Abstract

Classification of guns through sound using Wavelet Transform is a branch of sound processing can be used to identify several types of gunfire. This study uses wavelet transformation for the recognition and classification of firearms training through the noise using Wavelet Transform. The system was then tested by simulating it on the training data and test data to generate the percentage of recognition and classification of the sound of gunfire. Experiments done with several changes in parameter values to obtain the best percentage of recognition and classification. The results of this study in the form of gunfire were classified in accordance with the known brand guns from the calculation of energy using Wavelet Transformation.

Abstract

The sharp growth of data communication recently raise the importance of data security and confidentiality. Cryptography is the art or science of maintaining the security of data or message that randomize the data or message. In addition to text-based documents, it is also common to send image through a network. This research investigates the way to secure the image from the cryptanalyst disorders by using TEA (Tiny Encryption Algorithm) algorith, which is a secret key cryptographic algorithm. The strength of this algorithm lies in the Feistel network and the number of delta derived from the golden number. It was found that the algorithm is appropriate for encrypting and decrypting image, because of stronger round quantity and key length, and does not need S-box and P-box in the process. The test showed that this algorithm with 32 round fits highly for securing images with optimum speed. It was also found that the bigger image size, the longer the encryption and decryption process takes time to run, with decrypted image has different bit depth value compared to original image.

Abstract

Diagnosis is an early stage used to know the symptoms carassius auratus suffers; therefore, the diseases can be healed. The aimof this research is to create an expert systemapplication relating to fishery, especially in the diseases carassius auratus suffers. The existence of an expert system use to diagnose carassius auratus can provide a lot of easiness for anyone who wants to cultivate or just keep it. The design of expert system application uses prototype method whereas forward chaining is applied by using inference method. Forward chaining method begins with premises or input information (if) first and continued by conclusion (then). The expert system application of carassius auratus disease diagnosis can save the users’ cost. Users who have an access right as an administrators can add, change, or delete the data of symptoms, pests and diseases, and solutions therefore the system can keep developing. To obtain a more accurate results, we can combine it with CF (Certainty Factor) theorem.
