Al Hikmah : Jurnal Studi Keislaman
Al Hikmah: Jurnal Studi Keislaman diterbitkan oleh Institut Agama Islam Al-Hikmah Tuban yang terbit sejak tahun 2011. Jurnal ini memuat kajian-kajian keislaman yang meliputi pendidikan Islam, sharî‘ah, pemikiran Islam, ekonomi, dan kajian Islam lainnya. Terbit dua kali setahun, yaitu bulan Maret dan September. Redaksi mengundang para akademisi, dosen, maupun peneliti untuk berkontribusi memasukkan artikel ilmiahnya yang belum pernah diterbitkan oleh jurnal lain. Naskah diketik dengan spasi 1,5 cm pada kertas ukuran A4 dengan panjang tulisan antara 20-25 halaman, 7000-9000 kata. Naskah yang masuk dievaluasi oleh dewan redaksi dan mitra bestari. Redaktur dapat melakukan perubahan pada tulisan yang dimuat untuk keseragaman format, tanpa mengubah substansinya. Alamat Redaksi: Jl. <![CDATA[Mulyasa worries this decline is an evidence of a shift towards value destruction, or the creation of new values based on pragmatism, materialism, hedonism, secularism, even atheism. In forming the character or noble character, Indonesia has long been a successful model of education, formed the character of the nation's children in the education system of "pesantren". Therefore, the combination of schools into the formal education system—such as school and madrasah—became important to apply today. The purposes of this study are to describe the integrative curriculum planning of madrasah-pesantren, to describe the implementation of an integrative curriculum of madrasah-pesantren in MAN 1 Malang and Madrasah Terpadu MAN 3 Malang, and to describe an integrative curriculum evaluation of madrasah-pesantren in MAN 1 Malang and Madrasah Terpadu MAN 3 Malang. This study uses a qualitative approach with case study by the unit of analysis of compound cases or multi-site studies. The data collection is conducted with participatory observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion and verification. The results of the research in MAN 1 Malang and Madrasah Terpadu MAN 3 Malang are: 1) integrative curriculum plannings of madrasah-pesantren are applied by: a) curriculum objectives integration and b) integration of organization of curriculum content. 2) Implementations of integrative curriculum madrasah-pesantren are done by: a) integration of program implementation of the curriculum and b) integration of curriculum implementation supervision. 3) Evaluation of integrative curriculum madrasah-pesantren is done by evaluate the curriculum in coordination between madrasah-pesantren, which include: a) evaluation of curriculum context, b) evaluation of curriculum input, c) evaluation of curriculum process and d) evaluation of the curriculum products.]]>

<![CDATA[This study focused on (1) the form of polysemy in the discourse of ILK humor (2) the relation of meaning in ILK humor discourse, and (3) the cause of meaning multiplicity in ILK humor discourse. Based on the previous focus, the purposes of this study were (1) to find the polysemy forms in the discourse of ILK humor, (2) to find a relation of meaning in ILK humor discourse, and (3) to find a multiplicity of meaning in ILK humor discourse. The data in this study were gathered through the stages of video downloads, transcription of data, the selection of data, and sorting of data. The instruments of this study were divided into two; they were data collection and data analysis. In the data collection, the instrument used in this study was a non-test instrument, called documentation. The documentation here was in the form of speeches in the ILK video which were transcribed. The Instruments of analyzing the data in this study consisted of researchers, data cards, and notebook research. The researcher was as a major instrument in analyzing the data. The researcher acted as an analyzer of data findings. The data collection technique used in this research were documentary and observation. In analyzing the data, the used techniques were agih and frontier methods along with their techniques. The results of this study were 37 forms of speech which had a new meaning, included words and combinations of words.]]>

<![CDATA[The court as a means of dispute resolution, most known, but among business will always strive to be avoided by many, due process and the relatively long period of time and protracted due to there are multiple levels in the hierarchy of the courts which have to be passed. In addition it is also because the identity of the parties to the dispute will be known by the public, because the principle of the hearings of the judiciary is, in principle, open to the public. For those who already have a name in the business world, does not want his identity known to the public because the case in court, this was due to worry big name kebonafiditasnya are always protected and preserved will be tarnished, especially among business associates, in addition also for justice that exist in Indonesia today are considered less able to meet the sense of justice in society. Therefore based on the background of the above, to be revealed in this study is whether the Arbitral as an alternative dispute resolution already has a legal binding for the parties to the dispute and shall be final. Arbitral always dependent on technical capabilities Arbiter to give a satisfactory decision and in accordance with the sense of justice of the parties. May not be suitable for the demands made up of various parties. Need to get a court order to do so, when there are parties, especially the losers do not want to implement the Arbitration Award, and (6). Final and binding principles that are attached to the Arbitral not absolutely true, in other words still open a few remedies that can be done to deny an Arbitration Award. Inconsistency of the Arbitral besides a problem, but also make the barriers and obstacles on the level of practice, especially in terms of the execution of an Arbitration Award.]]>

<![CDATA[Status and strategic role also held by teachers, especially in efforts to form a national character through the development of personality and values as desired. The dimensions of the position and role of teachers is difficult replaced by others. Viewed from a dimension of learning the role of teachers in Indonesian society remains predominant even technology that can be utilized in the learning process sometimes still very classic and far from modern. In this case the teacher has to be a change agent capable of promoting understanding and tolerance, and not just mencerdasakan learners but was able to develop a complete personality, morals, and character. For this purpose, it is necessary ideal and knowledgeable teachers who have sufficient competence and professionally accountable. In addition, for teachers to be accepted and recognized in the community of teachers should be able to be a role model for them is reflected in the behavior and daily activities, teachers should also be able membuktikann to all the people of the attitude of professionalism as a teacher, so the teacher profession is slowly and spontaneous be recognized by society. And in Muslim society, teachers must also be able to be a pioneer in any religious activities, both individually and collectively. Teachers are also responsible for the harmonious relationship of the school and community.]]>

The loss of a divider between countries create contiguity between nations values was inevitable. In such circumstances, the identity of a nation semakinn difficult to maintain that tend to be difficult to recognize a characteristic of a nation, not a nation terkeculai Indonesia. <![CDATA[As social beings, humans can not live without any legal or sebutannya- name that regulate their social life. It is inconceivable there is a communion of life that knows no sort of order-in this case-law that will govern their lives. A belief that hold true Muslims is that Islam contained in the Quran and al-Sunnah is the guidance of Allah that must guide all his life for the salvation of the human race in the world and akhira.Berbeda case with teachings never before revealed by God, the teachings of Islam are not only applicable to a particular group of people and limited to a period tertentu.Ajaran Islam since revealed to have been established as a handbook for all human groups at various places and the time until the end of masa.Hal was affirmed by Ibn Qayim in his book "al-muwaqqi'in knows best," about the legal changes with the change of time, place, traditions and conditions. Although Islamic law, or Shari'ah is eternal as set forth in the teachings of the Qur'an and Sunnah, but human interpretation of Islamic law through the instrument of fiqh (jurisprudence) is flexible and responsive to the needs and problems of modern. Therefore reinterpretation is possible by keeping within the scope of the objectives of Shariah, so that excessive human activity can be prevented and foreign cultural elements can be removed. In the theory of Islamic law (fiqh fiqh), besides due to difference places and circumstances, changes to the law relies heavily on 'ilatul hukm (logical reason) behind their establishment. Similarly, the legal systems of the others, who live and act in various parts of the world are different, the Islamic legal system, especially family law, still exist and continue to apply Islamic world.]]>

<![CDATA[Generally, when we discussed about family there are two types of family, nuclear and extended family. But in the sunna there is no clear definition that explain about family. There are many words of “أهل” in the sunna, that referred to the family, relative, kinship and wife. Based on the variety meaning of “ahl / أهل” word, I can conclude that family concept in the sunna is the collaboration or the fusion between nuclear and extended family. It is also showed about the flexibility in Islam for people in deciding family concept, whether nuclear or extended family. ]]>
