Abstract

The spread of massive internet connectivity and penetration of smart devices is a supporting factor why the approach of educational technology is an appropriate step. Currently online learning applications themselves are used for the public both from the level, elementary, junior high, to high school that students get at school can be learned through this online learning application. Now the more widespread online learning applications in Indonesia and more and more people are taking the initiative in making online-based learning with more interesting and creative features. However, no one has specifically developed a specific online learning application for students in vocational high schools. Their existence seems to be marginalized due to the community paradigm which assumes that vocational school children do not need alternative tutoring apart from teachers at school. Though they also need the same thing with high school students and others. Based on this analysis, researchers wanted to create a web-based online learning application for vocational students. Achievement Jack is an online learning application based on learning management system that allows students to be able to do learning through videos delivered by tutors. This study uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall type method, or hereinafter referred to as the waterfall method. Based on the above calculation, from 3 testers who filled out the questionnaire stated that this learning application was running with the results of testing the user interface 98%, the basic functions of the system 100%, and 100% validation. In conclusion, this application runs very well.

Abstract

Abstract: The objectives of this research are to analyze the effect of non-performing loans, restructuring, and changes in customer maturity simultaneously, partially and dominantly towards PT. Adira DMF Banjarmasin Branch I. The research method used analytic survey with Cross Sectional approach. The population in the study were 5781 people. The sample used a purposive sampling technique of 50 customers with smooth credit and 50 customers with bad credit. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression test, F test and t test with a significance level of 95% (α = 0.05). Result from this research showed that there is a simultaneous significant influence between bad credit, restructuring, and changes in the maturity of customers towards PT. Adira DMF Banjarmasin Branch I. There is a partial significant influence between bad credit to PT. Adira DMF Banjarmasin Branch I. Bad loans are the only variable that has the biggest influence on PT. Adira DMF Banjarmasin Branch I. Keywords: Non Performing Loan, Restructuring, Rescheduling and Performance Colection Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh kredit macet, restructuring, dan perubahan jatuh tempo nasabah secara simultan, parsial dan dominan terhadap performance colection PT. Adira DMF Cabang Banjarmasin I. Metode penelitian menggunakan survey analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 5781 orang. Sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 50 orang nasabah dengan kredit lancer dan 50 orang nasabah dengan kredit macet. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda, uji F dan uji t dengan tingkat kemaknaan 95% (α=0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara kredit macet, restructuring, dan perubahan jatuh tempo nasabah terhadap performance colection PT. Adira DMF Cabang Banjarmasin I. Ada pengaruh signifikan secara parsial antara kredit macet terhadap performance colection PT. Adira DMF Cabang Banjarmasin I. Kredit macet merupakan satu-satunya variabel yang memiliki pengaruh dan terbesar terhadap performance colection PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inflasi dan suku bunga terhadap volatilitas Bitcoin pada negara-negara yang tergabung dalam G20. Sebagai aset digital yang semakin populer, Bitcoin menunjukkan karakteristik volatilitas yang tinggi dan sensitif terhadap berbagai indikator ekonomi makro. Dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari negara-negara anggota G20, penelitian ini mengaplikasikan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode analisis regresi panel untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan dan parsial dari variabel inflasi dan suku bunga terhadap volatilitas harga Bitcoin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inflasi dan suku bunga secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap volatilitas Bitcoin. Secara parsial, kedua variabel tersebut juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap volatilitas Bitcoin di masing-masing negara. Di antara kedua variabel, inflasi ditemukan sebagai faktor yang paling dominan dalam memengaruhi fluktuasi harga Bitcoin. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi investor, regulator, dan pengambil kebijakan dalam memahami dinamika pasar kripto di tengah perubahan indikator ekonomi makro global.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui penerapan activity based costing terhadap tarif jasa rawat inap Rumah Sakit Tingkat IV Guntung Payung Landasan Ulin. Metode yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan deskriptif dengan cara mengumpulkan data-data yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan rawat inap sebagaimana diperlukan guna menghitung tarif jasa rawat inap berdasarkan activity based costing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tarif yang diberlakukan pada rumah sakit berbeda dengan tarif yang dihitung menggunakan activity based costing. Dimana tarif rawat inap untuk kelas VIP, Kelas I dan Kelas II lebih murah ketika dihitung menggunakan activity based costing, sedangkan untuk tipe kelas III menunjukkan hasil yang sebaliknya. Kata kunci: activity based costing, tarif jasa, rawat inap.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the Quizizz application in Indonesian language learning based on the Independent Curriculum at SMA Muhammadiyah 10 Rantauprapat. The study was motivated by the low learning interest and academic performance of students in Indonesian language subjects, along with the limited use of digital learning media suited to the needs of today’s learners. The research employed a quasi-experimental design using a pretest-posttest control group model. The participants were two eleventh-grade classes, one taught using Quizizz-assisted learning and the other through conventional instruction. The findings revealed a significant improvement in student learning outcomes in the experimental class, where the average posttest score increased from 62.1 to 81.4, compared to an increase from 61.5 to 72.3 in the control class. The t-test result showed a significance value of 0.001 (<0.05), confirming a meaningful difference between the two groups. Observation results also indicated that students in the experimental class were more active and engaged during lessons. The novelty of this study lies in its focus on integrating Quizizz specifically within the context of the Independent Curriculum, emphasizing its alignment with learner-centered, technology-based, and interactive pedagogical principles. Thus, the use of Quizizz proved effective in improving both student achievement and participation, making it a relevant and practical learning medium in the current digital education era.
