Abstract

Traveling salesman problem is the problem how salesman can set tour to visit a number of cities which known distance of the city with other cities so that the distance is the minimum distance where the salesman can only visit the city exactly once. To resolve TSP problem, there are many optimization methods that can be used one of them which is a genetic algorithm. Genetic algorithm is an algorithm which have same search method as a mechanism of biological evolution. Crossover is a genetic operator which the process of exchanging some genes on chromosome first parent with the majority of genes in the two parent chromosomes to form a new chromosome .One of the crossover method used in solving traveling salesman problem is partially mapped crossover ( PMX ),where the process mapping of PMX are determines the variation exchange of genes on chromosomes that affect the achievement of best fitness on 2 chromosome. In this study the first variation (PMX variation I) is designed using random point position while in the second variation (PMX variation II) is designed by using the change in the mapping area. Testing in this study using data from the Travelling Salesman Problem Library (TSPLIB). The result obtained that PMX which designed by using randomly cut position have best fittness better than PMX is designed by changing the position of the mapping area and if it compared with the general form of PMX with the same position cut point.

Abstract

Permasalahan lambatnya akses Internet client terjadi ketika mengakses Internet secara bersamaan, akibat distribusi bandwidth yang tidak merata oleh pengguna yang melakukan aktivitas download dan upload. Pengertian Quality of Service (QoS) adalah kemampuan suatu jaringan untuk menyediakan layanan yang baik dengan menyediakan bandwidth. Tujuan saya menggunakan metode Hierarchy Token Bucket pada DD-WRT untuk mengatur kecepatan Upload dan download pada masing-masing alamat IP client secara sentralisasi menggunakan firmware dd-wrt. Dengan demikian jika ada client yang mengakses internet membutuhkan kapasitas bandwidth yang besar, maka client lain tidak akan terganggu, karena masing-masing sudah mempunyai kapasitas bandwidth yang dipakai untuk mengakses internet.

Abstract

CV. Riztech is a company engaged in the sale of apparel products that have not implemented electronic commers to market products that exist in the distribution of clothing. So as to support product sales and balancing competitiveness among similar companies. Business processes are carried CV.Riztech at this point with the type of commerce business to customer (B2C). The process of selling products made by small amounts, the products are sold only be booked for mid-scale, and usually the customer who ordered the product. This study focuses on supporting the company's sales by marketing the product as a built-E-Commerce online have the feature that: Administrative Tools (Backend Office), shoping Features (Frontend), Security, and Communication.

Abstract

The bamboo craft creative industry is one of creative industry which is located in Metro. That creative industry has not had online system in information spreading process and selling produced product process. The spreading of information just only reach certain area or location, even though some of the industry have already sell the product outside Metro. Therefore, to expand the product trading, it is made the e-commerce design as the shopping service media for bamboo craft creative industry in Metro. The website design is aimed to overcome the marketing and selling product problems in bamboo craft creative industry in Metro which is limited by the place and time. The software development method which is used is Waterfall method. The data collecting uses observation method. The implementation from this Waterfall method is explained by using running system analysis, proposed system analysis, diagram context system, data flow diagram (DFD), table relation, database structure table, and interface design system. This website design uses PHP program. This e-commerce website has three user based on the access right therefore it can be used by customer (end user), the owner (bamboo craft creative industry), and the administrator (website management).

Abstract

Some companies convection that is often experienced by the owner of XYZ lies in the lack of information provided by each - each branch office ( lack of synchronization between the data center and branch office ). This is because the human resources available in each - each branch office is not sufficient to be able to make a more detailed report to the center.  Inadequate reports of each - each branch office , also led to the management does not know for sure about their finances and inventory - each branch . System to be built is a container used to store data from various branch offices . Of these containers will be carried out such ananalysis process OLAP ( OnLine Analytical Processing ) and can also be used as reporting tools .Operational data of each branch will be entered into a central database . After that , we will perform an Extraction , Transformation , and Loading to filter the data that will be inserted into the data warehouse . Modeling the model used is the Star . Architecture that will be used is Two - Layer Architecture . The information generated from the processing of the data warehouse design waking with OLAP analysis in the form of a query . Information presented in the form of queries : goods , office and date

Abstract

Aplikasi spam filtering ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. Metode pembeda markov digunakan dalam melakukan filterisasi email yang diterima. Pembuatan fitur menggunakan Sparse Binary Polynomial Hash (SBPH) dengan skema pembobotan Exponential Super increasing Model (ESM). Metode pembeda markov mengklasifikaskan email menjadi email spam dan legitimate secara otomatis serta mengurangi kesalahan klasifikasi email legitimate menjadi email spam. Pada penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan tingkat akurasi pengklasifikasian email menjadi spam dan legitimate maka training data merupakan email dari account yang sama dengan email account yang akan difilter. Dari hasil penelitian ini yang didapat 69% tingkat keakuratannya.

Abstract

Artificial neural networks have long been used in the classification process, which offers the flexibility of neural networks to the features of the object to be classified and small storage space. The biggest drawback of the backpropagation network is the time taken by the network to learn to be very long for large data conditions of learning and the conditions in which the features between different objects have small differences. To overcome the weaknesses of the implementation of the development is carried out by applying the concept of parallel adaptvie learning rate and training in order to improve the ability of the network in the learning process.

Abstract

A lot of decision-making problems encountered in various fields of work, such as the recipient's eligibility status field of the provision of bank credit, scholarships and recruitment in the company. Most of these problems aim to select a set of alternatives based on multiple attributes (criteria). The method is often used to resolve such issues is Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM). Thesis is appointed a case of acceptance of a new employee in a company using a weighted fuzzy logic Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) in finding a weight value of each attribute. Search theweights is done through a subjective approach. The study was conducted bysearching bobt value for each attribute, and then carried out the ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, the best warehouse location.

Abstract

Pada Sekretariat Kabupaten Aceh Utara memiliki lebih kurang 240 pegawai negeri. Selama ini dalam dalam proses pengolahan data pegawai masih menggunakan Microsoft office excel, untuk memperoleh atau mengedit data pegawai harus menjumpai bagian yang mengolola data tersebut, sehingga terpikir oleh saya untuk merancang sebuah sistem yang dapat mempermudah kinerja para pegawai. Perancangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan DFD dan ERD untuk memodelkan data dan proses. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan akan dapat memudahkan dalam pengolahan data pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine positions with many criteria . In determining positions often appear the probability of every possible improper, because of the many factors that influence the assessment of existing options . In the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) obtained uncertainty assessment is too subjective for qualitative data. Problems in determining the positions can be solved by Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP ), which uses valuation in the interval , so that qualitative data can provide a more objective assessment. The criteria used in this study is obedience, performance, responsibility, honesty, cooperation and leadership with three alternatives A, B and C. Based on this research can be concluded, performance becomes the highest criterion weighs 6.95 priority, then the priority weight 6.76 obedience, responsibility weighs 6.63 priority , honesty with weights 6.27 priorities , cooperation with priority weight 6.12 and the latter 's leadership with priority weights 6.2 . While the preferred alternative, Alternative C to get the highest score with 21.65 weight which is an alternative to the two weights B with 21.44 and the last alternative A 20.25 by weight
