Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini berjudul Pelatihan Pengelolaan Limbah Plastik Kantong Kresek Menjadi Barang Ekonomis (Kerajinan Bunga Anggrek) Dalam Rangka Mendukung Pendapatan Keluarga. Yang menjadi obyek pengabdian msyarakat ini adalah kaum Ibu-Ibu kelompok tani di Desa Talang Pungguk Kecamatan Air Besi Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah: 1) untuk memberikan nilai ekonomis terhadap limbah plastik kantong kresek yang banyak ditemukan terutama di lingkungan keluarga di Desa Talang Pungguk, 2) untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas dan inovasi ibu-ibu Desa Talang Pungguk, 3) pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat menjadi media penguatan perekonomian masyarakat dan, 4) tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengurangi limbah plastik kantong kresek terutama di Desa talang pungguk. Bahan utama yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah berupa sampah plastik kantong kresek yang tidak terpakai lagi untuk dapat didaur ulang menjadi kerajinan tangan berupa bunga plastik yang dapat dijadikan hiasan. Metode yang dilakukan adalah: 1) memberikan informasi langsung dan praktek mengenai pembuatan bunga anggrek, 2) memberikan modul mengenai informasi program pengabdian masyarakat ini, dan 3) memberikan penjelasan langsung tentang proses pembuatan bunga plastik. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah adanya kesadaran dari ibu-ibu kelompok tani Desa Talang Pungguk tentang perlunya pengelolaan sampah plastik kantong kresek dan kesadaran ibu-ibu kelompok tani tentang perlunya peningkatan nilai ekonomis pada limbah plastik kantong kresek.

Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul “Analisis Implementasi Pelaksanaan Program Promosi Kesehatan Rumah Sakit (PKRS) diRSUD Kecamatan Arga Makmur Kabupaten Bengku Utara Tahun 2018”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui baaimana pelaksanaan program promosi kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Arga Makmur Bengkulu Utara dalamrangka meningkatkan kesadaran akan hidup sehat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yaitu melihat bagaimana pelaksanaan program promosi kesehatan di RSUD dari aspek eduki pelaksanaan kegiatan anggaran dan pengawasan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini ada 3 yaitu data berupa jawaban lisan wawancara, kemudian tempat berupa kelengkapan alat, serta dokumentasi. Hasil analisis data diuji keabsahannya dengan menggunakan trianggulasi sumber. Dari keempat aspek tersebut pendanaan dan SDM sangatlah penting dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan program promosi kesehatan rumah sakit di RSUD Arga Makmur.

Abstract

The aim of this outreach is to increase the knowledge and awareness of students at Ratu Samban University, North Bengkulu about the magnitude of the dangers of cigarettes for passive smokers around them. This socialization was attended by 30 students from Ratu Samban University, North Bengkulu. This socialization is carried out by providing material regarding the bad effects of cigarettes on passive smokers and discussions about prevention that can be carried out by the community as a form of prevention so that they are not exposed to passive smoking, namely 1) Avoid gathering with people who smoke by looking for a place that has fresh air free of cigarette smoke, 2) Prohibit people from smoking at home, this is useful for protecting yourself and your family from exposure to cigarette smoke, 3) When you are in a public place, such as an office, cafe or restaurant, choose a room that is smoke-free, 4) Use a mask regularly. correctly when leaving the house to avoid exposure to cigarette smoke, 5) Politely remind smokers who smoke anywhere.

Abstract

The Department of Education and Culture of North Bengkulu Regency, as an institution tasked with building and advancing education in North Bengkulu Regency, naturally has a substantial workload. The heavy workload can lead to work stress among its employees, resulting in unsatisfactory achievement of organizational goals and objectives. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leadership on employee work stress at the Department of Education and Culture of North Bengkulu Regency. This research is a quantitative study using an explanatory survey method. The population and sample in this study are the employees of the Department of Education and Culture of North Bengkulu Regency, totaling 48 people. The data analysis techniques used in this study include descriptive analysis and product moment analysis for partial significance testing (t-test) and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study indicate that the leadership variable affects employee work stress (Y). Based on the t-test, the leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on employee work stress.

Abstract

This research realizes the goals of government organization Discipline of Civil Servants is absolutely necessary. In an organization in an effort to achieve goals, because after all the skills of an employee in carrying out his work without being accompanied by work motivation, his tasks given to him cannot be completed properly and on time. This research is entitled The formulation of the problem and the purpose of this research is, what is raised in this study is Is there an Influence of Motivation on Employee Work Discipline During the Covid 19 Period at the Public Works Office of North Bengkulu Regency and the major influences caused. The hypothesis in this study is that there is an influence of motivation on employee discipline at the Public Works Office of North Bengkulu Regency. To prove the hypothesis, Product Moment analysis is used, where data from the results of questionnaire processing is the main data in the analysis.To prove the magnitude of the relationship, the Determination formula is used. Furthermore, there is the influence of motivation in the Public Works Department of North Bengkulu Regency based on the results of research and discussion categorized as high, where from 60 respondents it shows that a high level of motivation is 73.0%. Medium 17.0% and low 10.0%. The level of Work Discipline of Employees at the Department of Public Works of North Bengkulu Regency can be said to be high where from the results of research which shows high work discipline is 57.25%, moderate is 22.8% and low is 20.0%. Based on Product Moment analysis, it is known that there is a relationship between Motivation and Work Discipline of Employees at the Public Works Office of North Bengkulu Regency, where r calculation results are 0.470 greater than r table 0.254 from the 95% confidence rate, so that the proposed hypothesis can be accepted while the magnitude of the relationship is based on determination analysis of 22.09%. The population in this study were 120 people and 60 people who became respondents to the questionnaire. Thus, apart from motivation, there are other variables that affect employee work discipline which are not examined.

Abstract

Kemumu Village was originally in the form of a village named Sido Mulya from the Dutch Colonization Transmigration Program in 1935 which came from Banyumas, and Kebumen, Central Java. In 2023 Kemumu won 2nd place in the Competition and in 2024 won first place at the Provincial level. With this achievement, of course, the Village assisted by related parties such as TP-PKK and POKDARWIS must strive to create tourist locations to be cleaner, more beautiful, neat and comfortable to visit. However, this effort is not balanced by the awareness of visitors in throwing garbage. Visitors still throw garbage carelessly at interesting tourist spots. This makes tourist locations unbeautiful. Kemumu as a biowealth-based ecotourism destination and agrotourism with tourist spots in swampy areas are filled with a lot of garbage. This causes pollution, the flow of water is obstructed. The 2018 DRTPM PKM program has succeeded in forming a waste artisan center and has succeeded in improving community skills in utilizing plastic waste into goods of economic value. However, along with the increase in knowledge, understanding and behavior of the community in utilizing plastic waste, it has an impact on the lack of plastic waste supply needed by craftsmen. Meanwhile, the people of Kemumu have the potential to produce plastic waste. Through PMP 2024, it tries to provide solutions on how to manage plastic waste in order to create a sustainable tourism village, and increase awareness in waste management, increase knowledge, waste management skills so that it can meet the needs of waste artisans and community income with socialization, training, technology application, mentoring, and evaluation methods. The results of PMP 2024 have been able to increase the knowledge, understanding and skills of partners in managing plastic waste so that waste artisans no longer have difficulty in obtaining raw materials. Abstract

Household economic empowerment is one of the government's efforts to improve the welfare of the community. In its implementation, this effort is carried out by utilizing natural resources and potentials that exist in the environment around the house where the community itself lives. For the community in Penembang Village, Bengkulu Tengah Regency, household waste has not been utilized optimally, this is due to the lack of knowledge about the management and utilization of household waste. One way that can be done as a solution to this problem is to conduct counseling and training on household waste management to the community in Penembang village. In the counseling, household waste processing practices are also carried out, especially organic waste.

Abstract

The village of Banyumas has resources in coconut trees, but their utilization is not yet optimal. The fruit of the coconut is only taken for the flesh, while the coconut water is discarded and becomes waste. Coconut water has not been utilized into economically valuable products by the community in Banyumas village, Kerkap district, North Bengkulu regency. Coconut water can be utilized to produce economically valuable products such as nata de coco, syrup, and soy sauce. The aim of the training activities in this Community Service program is to foster innovation and enhance the participants' knowledge about processing coconut water into economically valuable products, so that it can later increase the income for the villagers who develop this scientific innovation. The training on coconut water processing in Banyumas Village uses lecture and practical methods. The result of this coconut water processing training is that participants acquire information, skills, and knowledge about how to make nata de coco, syrup, and soy sauce from coconut water.

Abstract

The development of tourism potential in Padang Serai Village has great potential to increase local community income and preserve the environment and culture. However, the development of tourism potential in Padang Serai Village is still not optimal. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct socialization of the development of tourism potential in Padang Serai Village through training and mentoring for the local community. The purpose of this service is to increase the awareness and ability of the local community in managing and developing tourism potential in Padang Serai Village. The method used in this service is training and mentoring for the local community. The results of this service show that the awareness and ability of the local community in managing and developing tourism potential in Padang Serai Village increased after training and mentoring. Therefore, this service can provide benefits to the local community and increase tourism potential in Padang Serai Village.
