Abstract

Competition in the field of business is increasingly sophisticated in line with the development of information technology at this time can create business opportunities for traders to make online sales. With the online technology of the merchants it is easy to conduct transactions without having to go to the desired place of sale. Internet facilities support sellers to make online sales. But the facilities used to connect the Internet network on Latif Distro are not yet available, for it will be designed an online sales program using photoshop, macromedia dreamweaver, php mysql and Xampp, Making this Application is done by observation and Interview method and then designed with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model. With the design of web-based sales is expected to help and attract customers and help increase sales in the Latif Distro. Facilitate consumers in shopping without having to come to the place of direct sales simply by online anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

Disiplin merupakan kondisi ideal dalam upaya mendukung pelaksanaan tugas yang sesuai aturan guna mendukung optimalisasi kerja. Tanpa adanya disiplin maka pekerjaan tidak dapat berjalan dengan optimal dan tujuan organisasi tidak akan tercapai. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji efek dari pengawasan, dan koordinasi terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan. Setting penelitian ini di PLN Rayon Bandar Sribhawono, Lampung Timur. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang ada di PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Sribhawono yang berjumlah 16 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dengan keseluruhan karyawan dijadikan sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pengawasan dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan. Saran penelitian sebaiknya dibuat dan ditetapkan peraturan disiplin karyawan yang berlaku secara internal. Setiap karyawan hendaknya ikut berpartisipasi dan mendukung semua aktivitas dalam kantor termasuk aktivitas pengawasan terhadap kedisiplinan kerja.

Abstract

This research is based on factors that cannot be ignored related to employee morale, namely work culture and work motivation. This can be reflected in the lack of employee morale because the work culture and work motivation between leaders and staff are still lacking, this can be seen from the discipline of working hours which is still far from what is expected of employees at STMIK Surya Intan. This study aims to determine the effect of work culture on the motivation and morale of STMIK Surya Intan employees. In this study using a quantitative approach, with a sample of 40 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this study uses inferential statistics. Data that meets the requirements for analysis are processed using the SmartPLS3 program. From the test it was found that work culture has an effect on motivation, work culture has no effect on employee performance, and motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. Suggestions/recommendations, STMIK Surya Intan related to work culture requires satisfaction, discipline, work results, appreciation, so that employees can quickly complete work, regarding work motivation needs to be increased through education, through promotions, and through mutations, regarding work enthusiasm is needed improvement of employee work culture and employee motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel motivasi intrinsik, motivasi material, lingkungan kerja, pertimbangan pasar kerja dan  motivasi material terhadap minat mahasiswa ekonomi syariah UIN Raden Intan Lampung untuk bekerja di bank syariah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris dengan pendkatan kuantitatif yang melibatkan penggunaan analisis statistik. Penlitian ini menggunakan data  primer. Alat yang digunkan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik, motivasi material dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat berkarir di bank syariah. Namun untuk pertimbangan pasar kerja dan motivasi spritual tidak berpngaruh terhadap minat berkarir di bank syariah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ShopeeOnline's service quality on consumer satisfaction for students of the Islamic School of Economics and Business. The method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were students of the Islamic School of Economics and Business who had used the Shopee Online application. Based on Google Forms distributed and available to researchers, it was found that there were 202 students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business who had made online purchases from Online Shopee and the sample used was 134 respondents. The sampling method in this study used the Slovenian formula. Collecting data using library research methods, documentation and questionnaires. The results of the questionnaire were tested for validity and also tested for reliability, in the form of a normality assumption test. The data analysis technique used normality test technique, simple regression. Using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The results showed that the proposed hypothesis was accepted because it showed positive and significant hypothesis test results. This means that the quality of online shopping services has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction for students of the Islamic School of Economics and Business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of rice quality and price on rice demand. This research is a descriptive type, namely research that describes objects related to rice demand. The population in this study were all who bought rice at the gisting market and the sample taken was 30 people who bought rice at the gisting market, which were taken intentionally and who were willing to be interviewed. The data collection is done by using a questionnaire. The results of multiple linear regression analysis from the results of calculations using the IBM SPSS program are known that the influence of rice quality and price on consumer demand has a significant effect with R = 0.355 which means 35.5% of rice price and quality variables affect consumer demand, while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Then for ri obtained 0.126 which means the level of closeness of the relationship between price and quality of rice to demand is 12.6% which means low. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.061 or 6.1%, which means that x can explain y only by 6.1%.

Abstract

The millennial generation has always been a hot topic for analysis because it has hedonic and consumptive characteristics in modern products and tries to find symbols of luxury in buying daily needs. Therefore, it is important to understand the role of several factors that are likely to shape their Islamic economic behavior, especially among the younger generation who are just working. The survey was conducted in Pringsewu Regency, Lampung, with more than 150 millennial generation respondents who had just started working (1-3 years) and were financially independent by using hauntedness as the main data collection tool. To find out what factors can actually shape Islamic economic behavior, a confirmatory factor analysis tool is used using the maximum likelihood estimation approach. The test results show that the construct of halal consumption consists of halal issues, Islamic branding, religious norms, consumer attitudes, product knowledge, halal product evaluation, and commitment, all of which are in the good classification.

Abstract

Celebrity endorse is one of the most popular methods in the world, using celebrities that are attractive, have high popularity and can be trusted by the intended public to make the product being promoted known, known and desirable. Efforts made by the company in the form of advertising and celebrity endorse aimed at consumer purchasing decisions in determining and choosing wardah's cosmetics is not an instant thing to happen. The desire for someone to buy something requires a stimulus and stimulation arising from external or internal. This type of research used is quantitative research. The samples in this study were 40 respondents who were taken from consumers skincare ms glow students of the faculty of economics and business islam state university of raden intan lampung. Abstract

In this modern era, the development of the furniture business is growing rapidly with the development of internet technology which makes business competition even tougher. The supporting tool needed in this business is e-commerce. Where e-commerce is a business that involves producers, consumers, service providers and intermediaries using internet technology. The purpose of this research is to utilize the internet to increase sales and increase market share by implementing an android application-based online store at the Muji Mebel store. Research methods include data collection methods and systems development methods. At the data collection stage, the author went directly to the location of the research object and collected information about Muji Mebel Performance, then saw how the information was published. Meanwhile, at the system development stage, the authors use the waterfall model, where the waterfall method has 5 stages, namely post-analysis, system design, implementation, system testing and maintenance. The author concludes that with technology that continues to develop and intense competition in the business world, Muji Mebel is taking steps to create e-commerce applications to facilitate sales and marketing.
