Abstract

Salah satu bentuk modernisasi penggilingan padi adalah munculnya penggilingan padi berjalan. Jasa teknologi penggilingan padi berjalan merupakan bentuk dari adanya perubahan sosial yang dulunya hanya menetap, para pelanggan datang bila ingin menggunakan jasa teknologi penggilingan paditersebut, kini seiring perubahan zaman dan kemajuan teknologi alat penggilingan padi pun dapat dipindah-pindahkan tempatnya sesuai dengan lokasi pelanggan yang ingin menikmati jasa penggilingan padi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kepuasan konsumen terhadap jasa teknologi penggilingan padi berjalan yang ada di kecamatan Samadua kabupaten Aceh Selatan. Metode dalam penelitian ini mengguankan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menilai empat variabel kepuasan konsumen. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa respon konsumen pada variabel kualitas pelayanan 75% respon konsumen merasa puas dan 25% respon konsumen merasa tidak puas. Pada variabel kepuasan konsumen terhadap hasil 90% respon konsumen merasa puas dan 10% respon konsumen merasa tidak puas. Pada variabel kepuasan konsumen terhadap harga, 100% respon konsumen merasa puas terhadap harga jasa teknologi penggilingan padi berjalan yang ada di kecamatan Samadua. Pada variabel kualitas dalam mengakses jasa, 70% konsumen membarikan respon puas dan 30 % konsumen memberikan respon tidak puas.

Abstract

The spread of COVID-19 throughout the world has greatly affected the national and global economy. The research was conducted at the hospital. Awal Bros Ahmad Yani Pekanbaru with the aim of testing the role of burnout in moderating the influence of perceived organizational support on subjective well-being. The population of this study was 539 people. Based on this population size, in accordance with the Krejcie and Morgan (1970) table, the sample size for this study was 217 people. The sampling method used in this research is Systematic Random Sampling. All respondents will be used to obtain primary data related to the variables, which will be collected through a questionnaire with a 1-5 point Likert scale. All data obtained will be analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS 3.0 analysis tool. This study found that perceived organizational support was positively related to subjective well-being; Burnout moderates the relationship between perceived organizational support and subjective well-being such that the relationship is strengthened when burnout is low.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh keterampilan teknologi dan inovasi terhadap keberhasilan teknopreneurship di sektor digital. Dengan menggunakan metode kaji literatur, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai studi relevan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara keterampilan teknologi, inovasi, dan daya saing teknopreneur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan teknologi, seperti penguasaan perangkat lunak, big data, dan teknologi canggih, memberikan keunggulan kompetitif bagi teknopreneur dalam menciptakan solusi efisien dan adaptif terhadap perubahan pasar. Inovasi dalam produk, layanan, dan model bisnis, seperti subscription dan teknologi berbasis cloud computing, memainkan peran signifikan dalam meningkatkan nilai tambah, loyalitas pelanggan, dan keberhasilan usaha. Sinergi antara keterampilan teknologi dan inovasi menghasilkan produk dan layanan yang relevan dengan kebutuhan pasar sekaligus mendorong keberhasilan teknopreneur. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya faktor pendukung, seperti akses ke sumber daya keuangan dan kemitraan strategis, dalam mempercepat pengembangan produk dan memperluas pasar. Studi ini memberikan wawasan bagi pengembangan teori dan praktik teknopreneurship di era digital.

Abstract

This study attempts how influencers, live streaming, EWOM, and flash sales influence purchase decisions using customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. A quantitative approach was used, employing surveys and questionnaires from 280 respondents. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a PLS approach revealed that influencers positively and significantly influence purchase decisions, as their credibility, attractiveness, and popularity enhance consumer trust. Conversely, live streaming, EWOM, and flash sales were found to have no significant effect on purchase decisions, indicating that real-time interactions, positive reviews, and large discounts fail to sufficiently drive consumer interest in Jiera's products. It has been demonstrated that the link between these factors and purchase decisions is mediated by customer satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction significantly impacts purchase decisions, with satisfied consumers demonstrating loyalty and willingness to recommend products. This study provides insights for businesses to prioritize strategies that enhance consumer shopping experiences.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the comparison of the application of cost methods between full costing and activity based costing, then test which method has a better level of cost efficiency between the two methods. The cost method is used to calculate the costs used by an entity to produce products or services through precise measurements. Management as a cost control function must be able to optimize profits, by keeping costs as low as possible so as to create a greater positive difference in income. This research is qualitative research with descriptive comparative design as an analysis technique. The data used for this research is primary data. Based on research conducted, calculations using activity based costing have a better level of efficiency than the full costing method, amounting to IDR 17,863,276. A better level of efficiency is due to calculations using activity based costing where basic room prices can be accurately charged based on the actual cost of resource usage.

Abstract

This research found the suitability of the term savings product (Si Mika) at the Sharia Savings and Loans and Financing Cooperative (KSPPS) BMT Mitra Utama Jepara with the DSN MUI Fatwa Number 115/DSN-MUI/IX/2017. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through interviews, observation and dokumentation. The research result show that Si Mika products use the Wadiah contract, even though they should use the Mudharabah contract according to the applicable fatwa. There are discrepancies in practice, especially regarding transparency and understanding of contracts among employees and members. Many members do not understand the contracts and profit sharing calculations, and there are differences in understanding between the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) and management. This research recommends that KSPPS BMT Mitra Utama consider changing the Wadiah contract to a Mudharabah contract and improve communication and understanding of the product between all parties. It is hoped that these findings will provide insight for KSPPS managers in ensuring the conformity of their products with sharia principles and increase member trust.

Abstract

Social media today is not only limited to users' blogs but also as one of the values of a consumer's trust in buying any product offered, especially coffee shops. This study was conducted to test and analyze the influence of social media marketing strategy (X) on the buying interest of visitors (Y) of coffee shop MSMEs in Pangkalpinang City. In this study, the respondent population was taken in the vulnerable age range of 15-29 years, the age most active in using social media. This study is a quantitative research that focuses on correlation and linear regression tests. The results of this study show that the influence of social media marketing strategies has a positive effect on buying interest. Therefore, MSMEs must continue developing and implementing marketing strategies on social media to attract more customers.

Abstract

This report presents the findings from the fieldwork conducted at Vapemu Store, focusing on promotional strategies and sales enhancement through e-commerce. The practical work experience provided valuable insights into the significance of innovation in product development and marketing strategies. The team emphasized the importance of introducing new product variants and actively listening to customer feedback, which has proven essential for expanding productivity and market share The project involved effective external communication, serving as a bridge between the fieldwork team, partners, supervising lecturers, and the university institution. A detailed budget was prepared for promotional materials, including banners and souvenirs, to support the marketing efforts The team aimed to motivate Vapemu Store to continue its growth trajectory, improve sales outcomes, and attract a larger consumer base in the future. Recommendations for ongoing development were also provided, highlighting the need for continuous innovation and adaptation to market demands The procedural framework for the project included regular coordination meetings among the fieldwork team, ensuring that activities were well-organized and timely. The report concludes with reflections on the practical experience gained, emphasizing the importance of bridging academic knowledge with real-world business applications Overall, this fieldwork experience not only contributed to the operational success of Vapemu Store but also enriched the students' understanding of practical business dynamics, thereby fulfilling the educational objectives of the internship program.

Abstract

Economic growth has an important role as the main means of improving the welfare of the Indonesian people. However, Indonesia faces challenges in economic growth due to uneven economic growth factors in each province. This study aims to analyze the effect of IP-ICT, capital expenditure, and labor productivity as well as the effect of the covid-19 pandemic on economic growth in Indonesia in 2017-2022. The data used in this study is quantitative panel data with a sample population of 34 provinces in Indonesia. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) as the best model. The regression results show that IP-ICT and labor productivity have a significant positive effect, while capital expenditure has no real impact, and the covid-19 dummy has a significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia in 2017-2022.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi akuntansi mudharabah di KSPPS Nuri Jatim Kantor Cabang Jember, dengan fokus pada kesesuaiannya dengan PSAK 105. PSAK 105 merupakan standar akuntansi yang mengatur perlakuan akuntansi untuk transaksi mudharabah, sehingga menjadi acuan bagi lembaga keuangan syariah di Indonesia dalam menyajikan laporan keuangan yang transparan dan akuntabel Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif mengenai implementasi akuntansi mudharabah di KSPPS Nuri Jatim, serta memberikan masukan bagi KSPPS Nuri Jatim dan lembaga keuangan syariah lainnya dalam meningkatkan kualitas sistem pembiayaan mudharabah dan kepatuhan terhadap PSAK 105.
