Abstract

Abstract: Budget is an important thing for public service providers. Budget as a guideline for action in the unit of revenue and expenditure plan in units of money which is arranged systematically for a period. The level of community satisfaction is obtained through quantitative and qualitative measurements of public opinion in obtaining the services of the apparatus for providing public services. This measurement is called the Community Satisfaction Index. As an effort to improve the quality of public services, it is necessary to conduct an evaluation through the Community Satisfaction Survey. With the available budget, government agencies should provide excellent service. This study is a quantitative study that seeks to examine the effect of the budget on people's satisfaction. Budget Sources and Budget Allocations have no partial effect on Community Satisfaction, Budget Management has a partial effect on Community Satisfaction, and Budget Sources, Budget Allocations, and Budget Management have a simultaneous effect on Community Satisfaction at the Bina Wanita Melati Social Institution in South Kalimantan Province. This shows that if budget management is carried out properly, it will have a positive impact on community satisfaction. Keywords: Budget, Budget Availability, Community Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract: the study is aimed at analyzing the influence of promotions, prices, distribution and products on the decision to purchase the pakumas' herbal drug products in the flood city. 385 respondents get a sample taken, based on cochran formula (sugiyono, 2018:148). Research instruments through validity and religious tests and classic assumption tests involving normality, heterosity, multicolitarianism. Data analysis techniques using linear regression with the help of SPSS computer programs This research suggests, that: Promotion (x1), price (x2) distribution (x3) and product (x4) simultaneously significantly affected the decision to purchase (y) the pakumas herbal remedy product in the flood city Promotion (x1), price (x2), distribution and products (x4) in a partial way significantly affected the decision to purchase (y) the herbal products of mas nails in the city of banjarmasin. Product (x1) is dominant in importance to the mampurchase (y) needle herbal product in the flood city. This is proven with a beta variable product product of 0.479 greater than promotional, price and distribution variables. Keywords: promotion, price, distribution, product and decision to buy.

ABSTRACT MASRAH, NPM. 2111322025850 (2023), PENGARUH MINAT BELAJAR DAN KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN NEGERI 3 KOTA BANJARBARU DIMODERASI OLEH MOTIVASI BELAJAR, dibimbing oleh DR.H. SJAMSI,SE,MM dan DRS H. Muhammad Zaid Abdurrakhman, MM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui baik secara parsial dan simultan seberapa besar Pengaruh Minat Belajar Dan Kemandirian Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 3 Kota Banjarbaru Dimoderasi Oleh Motivasi Belajar.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan dengan populasi sebanyak 741 (Tujuh Ratus Empat puluh Satu) orang, diambil sampel dengan teknik Rumus Slovin sebanyak 88 (Delapan Puluh Delapan) orang, instrument penelitian uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi Klasik data – data diuji dengan menggunakan uji interaksi yaitu Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Pengaruh Minat Belajar Dan Kemandirian Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Model Regresi Linier Berganda bahwa Minat Belajar, Kemandirian Belajar dan Motivasi Belajar, secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa pada SMK Negeri 3 Kota Banjarbaru, Model 2 (MRA) bahwa Minat Belajar Motivasi Belajar dan Interaksi antara Minat Belajar dan Motivasi Belajar), secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa pada SMK Negeri 3 Kota Banjarbarudan Model 3 (MRA) bahwa Kemandirian Belajar, Motivasi Belajar dan Interaksi antara Kemandirian Belajar dan Motivasi Belajar, secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa pada SMK Negeri 3 Kota Banjarbaru, secara parsial Minat Belajar, Kemandirian Belajar dan Motivasi Belajar berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa pada SMK Negeri 3 Kota Banjarbaru. SJAMSI,SE,MM and DRS H. Muhammad Zaid Abdurrakhman, MM. This research aims to determine both partially and simultaneously how much influence learning interest and learning independence has on student learning outcomes at State Vocational High School 3, Banjarbaru City, moderated by learning motivation. The method used in this research is a quantitative method and with a population of 741 (Seven Hundred and Forty One) people, samples were taken using the Slovin Formula technique as many as 88 (Eighty Eight) people, the research instruments were validity tests, reliability tests and Classical assumption tests The data were tested using an interaction test, namely Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this research show that simultaneously the influence of learning interest and learning independence on learning outcomes in the Multiple Linear Regression Model is that learning interest, learning independence and learning motivation simultaneously influence student learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 3 Banjarbaru City, Model 2 (MRA). Learning Interest, Learning Motivation and the Interaction between Learning Interest and Learning Motivation), simultaneously influence Student Learning Outcomes at SMK Negeri 3 Banjarbaru City and Model 3 (MRA) that Learning Independence, Learning Motivation and the Interaction between Learning Independence and Learning Motivation, simultaneously influence on student learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 3 Banjarbaru City, partially Learning Interest, Learning Independence and Learning Motivation partially influence student learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 3 Banjarbaru City. Sawit Graha Manunggal – Tamiang Indah Estate, East Barito Regency, South Kalimantan Province. The population in this study were 100 harvest employees of PT. Sawit Graha Manunggal, data were taken from questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data were analyzed using AMOS. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Work Discipline, Work Environment and Work Motivation partially and simultaneously on Employee Performance at the North Hulu Sungai Regency Education Service. This research was conducted to explain the variables that will be studied and to see the influence of the Work Discipline (X1), Work Environment (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) variables on the Employee Performance variable (Y). The location of this research is the North Hulu Sungai District Education Office. Using saturated sampling, the sample size was 43 samples. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show 1) that simultaneously (together), Work Discipline, Work Environment and Work Motivation have a significant effect on Employee Performance at the North Hulu Sungai Regency Education Service. Likewise individually (partially), 2) Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance, 3) The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, and 4) Work Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the North Hulu Sungai Regency Education Office. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman merek yang meliputi variabel sensorik, afektif, perilaku dan intelektual terhadap loyalitas merek yang dimoderasi oleh variabel gender. Populasi adalah seluruh pengguna smartphone yang memenuhi syarat sebagai responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) secara simultan variabel sensorik, afektif, perilaku dan intelektual berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek; (2) secara parsial variabel sensorik dan afektif tidak berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan variabel perilaku dan intelektual berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek; dan (3) gender berperan sebagai variabel moderator, dimana pada laki-laki variabel perilaku dan intelektual berpengaruh signifikan dalam mempengaruhi loyalitas merek, sedang pada perempuan variabel afektif dan intelektual berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui penerapan activity based costing terhadap tarif jasa rawat inap Rumah Sakit Tingkat IV Guntung Payung Landasan Ulin. Metode yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan deskriptif dengan cara mengumpulkan data-data yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan rawat inap sebagaimana diperlukan guna menghitung tarif jasa rawat inap berdasarkan activity based costing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tarif yang diberlakukan pada rumah sakit berbeda dengan tarif yang dihitung menggunakan activity based costing. Dimana tarif rawat inap untuk kelas VIP, Kelas I dan Kelas II lebih murah ketika dihitung menggunakan activity based costing, sedangkan untuk tipe kelas III menunjukkan hasil yang sebaliknya. Kata kunci: activity based costing, tarif jasa, rawat inap.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh parsial dan simultan produk, harga, promosi dan tempat akan keputusan pembelian di PT. Strategi Mulia Mandiri di Banjarmasin. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari masing-masing variabel produk, harga, promosi, tempat pada keputusan pembelian di PT. Strategi Mulia Mandiri Banjarmasin. Dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 50 orang dan diproses datanya menggunakan program aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel produk dan harga tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian di PT. Strategi Mulia Mandiri di Banjarmasin. Sedangkan secara simultan semua variabel produk, harga, promosi dan tempat berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di PT. Strategi Mulia Mandiri di Banjarmasin. Abstract

Abstrak: Dalam setiap usaha pengelolaan modal kerja sangatlah penting. Tidak jarang perusahaan mengalami kerugian karena kurang efektifnya pengelolaan modal kerja. Pengelolaan kerja terdiri dari perputaran kas, perputaran piutang dan perputaran persediaan. Dengan efektifnya ketiga hal tersebut maka akan membuat perusahaan lancar dalam kegiatannya. Dilihat dari hasil perhitungan profitabilitas UD. Jaya Bakery Banjarmasin mengalami peningkatan baik dari Gross Profit Margin (GPM). Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Operating Margin (OM). Jika dihubungkan dengan pengelolaan modal kerja yakni perputaran kas dan persediaaan maka dapat di ketahui bahwa kenaikan perputaran kas dan perputaran persediaan ternyata diiringi dengan kenaikan profitabilitas yang diperoleh oleh UD. Jaya Bakery Banjarmasin. Hal ini menunjukkan pengaruh positif dari pengelolaan modal kerja yang baik terhadap profitabilitas. Kata kunci: Modal Kerja, Profitabilitas
