Abstract

This study exmines the factors that affect the profitability of the national commercial banks. This study used data 32 commercial banks that go pulic in Indoesia Stock Exchange period 2010-2014. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method. This study used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20. Independent variable of this study is Liquidity (LDR) and Asset Quality (NPL).The results of the study explain that Liquidity is a positive effects on Profitability. Liquidity be a measure of the success a bank to obtain high profitability. The lower the LDR reflects the bank has not been able to optimize third-party funds (DPK), which will be distributed to customers as a credit. Asset Quality negatively affect Profitability. High-Quality assets in a bank means more credit problems experienced by banks and will result in losses in the bank.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine effect of growth gross domestic product, inflation, exchange rate, capital adequacy ratio, return on assets, operating expenses to operating revenues and bank size on financing risk (NPF) of Sharia Banks period 2012-2015. The data that use in this research is the secondary data, that is financial statement of Sharia Banks in Indonesia period 2012-2015. The sampling method that used in this research are purposive sampling and data analysis model used is the multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research show that simultaneous each external and internal bank factor have influence on the NPF. But partially, showed that eksternal factor, namely growth gross domestic product, inflation and exchange rate have no influence on the NPF. While from the internal bank showed capital adequacy ratio and operating expenses to operating revenues have no influence, return on assets have a negative influence and bank size have a positive influence on the NPF.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate and discuss the influence of knowledge and perception of the quality of the product purchase intentions Datsun Go Panca.The sampling technique used is non - probability sampling and sampling conducted by judgmental sampling with a sample taken as many as 210 people. The target populationis the respondents whowere visitinga car show LCGC especially Datsun Go Panca.The scale of measurementin this study using a Likert scale. Measuring instrument usedwas a questionnaire. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression model. The results showedthat the effectof product knowledge on the intentionto buy Datsun Go Panca and influence the quality perception and purchase intent Datsun GoPanca, contributed 49.5%.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of personality dimensions on the performance of employees with training as a mediating variable. The sample used in this study were 45 marketing employees of PT Gresik Cipta Sejahtera. Statistical method analyze technique used is Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square by using Smart PLS 2.0. The results of recent research showed that the dimension of personality extraversion, agreeableness, neuroticsm, openness had significant positive effect on performance, Dimensions of Personality conscientinouness had a negative effect and significant to the performance. Dimensions of personality extraversion conscientinouness, openness had positive effect and significant to training, dimensions of personality agreeableness, neuroticsm had positive effect but not significant to training, training had positive and significant impact on performance.Training did not mediate the effect between Dimensions of Personality extraversion, agreeableness, neuroticsm, openness on performance, training did mediate the effect between Dimensions of Personality conscientinouness on performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out is there any influence of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as intervening variable on customer Dunkin Donuts in Surabaya and Sidoarjo. This research using non-probability sampling with judgemental sampling as sampling category. This research take 220 people as a respondents of the sample object. The respondents of this research is the customer Dunkin 'Donuts men and women aged 18-50 years who have made a purchase and consume directly at the Dunkin' Donuts at least 2 times in the last 3 months. The instruments used is an observation, documentation, interview and questionnaire that analyzed using a Likert scale. Analysis of data using path analysis. The result of this research showed that there is any influence of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as intervening variable.

Abstract

PT. Rahmat Jaya Perkasa is a company focuses on ceramic tiles distribution in East Java region. To improve and maintain the quality of its services, the company focuses on their organization culture. This process is done so that the organization within the company can improve employee performance to maintain its competitive advantage. In order to improve the performance of employees is needed motivation to work so that the organization can maintain its competitive advantage. Thus, the purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture, employee performance and motivation. And the role of mediation motivation to work on the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. Samples from this study are all permanent employees of PT. Rahmat Jaya Perkasa, which are 42 employees. Data analysis technique used is the analysis with alternative methods of Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square with the help of software Smart PLS 3.0. The results of the study explained that organizational culture significantly influence employee performance. Organizational culture positive and significant effect on work motivation. Work motivation significantly influence employee performance. Work motivation is not mediating effect of organizational culture on employee performance.
