Abstract

This research was conducted in Tanjung Besar Village and Selasih Village, Kaur Regency. Tanjung Besar Village and Selasih Village are the two villages that most often experience flood disasters. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of service quality on community satisfaction with the services provided by the Kaur Regional Disaster Management Agency during floods in Kaur district. This research is a quantitative study of forty respondents who experienced flood disasters. Based on the results of management studies, it is known that service quality is guaranteed by: Honesty, responsiveness, commitment, empathy and sadness on one part, at the same time followed by an impact that is good and important for life. public. Based on the results of the t test and F test, the fifth result shows that the t value is less than 0.05 and the significance of the F value is less than 0.05. This confirms our previous hypothesis.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the quality of service and activities of Kaur Regional Health Service employees. Service quality is studied in seven dimensions. Attitude, approach, performance, energy, character, responsibility and facilities). Meanwhile, employee performance will be seen from 5 (five) dimensions, namely: suitability of service, timeliness, initiative, ability and communication. The main method of data collection is interviews. Interviews were conducted with 5 informants. Data analysis was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner, namely by providing sentence or narrative explanations. After data analysis, it was discovered that of the 7 (seven) dimensions of service quality studied, not all of them were good and met expectations, namely action (action), accountability (responsibility), and equipment (facilities), so the quality of service was still not good. The results of research on employee performance show that not all of the 5 (five) dimensions studied are good, these dimensions are related to punctuality, so employee performance is not yet completely good. This is because the quality of service is still not good. For this reason, the quality of service in the future still needs to be improved to increase worker performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and understand the work of the Kaur Regency Regional Secretariat team. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with an inductive approach. The data used in this analysis are primary data and secondary data. Primary data will be processed based on the results of observations and interviews with Kaur Regency Regional Secretariat staff and other parties involved in the main functions and activities of the Kaur Regency Regional Secretariat. The data used in this analysis are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was processed through observation and interviews with Kaur Regency regional secretariat officials. Secondary data was obtained from Regional Secretary Kaur. The results of the analysis show that the performance of the Kaur Regency Regional Secretariat is good. This can be seen from indicators of productivity, service quality and responsiveness, responsibility and accountability. The results of the research show that leadership and cultural factors have a big influence on the achievements of the Kaur District secretariat team.

Abstract

This investigation was carried out to clarify the following problems: 1) Analyze the implementation of the DPRD's supervisory function in the Kaur Regency APBD; 2) Analyze what factors influence the DPRD's supervisory function in the Kaur Regency APBD. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. This research data was taken from primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and recording. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and inference/validation. The results of this research show: 1). The DPRD's supervisory function in implementing the Kaur Regency APBD is good and responsible, as evidenced by supervision indicators including: 1) setting standards, 2) measuring work, 3) evaluating performance prices. 2). Likewise with the factors that influence the role of the Kaur Regency APBD in the supervision of the DPRD. The factors that determine the DPRD's performance in implementing the Kaur Regency APBD are internal and external factors that contribute or predict the success of the DPRD in implementing the Kaur Regency APBD very effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media dot cards terhadap kemampuan mengenal lambang bilangan pada siswa autis kelas 1 dan 2 di Sekolah Khusus Pelita Bunda Samarinda. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh media dot cards terhadap kemampuan mengenal lambang bilangan pada siswa autis kelas 1 dan 2 di Sekolah Khusus Pelita Bunda Samarinda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode pre-experimental. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 8 siswa autis. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, angket dan alat ukur berupa lembar observasi dan cheklist. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah one group pretest-posttest design. Teknik analisis data menggunakan program SPSS versi 25 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media dot cards dalam peningkatan kemampuan mengenal lambang bilangan pada siswa SD autis kelas 1 & 2 di Sekolah Khusus Pelita Bunda Samarinda, dimana hasil uji hipotesis (paired sampel t-test) diperoleh t = -26,750 dan p = 0,000 sehingga p < 0,05. Maka penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh media dot cards yang sangat signifikan terhadap kemampuan mengenal lambang bilangan pada siswa SD autis kelas 1 & 2 di Sekolah Khusus Pelita Bunda Samarinda.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how effective the SIPADU Application Service Program (Integrated Village Administrative Service Information System) is in optimizing administrative services in Dangin Puri Kangin Village, North Denpasar District. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method using interview techniques and literature study to obtain data. Research informants for interviews were determined by random sampling and literature studies were carried out by searching for information through journals, articles and internet sites. The research results show that the SIPADU (Integrated Village Administrative Services Information System) application in optimizing administrative services in Dangin Puri Kangin Village, North Denpasar District is quite effective. This refers to the effectiveness measurement proposed by Steers which consists of goal achievement, adaptation and integration. 1) Indicators for achieving goals are running well because they are designed according to community needs, but the level of socialization needs to be increased. 2) The adaptation indicators have been met because this application makes it easy for the public to obtain administrative and information services. 3) Integration indicators are also carried out well by the Dangin Puri Kangin Village Government through the delivery of information via its website and social media. Apart from that, good integration is also carried out through regular updates of information on the application. From this study it can be concluded that the SIPADU Application Service Program (Integrated Village Administrative Services Information System) in Optimizing Administrative Services in Dangin Puri Kangin Village, North Denpasar District is running quite effectively but there needs to be continuous increase in socialization to the community of Dangin Puri Kangin Village, North Denpasar District.  Keywords: Effectiveness, SIPADU, Public  Service

Abstract

Stunting is a threat to the nation's next generation, because if stunting continues to increase it will affect the quality of human resources in the future. The increase and decrease in stunting is partly caused by parental income and parental education. Therefore, this research focuses on parental income and education as well as reducing stunting in the work area of the Kaur District Health Service. The aim of this research is to analyze parental income and parental education in an effort to reduce stunting. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The number of informants used was 8 people. The research results show that a decrease in parental income can increase the risk of stunting and an increase in parental income can reduce the risk of stunting. Increasing parental education can reduce the risk of stunting and lack of parental education can increase stunting. Stunting in children in Muara Sahung and Sumber Makmur villages is caused by low and decreasing parental income and parents having less or less education.

Abstract

Permasalahan anak di Kota Bengkulu saat ini berada pada taraf yang mengkhawatirkan. Anak sebagai korban kekerasan menjadi tren kasus yang paling sering terjadi. Pendampingan Sosial bagi ABH merupakan program yang pelaksanaannya meliputi Pencegahan, Respon Kasus, dan Manajemen Kasus yang bertujuan untuk mengembalikan kondisi anak di masyarakat sehingga anak bisa kembali memperoleh haknya untuk merealisasikan harapan dan memiliki kesempatan untuk tumbuh dan berkembang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi, memahami, dan menjelaskan dengan detail mengenai tahapan evaluasi implementasi Program Pendampingan Sosial Bagi Anak Berhadapan Dengan Hukum (ABH) di Dinas Sosial Kota Bengkulu. Maka untuk melihat ketercapaian tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini mengadopsi teori tahapan implementasi kebijakan oleh Riant Nugroho (2017) dengan berfokus pada tahap Pasca implementasi yang berupa evaluasi kebijakan dan berpedoman pada Peraturan Menteri Sosial Republik Indonesia Nomor 29 Tahun 2019 Tentang Rehabilitasi Sosial Anak. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dan temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program pendampingan sosial bagi ABH di Dinas Sosial Kota Bengkulu belum terlaksana secara optimal, karena masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan dan hambatan yang menghambat optimalitasnya yang meliputi: pada kegiatan pencegahan jumlah target sasaran kegiatan belum tercapai, pada respon kasus mengalami kendala kurangnya koordinasi antar OPD dengan Dinas Sosial Kota Bengkulu, pada manajemen kasus mengalami kendala belum tersedianya fasilitas rehabilitasi sosial, kurangnya sumber daya manusia, belum tersedianya anggaran untuk rehabilitasi sosial, dan keterbatasan anggaran dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan ABH.

Abstract

Penelitian ini akan menyoroti dan mengungkap partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD). Asumsinya, partisipasi masyarakat selain sebagai upaya percepatan pembangunan desa, tetapi juga dapat dilihat sebagai upaya mewujudkan demokratisasi desa, khususnya di Desa Tambak Rejo, Kecamatan Padang Jaya, Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Informan kunci penelitian ini adalah kepala desa, sekretaris desa, dan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD). Dan beberapa warga Desa Tambak Rejo Kecamatan Padang Jaya Bengkulu Utara dalam hal ini tokoh masyarakat sebagai informan tambahan. Hasil penelitian ini antara lain: Pada tahap perencanaan, pengalokasian dana desa dilakukan melalui musyawarah pembangunan desa (MusrembangDes), mulai dari tingkat dusun hingga musyawarah tingkat desa. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, masyarakat yang berpartisipasi sebagian besar hanya masyarakat dusun tempat kegiatan dilaksanakan. Selanjutnya pada tahap pengawasan, tanggung jawab pengawasan pelaksanaan kegiatan pembangunan dipegang oleh pemegang proyek bersama dengan Ketua BPD. Selain membuat laporan kepada pemerintah, Kepala dusun juga mengawasi pelaksanaan kegiatan.

Abstract

This research was conducted to 1) analyze the implementation of Kaur Muara Sahun District Health Center services and 2) analyze public perceptions of Kaur Muara Sahun District Health Center services. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. This research uses a descriptive method, which is carried out based on the approach, content and depth of the research topic. The data in this research was obtained from primary and secondary data. Data collection methods include observation methods, interview methods, and documentary methods. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data visualization, and decision making/validation. The results of this research are as follows. One). The public's perception of health services at the Muara Sahung Community Health Center, Kaur District, is very positive and responsive. This is assessed based on factors that influence public perception according to Robbins, 2002 which states that there are three factors that influence public perception. This includes: a). The recognizing party (recogniser), b). An object or object, c). The context in which the observation is made. 2). The Puskesmas employees have also worked hard to continue to increase public awareness of health services at the Muara Sahung Puskesmas, Kaur District.
