Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan terkait kendaraan berukuran besar dalam uji coba KIR di wilayah Hulu Sungai Utara, dengan fokus pada implikasinya terhadap keselamatan jalan dan efisiensi beban. Kendaraan besar yang lulus uji KIR dapat menimbulkan risiko keselamatan yang lebih tinggi dan merusak infrastruktur jalan. Melalui metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), penelitian ini mengumpulkan dan mensintesis literatur yang relevan untuk mengevaluasi regulasi dan implementasi kebijakan yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan di wilayah Hulu Sungai Utara menghadapi beberapa tantangan, antara lain pengawasan kendaraan dan standar keselamatan. Selain itu, temuan mengungkapkan bahwa kendaraan berukuran besar berdampak negatif pada efisiensi muatan dan menimbulkan biaya operasional yang lebih tinggi. Studi ini merekomendasikan perbaikan sistem pengujian KIR dan tinjauan peraturan untuk meningkatkan keselamatan dan efisiensi transportasi di Hulu Sungai Utara.

Abstract

Business capital and product innovation are key factors influencing business performance, especially within the scope of human resource management. However, businesses often face challenges in optimizing both simultaneously. This study aims to analyze the effect of business capital and product innovation on business performance through human resource management approaches. The study employs a quantitative method with an explanatory research design. Data were collected from 69 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia using structured questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Business capital and product innovation significantly influence business performance. Business capital also strongly correlates with product innovation as a mediator. Product innovation improves business performance by 39.5%, while business capital enhances product innovation by 71%, highlighting the importance of business capital in supporting innovation. Business capital is not only a primary resource but also a driver of innovation, directly impacting business performance. Optimizing business capital and product innovation is crucial in managing human resources effectively.

Noor Ritawaty, Nurwati, Vivi Apriany, Norlina Hayati, Elly Soraya STIE Pancasetia Banjarmasin, Peranan  Kepemimpinan Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, Pertanian Dan Perikanan Kota Banjarmasin, penelitian ini bertujuan  Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Peran Kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, Pertanian dan Perikanan Kota Banjarmasin. Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan dengan metode diskriptif. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah pimpinan pada  Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, Pertanian dan Perikanan Kota Banjarmasin dalam memimpin pegawai bersifat tegas pada pekerjaan, teliti, semua pekerjaan dilaksanakan sesuai SOP jadi pemimpin dapat dikatakan sebagai pemimpin yang fokus pada target dan pekerjaan harus teliti. Pimpinan sangat bertanggungjawab terhadap pekerjaannya, ini terbukti pimpinan selalu mendampingi pegawai jika terjadi kesulitan ataupun hambatan yang dialami pegawainya

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of procedure systems, infrastructure and work discipline on community satisfaction in UPTD Puskesmas Baru, Kecamatan Dusun Selatan in Kabupaten Barito Selatan. This research method is quantitative, data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were UPTD Puskesmas Baru patients Kecamatan Dusun Selatan South Barito Regency. The sample is 65, the analysis technique uses the Community Satisfaction Index and Multiple Linear statistical methods as measured using PSPP software. The results of this study from the results of the calculation of the Community Satisfaction Index found that the service quality of UPTD Puskesmas Baru, Dusun Selatan Subdistrict, South Barito Regency is B or rated as Good. The results of this study indicate that the variable System Procedure on Community satisfaction does not have a significant effect and the variable Infrastructure, Work Discipline has anmany effect on community satisfaction at UPTD Puskesmas Baru, Dusun Selatan Subdistrict, South Barito Regency.

Abstract

This research presents a Benchmarking Study aimed at strengthening the "Simpan Pinjam" (Savings and Loan) operations in cooperatives, specifically focusing on Dinas Koperasi Usaha Small & Medium Enterprises in East Java and Credit Union Sumber Sejahtera in South Kalimantan. The study was conducted with the intention of improving the performance and sustainability of cooperative-based financial institutions through benchmarking best practices. By comparing operational models, strategies, and challenges faced by different regions, the study identifies key areas for development. Key objectives include enhancing financial literacy among cooperative members, promoting better management practices, and ensuring long-term financial sustainability. A collaborative approach was employed, with extensive input from government agencies and cooperative leaders, aiming to create a replicable model for the strengthening of cooperatives across Indonesia. The findings and recommendations from this study will provide crucial insights for policymakers and cooperative managers to implement more effective business strategies, ultimately contributing to the economic empowerment of local communities.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the challenges of digital technology adaptation faced by corporate online businesses, focusing on the interplay between growth opportunities and security requirements. The study aims to comprehensively understand technical, security, and organizational barriers while offering actionable strategies to overcome these obstacles. Research Design and Methodology: The study employs a qualitative systematic literature review (SLR) methodology to synthesize findings from recent scholarly contributions. The review integrates theoretical frameworks such as the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and organizational innovation theories to contextualize digital adaptation's challenges and potential solutions. Findings and Discussion: The findings reveal that successful digital adaptation is hindered by technical complexities such as integrating AI and IoT, cybersecurity threats, including ransomware and phishing, and organizational resistance due to limited digital literacy and employee readiness. A holistic approach that combines robust security measures, employee training programs, and cultural transformation is critical for addressing these challenges. The discussion highlights the importance of aligning organizational strategies with advanced technologies to foster operational resilience and market competitiveness. Implications: This study provides valuable insights for business leaders and policymakers. Practically, it emphasizes the need for proactive security integration, workforce upskilling, and leveraging AI for enhanced operational efficiency. From a managerial perspective, fostering innovation-supportive cultures and aligning technological strategies with organizational goals is critical. Policymakers are encouraged to create regulatory frameworks that balance technological innovation with robust security measures to promote sustainable business growth.

Abstract

Penurunan kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Regional VIII BKN Banjarbaru diduga berkaitan dengan rendahnya motivasi dan kedisiplinan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara simultan, parsial, maupun dominan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda terhadap data dari 102 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara parsial, kedua variabel memiliki pengaruh positif, dengan disiplin kerja sebagai faktor yang paling dominan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan kebijakan disiplin serta strategi peningkatan motivasi untuk mendorong kinerja optimal pegawai. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja secara optimal, organisasi perlu menekankan pada pembinaan kedisiplinan serta menciptakan sistem yang mampu memelihara dan meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Work Discipline, Work Environment and Work Motivation partially and simultaneously on Employee Performance at the North Hulu Sungai Regency Education Service. This research was conducted to explain the variables that will be studied and to see the influence of the Work Discipline (X1), Work Environment (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) variables on the Employee Performance variable (Y). The location of this research is the North Hulu Sungai District Education Office. Using saturated sampling, the sample size was 43 samples. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show 1) that simultaneously (together), Work Discipline, Work Environment and Work Motivation have a significant effect on Employee Performance at the North Hulu Sungai Regency Education Service. Likewise individually (partially), 2) Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance, 3) The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, and 4) Work Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the North Hulu Sungai Regency Education Office. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi berprestasi, dan sikap inovatif terhadap lingkungan kerja fisik dan kinerja guru, serta menguji peran mediasi lingkungan kerja fisik. Penelitian kuantitatif ini melibatkan 60 guru di SMAN 1 dan SMAN 2 Batu Engau, Kabupaten Paser, Kalimantan Timur. Analisis data menggunakan metode SEM-PLS dengan bantuan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, motivasi berprestasi, dan sikap inovatif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap lingkungan kerja fisik dan kinerja guru. Lingkungan kerja fisik terbukti memediasi pengaruh ketiga variabel terhadap kinerja guru. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kinerja guru memerlukan pendekatan holistik melalui penguatan aspek individu sekaligus penciptaan lingkungan kerja fisik yang mendukung. Abstract

Today's technological developments are in accordance with the demands of Bureaucratic Reform, where every work unit must change work patterns, namely from conventional work patterns to technology-based work patterns, if previously the performance and postal posts to carry out office administration were carried out manually at this time must be done digitally. The object of this research is the East Barito State Prosecutor's Office in Tamiang Layang. Where the implementation of mail administration has run 85% with an electronic / digital system that is accommodated in the SIPEDE Application (Electronic Mail Information and Disposition System). The performance implementation system and the application of digital mail administration is the implementation of changes in performance weights that were previously physical, but now the presentation of data is virtual and online, this is an advancement in information technology. The research methods used are interviews, observations, documentation, and literature studies. The result of this study is that the waterfall method is a system method and the blackbox method is a system and questionnaire testing method. Programming languages namely PHP (hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL as database management, then as implementers, of course, qualified human resources are needed and have IT expertise (Computer Institutions) for the implementation and successful use of the technology in question.
