Abstract

Pura sebagai tempat bagi masyarakat Hindu Bali sangat disucikan, sebagai tempat suci makaPura harus dijaga kesuciannya. Menjaga kesucian Pura Parisada Hindu Dharma IndonesiaPusat mengeluarkan Bhisama Kesucian Pura yang ditetapkan dengan Keputusan ParisadaHindu Dharma Indonesia Pusat Nomor 11/Kep/I/PHDIP/1994. Desa CandikuningKecamatan Baturiti sebagai daya tarik wisata yang mengandalkan keindahan alam dan PuraUlun Danu Beratan. Pengelolaan Pura Ulun Danu Beratan sebagai objek wisata di DesaCandikuning berpengaruh terhadap kesucian pura. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancanganpenelitian kualitatif interpretatif dengan lokasi penelitian di Desa Candikuning KecamatanBaturiti Kabupaten Tabanan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan sebagai berikut : Desacandikuning sebagai daya tarik wisata mengandalkan keindahan alam dan Pura Ulun DanuBeratan dikelola sebagai objek wisata budaya, keberadaan Pura Ulun Danu Beratan sebagaiobjek wisata budaya tidak lepas dari status pura sebagai Kahyangan Jagat, sebagai puraKahyangan Jagat apeneleng merupakan radius kesucian Pura Ulun Danu Beratan, akibatreinterpretasi terhadap kesucian pura Ulun Danu Beratan bahwasannya area suci pura dapatdiperjual belikan dan sebagai daya tarik wisata kesucian Pura Ulun danu beratan dapatdipulihkan dengan melaksanakan upacara Danu Kertih.

Abstract

This research is intended to conduct a study on efforts to increase the income of Hindu communities in the suburbs, especially in the Sigerongan area. This study was designed as a qualitative descriptive research to find out the strategies used to increase the income of the Hindu community. This study obtained findings in the form of strategies that can be taken to increase people's income. First, improving the quality of education is very important in order to realize an increase in welfare. Second, in order to realize an increase in welfare, it is also very necessary to pay attention to work that must be in accordance with self-competence. Third, working together is a very important activity to do in order to complete all work properly. Fourth, fostering an attitude of self-confidence is a part that is closely related to realizing the quality of work which in turn can realize an increase in welfare. Fifth, in order to realize the quality of life, it is necessary to build an attitude of self-confidence. Sixth, being grateful is one part of efforts to build a mentality to always manifest fortitude in order to create a prosperous life.

Abstract

Bhagavadgita. The teachings of this samkhya provide different understandings ofpurusa and prakerti which are different, but integrated with one another. In the essenceof the Bhagavadgita which describes the philosophy of life in which every human beingwill leave or experience liberation from worldly life. So that humans must accept thechallenge between life and death and dare not to feel afraid to fight the situation becausein this world only a puppet player who is moved by the hand of God. The purpose of thisstudy is to obtain the values contained in the teachings of samkhya yoga because thisteaching is not very easy to understand and deepen understanding in order to be able tounderstand and understand the purpose of the teachings. Thus, the teachings of samkhyaprovide humans with an extraordinary understanding of life for this journey, because thislife is like a cycle of birth and death, above, below and in the middle. Therefore, the lifeof this universe no one knows how the next life will be.

Abstract

The art of rejang lilit dance performed by Hindu women in Dusun Tanah Embet as acomplement to the dewa yajña ceremony has a very important position in carrying outHindu religious ceremonies. In this regard, this rejang lilit dance also has the potential tobe a cultural-based tourist attraction, especially related to the implementation of Hinduism.This study was designed in a qualitative descriptive method in order to describe theperformance of the rejang lilit dance in relation to the implementation of Hinduism andalso as a tourist attraction. Based on the results of this study, two findings were foundrelated to the performance of the rejang lilit dance. First, the rejang lilit dance as one ofthe sacred dance types owned by the Hindu community in Dusun Tanah Embet is veryimportant in completing the dewa yajña ceremony activities which are carried out intemples managed by the Hindu community of Dusun Tanah Embet. This rejang lilit dance61is a form of embodiment of a sense of devotion to Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa and at thesame time embodies the splendor of the implementation of the dewa yajña ceremony.Second, the performance of the rejang lilit dance in a series of dewa yajña ceremonies alsohas the potential to attract tourists visiting the area. The rejang lilit dance performance atthe time of the melasti ceremony on the beach has the potential to be watched by touristswho are traveling in that location. In this regard, it is necessary to think ahead that thispotential can be used as an aspect in the development of cultural tourism related to theimplementation of Hinduism

Abstract

Lombok TV meraih pencapaian penghargaan dan perpanjangan durasi jam siar, maka dari itu Lombok TV harus memiliki strategi yang tepat agar bisa terus bertahan. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif menunjukkan, strategi Lombok TV di mataram, meliputi pelaksanaan strategi program (perencanaan secara matang, memproduksi program dibutuhkan penonton, dekat dengan masyarakat, penyesuaian program pada moment tertentu, bekerja sama dengan pihak ketiga, penayangan program sesuai kebiasaan masyarakat, kontinuitas penayangan, dan peningkatan kualitas program); Pelaksanaan strategi menarik audien (Segmentasi audien dan Positioning); Pelaksanaan strategi marketing (meyakinkan pemasang iklan, memanfaatkan waktu siaran, kerja sama manajemen, dan promosi program); dan pelaksanaan strategi sumber daya manusia (perekrutan karyawan berbakat, kesempatan karyawan menyampaikan pendapat, memberikan reward dan punishment, pelatihan untuk meningkatkan skill, dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang baik). Sedangkan untuk kendala yang dihadapi Lombok TV: terbatasnya SDM bidang broadcasting, bencana alam dan kendala marketing.
