Abstract

Inactivated Poliovirus Vaccine (IPV) immunisation is given starting from 2-3 months of age with three consecutive doses with an interval of 6-8 weeks. IPV immunisation is one of the key steps in polio control efforts. However, there are still challenges in achieving optimal immunisation coverage in some areas. The aim was to determine the factors associated with the provision of IPV basic immunisation. This type of research uses descriptive analytics with a Cross Sectional approach where data on both variables are collected at the same time or at one time. Sampling using simple random sampling using the formula as many as 164 samples. The instruments used in the study were questionnaires and KMS Statistical tests used were chi-square. Results: The results of this study report that there is a significant relationship between knowledge (p value 0.000), work (p value 0.000), posyandu cadres (p value 0.000), posyandu officers (p value 0.000), and family support (p value 0.000) with the provision of IPV Basic Immunisation in the Working Area of Puskesmas Pulau Panggung. There is an influence of knowledge, occupation, posyandu cadres, posyandu officers, and family support on the provision of IPV basic immunisation. This study suggests that health workers should be more active in providing information to local mothers by providing information through counselling and putting up posters, banners and distributing leaflets about the importance of IPV to children or by providing information from house to house.

Abstract

Hypertension is a medical condition often associated with high blood pressure, and if not properly managed can increase the risk of heart disease and stroke. Although pharmacological treatment has become the standard in managing hypertension, non-pharmacological therapies such as music therapy can be used as a non-pharmacological approach that has the potential to strengthen the management of this disease. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of music therapy as an intervention in hypertensive patients. The conceptual framework used is by collecting some literature that discusses the same topic by looking at research abstracts. There are 3 database sources used to search for literature, namely Proquest, Science Direct, clinicallkey and Wiley journals. Music therapy is one of the alternative therapies or non-pharmacological therapies that can be used as hypertension therapy. This music therapy can be a guideline and recommendation for nurses to apply to patients with hypertension, besides that, people with hypertension can use music therapy independently.

Abstract

Antenatal care is an essential service in reducing maternal mortality. However, several studies have shown that distance, cost, time and quality of service affect the decline in ANC visits. For this reason, technology-based innovation (telehealth) is needed to overcome this. The aim was to evaluate the impact of using telehealth on increasing the number of antenatal care visits.  The method used was PRISMA from electronic databases: Scopus, Clinical Key Nursing, Science Direct and Proquest. The results showed that telehealth can expand the range of services, is effective, efficient and flexible in terms of cost and time, and there is no significant difference in the quality of the examination results. In conclusion, through easy access and more efficient costs offered by telehealth, it has a positive impact on increasing the number of antenatal care visits. This also has implications for the world of nursing, not only expanding maternity services but continuing to adapt to the massive development of technology to welcome the era of Society 5.0

Abstract

Insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) is a key mediator of human growth hormone (HGH), which plays an important role in promoting cell growth and differentiation in childhood and continues to exert anabolic effects in adults. IGF-1 is a small peptide that circulates in serum bound to a high affinity binding protein. IGF-1 is part of a vast network of growth factors, receptors, and binding proteins involved in mediating cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis IGF-I-like growth factor has broad anabolic and insulin-sensitising effects, which are generated through endocrine (in circulation) as well as paracrine/autocrine mechanisms. Serum concentrations of IGF-1 steadily increase during childhood and peak at puberty, and continue to decline since then, as does the secretion of human growth hormone. This study aims to determine the role of physical activity in molecular impact on increasing IGF-1 levels. This article is the result of a review of various research references related to the role of physical activity in molecular impact on increasing IGF-1 levels. Physical Activity in Molecular has an impact on increasing IGF-1 levels.
