Abstract

Until today, pondok pesantren has special potential in various aspects to be developed, especially in economics. This study aims to classify the type and the potential of pondok pesantren in Banyumas regency. This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive-inferential method. The amount of 24 pondok pesantren has been learned. The data has been collected by observation, interview, and document review in 2019. The result showed that pondok pesantren in Banyumas Regency established in many types. Pondok pesantren salaf has higher economic potential than pondok pesantren khalafi and the convergence pesantren. Some of pondok pesantren salaf that need to be improved in entrepreneurship are Pondok Pesantren Al-Anwar Sumpiuh and Pondok Pesantren An-Najah. Pondok Pesantren Anwaarul Hidayah (Baturraden) and Pondok Pesantren An-Nur (Kedungbanteng) have agriculture potential. Pondok Pesantren An-Nur (Kedungbanteng) and Pondok Pesantren Mambaul Hikmah (Kembaran) need to be improved in fisheries business while Pondok Pesantren Al-Falah (Rawalo) and Nuururohman (Kemranjen) need to be improved in livestock. The other pesantren, Pondok Pesantren Roudhotut Tholibin (Kemranjen), Madrasah Wathoniyah Islamiyah (Kemranjen), and at-Taujieh have technological potential in computer and publishing.

Abstract

The sudden onset of the Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on all aspects of life. In the aspect of education, it is needed how to do it with existing resources, existing technology, education can continue to run well, be conducive and the learning process can be conveyed properly. So that learning can continue, collaboration is maintained, then all elements are responsible for education. Learning Islamic religious education and character will be successful if there is an appropriate model that can be practiced during the pandemic, so that learning continues and can meet expectations. This research aims to identify and analyze the learning model of Islamic religious education and manners during the pandemic at SMP Negeri 8 Purwokerto. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with the subject of research being Islamic religious education teachers and character at SMP Negeri 8 Purwokerto. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation, while data analysis with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the learning model of Islamic Religious Education and Morals at SMP Negeri 8 Purwokerto used; a) Contextual Teaching and Learning is a learning strategy that emphasizes the process of full student involvement to find the material being studied and relate it to real-life situations and apply it in life. b) Direct Learning, learning that emphasizes mastery of concepts and or behavior change by prioritizing a deductive approach. c) Project Based Learning, a learning method that uses projects or activities as media. Evaluation is carried out through 3 types, namely; a) Assessment of observations / journals on student attitudes, carried out continuously through teacher observations. b) Self-assessment, an assessment carried out by asking students to express their strengths and weaknesses in behavior. c) Assessment between friends, carried out by means of students assessing each other's behavior.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the values of tauhid education contained in Mas Ronggasasmita’s Suluk Wejang, then applying the values contained, including the Oneness of Allah, belief in the existence of Allah, straightening intentions, always repenting, being as much as zuhud and wara’, patient and sincere, dependent and trusting in Allah, gratitude and pleasure, good heart and character, perfection belongs only to Allah, being a knowledgeable, intelligent and faith, having a perfect teacher, believing in the names and attributes of Allah, always remembering death. The application of these values by instilling the real meaning of laa ilaaha illallahu in living daily life, not just mere pronunciation. Abstract

This article analyzes the religious phenomenon of young Muslims who are channeled through social media. Along with the swift currents of modernization, digitalization, and globalization, it is possible to cross subcultures in the dynamics of human life, including in religious matters. On the one hand, in the religious context, there are specific guidelines (manhaj), but on the other hand, they want to maintain their identity as young people. The results of the struggle and synthesis of various elements gave birth to a form of religion called Hybrid Muslim. Forms of religion can be seen from the model of dress and social relations. The influence of religious groups in the construction of Muslim religion in the media is very large. They use a number of strategies to spread their religious understanding so that it fits the character of young Muslims. The manhaj most influential in the construction of Muslim religiosity is manhaj the conservative religious. Nevertheless, young people's religious identity is not eliminated, namely millennial, modern, and Islami.

Abstract

Islamic banks are financial institutions that carry out their business activities based on sharia principles. Sharia principles must be applied to contracts implemented in Islamic banks. One of the contracts applied in Islamic banks is mudharabah and musyarakah contracts. This study focuses on the discussion on how to apply mudharabah and musyarakah financing, the distribution of business profit sharing and the obstacles faced by Sharia Rural Banks in the City of Purwokerto in implementing this financing. This type of research is field research using a qualitative research approach. The author uses several methods of collection in this study, namely observation, interviews and documentation. There are three stages in qualitative data analysis, namely the data reduction stage, display data, and conclusion or verification. The results of this study indicate: First, the mechanism of mudharabah and musyarakah financing at Sharia Rural Banks in the City of Purwokerto includes the initial process, the analysis process, the approval process, and the disbursement process. Second, most of the profit sharing in mudharabah and musyarakah financing at Sharia Rural Banks in the City of Purwokerto uses an income projection that reaches 80%. The rest, using the method profit and loss sharing by 17% and revenue sharing as much as 3%. Third, the small percentage of use profit and loss sharing and revenue sharing as well as the large use of income projections due to constraints such as customers not having business financial reports, especially small customers, customers' reluctance to make business financial reports and Sharia Rural Banks in the City of Purwokerto not obliging to submit business financial reports.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the opportunities of waqf in facing the challenges of globalization such as economic challenges that affect the level of inequality and high poverty, the challenges of education globalization that affect secondary school dropout rates. and the challenges of environmental globalization that affect the exploitation of land conversion. industry to the point of causing environmental damage. The results of this study indicate that waqf can be a solution in responding to the challenges of economic globalization by using waqf for social security programs, or a profitable investment for poverty eradication programs. And the solution to the globalization of education is to use waqf funds to support the operations of educational institutions, as well as provide facilities and scholarships for students so that they can continue to experience education without being burdened with costs. And finally, the solution in responding to the challenges of globalization is to make the status of land as a waqf so that it is not easily converted into industrial land that causes climate damage.
