Abstract

Effect of Leadership Head Madrasah on The Performance Teacher In MAS se-Kabupaten Tanah Datar. The purpose of this research was to reveal how extend the correlations of of the school principal’s leadership and the teamwork towarthe teachers’ performance of Privat Islamic Senior High at Tanah Datar Regency.There were three hypotheses to be tested : the school principal’s leadership contributed significantly toward the teachers’ performance; of Privat Islamic Senior High at Tanah Datar Regency.Research population were all teacher of privat Islamic Senior High at Tanah Datar Regency of 386 teachers from which 59 teachers were selected as a research sample by means of the stratified proportional random sampling technique. The result of data analyses show that a) the school principal’s leadership contributed significantly (24,1%) toward the teachers’ performance;Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, kepala madrasah, kinerja guru

Abstract

Effect of Job Satisfaction, Motivation and Leadership Styles Of Employee Performance in Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Batusanggkar. Issues raised in this study is whether job satisfaction, motivation and leadership styles affect the performance of employees at STAIN Batusangkar. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, motivation and leadership style on employee performance at Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Batusanggkar (STAIN) Batusanggkar.The results of hypothesis testing showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant impact employee job satisfaction on employee performance STAIN Batusanggkar the effective contribution of 6.3 % and 0.047 significance. (2) there is a positive and significant impact employee motivation STAIN Batusanggkar the effective contribution of 21.23 % and a significance of 0.000. (3) there is a positive and significant effect of leadership style on employee performance by employees Batusanggkar effectively 6.5 % and significance of 0.044. (4) there is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction, work motivation and leadership styles as perceived by employees STAIN Batusanggkar the effective contribution of 50.4 % and a significant 0.000.Kata Kunci: Kepuasan kerja, motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan, kinerja

Abstract

Implementation School-Based Management: Descriptive Analysis In Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Pasir Lawas Kabupaten Tanah Datar. This research is aimed to describe the implementation of School Based Management (SBM) in which this research uses qualitative research. The background of this research is quality of education in MTsN Pasir Lawas is still low because learning and teaching process is still conducted in conventional method, learning and teaching processes still focus in teachers’ center. Meanwhile, in applying School Based Management (SBM) attains learning process based on students’ center.This study uses qualitative research methods by applying descriptive analysis to describe how the teaching and learning process in the implementation of the School-Based Management.Kata Kunci:  Manajemen berbasis sekolah, proses belajar mengajar

Abstract

Contribution of Participation Committee on the Quality of Services Education in MAN seKabupaten Tanah Datar. The purpose of this research is to know whether the committee participation has contribution to educational service quality in MAN at Tanah Datar Regency. The population of this study is all of teachers of Islamic Senior High School (MAN) that consist of 145 teachers, and sample of this research is 53 teachers by using proportional stratified random sampling. The data are got by using questionairs, those are analized by using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS).The findings of the research is that the committee participation has contribution to the quality of educational services. The number of contribution is 0,206. It means that if the participation of the committee is increased, the quality of educational services is good, and vice versa. From the research, it can be concluded that the committee has to improve its participation in schools’ activities in order to improve the quality of educational services.Kata Kunci: Partisipasi komite, mutu layanan pendidikan

Abstract

Management and Environmental Islamic Education. Proceed from the assumption that life is education and education is life in the sense of education as a matter of life and living, the discourse about education is one topic that is always interesting. There are at least two reasons can be identified so as to keep up to date education to be studied. First, the need for education is crucial because it is intrinsically linked directly to the realm of life and human life. To discuss education means talking human needs. Second, education is also a strategic vehicle for efforts to improve the quality of human life, which is characterized by increased levels of well-being, poverty and decreasing the volume of the opening of the various alternative options and opportunities to actualize themselves in the future. Abstract

Contribution Leadership of Head Scholl: Professionalization of Teachers and School Climate to Teacher Work Motivation in MTsN Pasir Lawas Tanah Datar. Based on observations in the field, was impressed that the junior secondary school teachers' motivation Affairs (MTsN) Pasir Lawas Tanah Datar low, it is influenced by the leadership of the principal, teacher professionalization and school climate. If the condition is left is feared will affect efforts to improve the quality of education State in junior secondary school (MTsN) Pasir Lawas Tanah Datar. This study aims to reveal how much the contribution of principal leadership, teacher professionalization and school climate Against junior secondary school teachers' job motivation Affairs (MTsN) Pasir Lawas Tanah Datar. Abstract

Contribution Leadership Head of Madrasah Aliyah to Teacher Performance of Madrasah Aliyah Sawasta in District Lintau Buo Utara. The Contribution of School Principal’s Leadership and The Performance of Private Islamic Senior High School Teacher’s at Lintau Buo Utara.On the basis of a preliminary field observation, the reseacher noticed that Private Islamic Senior High School Teachers’ performance at Lintau Buo Utara district was relatively low. It was presumed that the teachers’ low performance was caused by the ineffective leadership of the schoolThe purpose of this research was to reveal how extend the contribution of the school principal’s leadership of Private Islamic Senior High School at Lintau Buo Utara District. There were three hypotheses to be tested : 1) the school principal’s leadership contributed significantly toward the teachers’ performance; 2) simultaneously, the school principal’s leadership of Private Islamic Senior High School at Lintau Buo Utara District.The result of data analyses show that the school principal’s leadership contributed significantly (24.1%) toward the teachers’ performance toward the teachers’ performance.Kata Kunci: Kontribusi, kepemimpinan, kinerja guru

Abstract

Management Education Modern Islamic School in Kids Character Building: Case Studies in Modern Islamic Boarding Diniyyah Pasia Agam Regency. The issues raised in this paper is: How Management Education In Modern Islamic School Character Building Children?This research is a field of research by using qualitative approach. In these investigations the data to be collected is Pesantren Education Management Modern about Diniyyah Pasia Agam Regency of West Sumatra.From research conducted concluded that management leadership in Pondok Pesantren Modern Diniyyah Pasia is demokrastis leadership that characterized by the presence of consensus agreement in determining planing, organizing and controlling.Kata Kunci: Manajemen pendidikan, pembentukan karakter

Abstract

Contributions Supervision of Trustees Madrasah and Work Motivation to Teachers Performance MTs se-Kecamatan Sungai Tarab. On the basis preliminary field observation, the researcher noticed that the Kecamatan Sungai Tarab Islamic Junior High School Teacher’s performance was relatively low. It was presumed that the teacher’s low performance was caused by of the school supervision and low motivation of the teacher’s. This research was intended to find out the contribution of the school supervision and motivation to ward the teacher’s performance. There is hypotheses to be tested: Supervision contributed significantly toward the teacher’s performance. Research population were all teacher’s of Islamic junior high school consisting of 58 teacher’s were selected as a research sample by means of stratified random sampling technique. The result of data analyses show that The supervision of the school contributed significantly (50,9%) to ward the teacher’s performance.. It is then concluded that the supervision is important factors that may influence the performance of Kecamatan Sungai Tarab Islamic Junior High School teacher’s, yet not to ignore other factors which are not treated in this research. Based on the research findings it is recommended that the two researched factors be paid more attention in order to improve and increase the teacher’s performance. Abstract

Relations Leadership Style and Performance with the Work Ethic Teachers in Primary School Kota Padangpanjang. The purpose of this research was to reveal how extend the correlations of principal leadership, teachers’ work satisfaction with teachers’ work ethic at elementary schools in Padang Panjang Regency.This research revealed: (1) Style of Principal leadership correlated with teachers’ work ethic significantly. The extended of correlation of teachers work ethic was determined by style of principal leadership as 27,1 %. (2) Teachers work satisfaction correlated with teachers’ work ethic significantly. Teachers’ work ethic was determined by teachers work satisfaction as 26,2 %. (3) The style of principal leadership and teachers work satisfaction (X2) correlated significantly with teachers’ work ethic at elementary schools in Padang Panjang Regency, and the extend teachers’ work ethic was determined by style of principal eldership and teachers’ work satisfaction as 39,5 %.Kata kunci:  Gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, etos kerja
