Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi semakin pesat, kebanyakan memunculkan berbagai media. Salah satunya adalah film, film merupakan hiburan bagi masyarakat dan memberikan banyak pesan. Penelitian ini membahas pelakor di film web series Layangan putus. Yang menceritakan tentang perselingkuhan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tentang pelakor pada film layangan putus. Dalam penelitian ini Menerapkan teori analisis framing model Framing Model Zhongdang Pan & Gerald M. Kosicki. Yang dalam teori ini memiliki tujuan Analisis framing merupakan salah satu alternatif model analisis yang dapat mengungkap rahasia dibalik sebuah perbedaaan bahkan pertentangan media dalam mengungkapkan fakta. Analisis framing dipakai untuk mengetahui bagaimana realitas dibingkai oleh media. Dengan metode penelitian dari penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Kualitatif dengan objek penelitian analisis framing tentang makna pelakor film web series Layangan putus. Dan subjek dari penelitian ini adalah Film Layangan putus yang dirilis pada tahun 2021.

Abstract

This research realizes the goals of government organization Discipline of Civil Servants is absolutely necessary. In an organization in an effort to achieve goals, because after all the skills of an employee in carrying out his work without being accompanied by work motivation, his tasks given to him cannot be completed properly and on time. This research is entitled The formulation of the problem and the purpose of this research is, what is raised in this study is Is there an Influence of Motivation on Employee Work Discipline During the Covid 19 Period at the Public Works Office of North Bengkulu Regency and the major influences caused. The hypothesis in this study is that there is an influence of motivation on employee discipline at the Public Works Office of North Bengkulu Regency. To prove the hypothesis, Product Moment analysis is used, where data from the results of questionnaire processing is the main data in the analysis.To prove the magnitude of the relationship, the Determination formula is used. Furthermore, there is the influence of motivation in the Public Works Department of North Bengkulu Regency based on the results of research and discussion categorized as high, where from 60 respondents it shows that a high level of motivation is 73.0%. Medium 17.0% and low 10.0%. The level of Work Discipline of Employees at the Department of Public Works of North Bengkulu Regency can be said to be high where from the results of research which shows high work discipline is 57.25%, moderate is 22.8% and low is 20.0%. Based on Product Moment analysis, it is known that there is a relationship between Motivation and Work Discipline of Employees at the Public Works Office of North Bengkulu Regency, where r calculation results are 0.470 greater than r table 0.254 from the 95% confidence rate, so that the proposed hypothesis can be accepted while the magnitude of the relationship is based on determination analysis of 22.09%. The population in this study were 120 people and 60 people who became respondents to the questionnaire. Thus, apart from motivation, there are other variables that affect employee work discipline which are not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and understand the factors that influence the development of the Sebelat Elephant Training Tourism Object, Suka Baru Village, Marga Sakti Sebelat District. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were the Suka Baru Village Government and the PLG Management who managed the tourism object, and the community as tourists. The results of the study concluded that of the ten factors that influence the development of the Gajah Sebelat training tourist attraction in Suka Baru Village, Marga Sakti Sebelat District, 6 factors that have been well supported, namely tourists, tourist attraction, natural resources, prices, tourism organizations/perpetrators and regional characteristics while the other 4 factors namely accessibility, tourist facilities, human resources and information have not optimally supported the development of the Gajah Sebelat training tourism object, Suka Baru Village, Marga Sakti Sebelat District.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the effectiveness of the management of special allocation funds (DAK) non-physical aid provisions (BOP) equality in the pusa of public study activities (PKBM) and the SPNF SKB in the Dinas Education and culture of Seluma district. Recearch result are already effective management of special allocation funds (DAK) non-physical operations assistance arrangements (BOP) equality in the community learning centre PKBM and SPNF SKB at Seluma Country education and culture services.

Abstract

The local financial crisis has become a major concern in local public administration in various countries. This article outlines the main challenges that local governments face in maintaining their financial sustainability. In this context, various solutions and strategies that can be applied to overcome the local financial crisis are discussed, including improved budget management efficiency, diversification of revenue sources, and inter-local government cooperation. These efforts are key in ensuring that local governments can continue to provide essential services to their communities while overcoming financial cons.
