikenal sebagai masalah pria dan wanita, namun isu tersebut berlanjut hingga penempatan tanggung jawab bagi wanita karier. Perbedaan tanggung jawab disebabkanoleh peranan wanita secara tradisional, yang semula dianggap harus lebih bertanggung jawab daripada pria dalam masalah-masalah rumah tangga. Tanggung jawab wanita yang besar terhadap pekerjaan dan keluarga menimbulkan apa yang di sebut dengan stress,ketidak puasan kerja, absensi, perputaran kerja. Dengan demikian perusahaan harus serius manangani masalah ini.Kata kunci : konflik keluarga-pekerjaan, wanita-bekerja, stress kerja, kinerja karyawan Change in demography of the work force in American and some countries in Asia, such as the increase number of working mother has increase the work-family issue in work environment. Although work-family conflict is known as a man and women issue, but this issue is continues to place different responsibilities for working women. The different responsibilities is because of the tradisional role of women, who take more responsibilities than man for the domestic matter. Work-family issues forced organizations to adopt some policies in order to solve this issue, such as family-friendly policy. Some research acknowledge that organization abilities to adopt this kind of policy influence employee respon to their work life, such as job stress, job satisfaction/dissatisfaction, absence, and turnover. It is become clear that organizations have to be serious in handling this issue.Key words: Work-family conflict, work-women, work stress,job performance
