Abstract

Changes in efficiency policies and shifting work conditions can increase the economic vulnerability of households, particularly if the family's primary source of income is disrupted. Through this community service program, the business capacity of Ladrang Maniskoe in Klatak, Kalipuro, Banyuwangi is being strengthened by integrating appropriate technology, business management, brand development, legal compliance, and the optimization of digital marketing as the foundation for household economic empowerment. Baseline data from November 2025 show that weekly demand ranged from 35 to 50 kg, while production capacity remained steady at 30 kg per week. Over four weeks, cumulative demand reached 170 kg and actual production capacity was 120 kg, resulting in a gap of 50 kg and a fulfillment rate of 70.6%. The program implementation emphasizes active partner participation throughout the stages of needs identification, technical and managerial training, technology adoption and assistance, as well as monitoring and evaluation. Interventions include the provision of dough thinning and shaping machines, high-pressure stoves, the development of operational and maintenance SOPs, strengthening quality control systems, business record-keeping, brand identity development, website creation, content-based marketing, and support for P-IRT legal certification. Evidence of implementation is reflected in the completion of training and coordination, the availability of branded packaging, and the establishment of management and evaluation tools to support technology adoption. As endline data were not fully available at the time this manuscript was prepared, aspects such as production capacity, income, online sales, market reach, and final legal status cannot yet be stated as final outcomes. The value added by this program lies in its integrated mentoring model, which systematically links progress in technology, management, market readiness, and household economic resilience through measurable evaluation indicators.
