Abstract

This reaserch was done to know about the Strategy headmaster MAN Gunung Padang Panjang increasing value of accreditation.This study uses a qualitative method using a case study perspective deskriptif.Teknik data collection in the form of observation, interviews and documentation study.The results of this study, 1). Strategy headmaster in improving the value of accreditation: a) Establish a madrasah accreditation team. b) Uniting the whole perception of madrasah stakeholder to increase the value of accreditation. c) develop a vision and mission and strategic plan of the madrasah. d) Inviting community leaders actively promote madrasah.e). Every effort to improve education standard eight 2). Barriers faced by the headmaster is: a) The attitude of teachers varies proactive in achieving the implementation of the vision and mission of the madrasas., B). Professionalism of teachers who have not honed well. c). There are still teachers who like comfortable or just come madrasah when teaching hours. d). There is still a teacher less concerned about the activities of the madrasas, facilities and infrastructure is not yet complete. 3). Implementation of the strategy undertaken headmaster: a) Make a commitment with educators and stakeholders to advance the institution, b) Develop EDS, c) vision and mission madrasah, d) .make strategic plan, e) Establish Accreditation Team , f) empower school committee,and  g) to collaborate with relevant agencies.

Abstract

This study was conducted because of the need for the development of the emotional potential in the learning process conducted by teachers of Islamic Education at SMP N 29 Padang. The purpose of this study is to determine the efforts undertaken by teachers of Islamic Religious Education develop the emotional potential of students in improving the learning process. The research method used is field research is descriptive. In this research has not seen efforts of Islamic religious teachers in developing the emotional potential of their students, including indication is that students have not yet felt a really enjoyable learning atmosphere such as learning PAIKEM, but instead students feel the lack of learning atmosphere, full of uneasiness, Not well developed and maximal.

Abstract

This research is aimed at describing the leadership of the Head Master of MTsN Sungayang in achieving a better quality school. The research applied a qualitative paradigm. The  techniques of data collection of this study were interviews, observation and documentary study. The technique of data analysis applied the interactive model   by Miles and Huberman. For checking data trustwohiness, triangulation technique was applie, namely by comparing the results of observation data with those of  interview, and documentation. The findings of the study show that the school principal plans  the programs, performing short speeches (muhadaroh) in the Madrasah, providing religious vocabulary, habituating the students to perform Dhuha prayer and noon prayer together, evaluating classrooms cleanliness, making Madrasah wall magazine, creating  Madrasah Health Unit (UKS), performing activities of  Sports and Arts, of social like takziyah,  visiting the sick people, and  collecting money for social funds.

Abstract

This research to describe the management of the principal in realizing the adiwiyata school in SD Negeri 02 Tanah Pak Lambik  Padang Panjang City. This study is qualitative. Data collection is done through observation, interview and documentation study. The results showed that in realizing the adiwiyata program at SD Negeri 02 Tanah Pak Lambik, various management functions were applied by the principal. Starting from the planning, organizing, implementation and control performed by the principal, then with the hard work of the principal and all related elements can be realized adiwiyata program di SD Negeri 02 Tanah Pak Lambik.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the cultivation of character values by PAI teacher through storytelling and character values any implanted through storytelling. The purpose of this study is to describe the process of cultivation of character values in Islamic education through storytelling. The method used a qualitative research method with type research field research is descriptive qualitative. The data source is the PAI teacher. The research location is in SD N 07 Sumanik Salimpaung District of Tanah Datar. Namely data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. Data processing techniques by collecting data, once collected then checked and diklasifiasikan, so make easy in data processing. Analysis of the data used is, selecting the data, classifying the data, content analysis, and conclusion. Technique authenticity of data is triangulation is using a variety of sources, such as interviews with respondents and researcher observation and documentation. The results showed that the learning process in primary PAI SD N 07 Sumanik Salimpaung District of Tanah Datar, through storytelling in the cultivation of character values categorized as good, with storytelling techniques without the help of using media images. However, there are some components of storytelling process that has not been done as it should be, as in the stage of arranging the seating of students, at this stage of asking the students to retell the stories that have been submitted. From the stories presented by the teacher in the classroom learning process PAI their character values are imparted to students, among others: (1) The value of character religious, (2) honest, (3) tolerance, (4) hard work, ( 5) curiosity, (6) the national spirit, (7) recognize excellence, (8) friends / communicative, (9) love peace, (10) social care, and (11) of responsibility. While the character values (1) discipline, (2) independent, (3) democratic, (4) likes to read, (5) love of the homeland, (6) creative, and (7) to care for the environment has not seen imparted to students through methods of the story told.

Abstract

Development of KKNI-based curriculum in universities through two levels, namely macro and micro. At the macro level its development follows the stages, as follows: 1). Formulate the graduate profile, 2) Define the learning outcomes (Learning Outcomes), 3) Select the study materials, and 4) .Set the Course. While at the micro level (for implementation in class), development through Semester Learning Plan (RPS) which contains several components, as follows: a) .Identitas RPS, b). Learning Achievements, c). Indicators, d). Method of Learning, e). Time, f). Learning experience, g). Criteria and weighting scores, and h). Reference list.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the invisibility of creativity yet tutors in Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB). This study aims to reveal about the contribution of the working climate and work motivation on creativity tutors Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) in the region Badger Luak Nan TigoWest Sumatra Province. Based on the problems and goals to be achieved, this study used a quantitative method that aims to examine the relationship between the three variables above are correlational against a population of 42 tutors with a sample size of 28 people. Sample selection is done through four stages with the steps as follows: (1) Identify strata of the population, (2) Calculate the proportion of strata, (3) determine the sample size, and (4) determining the subject of research. To do research instruments (1) Measurement Scale, (2) Preparation of Instrument, and (3) Test Instruments. Data collected by distributing a questionnaire in the form of questionnaires to tutors selected as the study sample. The research data were processed and analyzed by using the Correlation Technique and Multiple Linear Regression Technique. Data analysis was performed with the aid of a computer program SPSS version 18.0 For Windows, to perform requirements analysis, and hypothesis testing. Results of the analysis showed that (1) contribute to the climate of creativity tutors, (2) contribute to the creative work motivation tutors, and (3) work climate and work motivation together also contribute to the creativity tutors.
