Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to provide a description of the emergence and rise of pop culture and the phenomenon of the Muhibbin which became a wave among students. Pop culture usually only lives in modern, urbanistic society, whereas Islamic boarding schools are known as Islamic education institutions that are generally traditionalist, closed, and conventional. As the pesantren metamorphic wave with many formal schools has sprung up since the 2000s, the pesantren’s contact with the outside world has become more intense, the influences of giving color, and new streams, especially in this social media culture, indications of the emergence of pop culture have strengthened. This study is a cross method or method combination of quantitative and qualitative, using participatory heuristic techniques (observation, interview, documentation), verification, and interpretation in digging data. This is sectional research or in a limited period (January-June 2019). Determination of informants using random sampling techniques, from 183 Islamic boarding schools listed in the Ministry of Religion Banyumas Regency, 31 boarding schools were taken, with each of the 3-4 students, bringing the total to 100 respondents. The results showed that the relationship between the santri community and pop culture was not new since the religious songs industry was booming, but with the emergence of the Muhibbin trend (lovers of the Apostles with sholawat songs), the santri community found the right form of contradictory relations between orthodoxy students with trendy pop, because Santri is the object and the subject at the same time. Muhibbin wave embodies a compromise between Santri’s sacred Islamic values and pop expression as a young spirit, where the age of santri in general. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk memberikan deskripsi tentang kemunculan dan maraknya budaya pop di kalangan santri dan fenomena Muhibbin yang menjadi wave. Budaya pop biasanya hanya hidup dalam masyarakat modern yang urbanistik, sedangkan Pesantren dikenal sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam yang umumnya tradisionalis, tertutup dan konvensional. Seiring gelombang metamorfosa Pesantren dengan sekolah formal yang banyak bermunculan sejak tahun 2000-an, persentuhan Pesantren dengan dunia luar kian intens, pengaruh masuk memberi warna, dan arus baru (newmainstream), terlebih dalam budaya sosial media ini, Indikasi munculnya pop culture pun menguat. Penelitian ini merupakan cross methode atau metode kombinasi antara kuantitatif dan kualitatif, mengggunakan teknik heuristik partisipatoris (observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi), verifikasi, serta interpretasi dalam menggali data. Penelitian bersifat sectional research atau dalam kurun waktu terbatas (Januari-Juni 2019). Penentuan informan menggunakan teknik random sampling, dari 183 Pesantren yang terdaftar pada Dipontren Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Banyumas, diambil 31 Pesantren, dengan masing-masing 3-4 santri, sehingga total menjadi 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentuhan komunitas santri dengan budaya pop bukanlah hal baru, telah terjadi sejak industri lagu-lagu religius booming, tetapi dengan munculnya trend Muhibbin (pecinta Rasul dengan lagu-lagu sholawat), komunitas santri menemukan bentuk yang tepat dari relasi yang kontradiktif antara ortodoksi santri dengan pop yang trendy, karena Santri menjadi objek dan subjeknya sekaligus. Muhibbin wave mewujudkani sebuah kompromi antara nilai keislaman Santri yang sakral dengan ekspresi pop sebagai semangat muda, dimana usia santri pada umumnya.

Abstract

This paper was made with the aim to find out how women's leadership in Islamic boarding schools organizations, and acceptance of them. In general, the founding of a boarding school has never been found where the caregivers are primarily women, even though they have more scientific capacity. Some Islamic boarding schools are cared for by women as limited successors. Islamic boarding schools are Islamic education institutions, the social construction of women in Islamic boarding schools is inseparable from the Islamic view of women. Not a few Islamic boarding schools whose daughter's activities are more advanced. Not a few managers of Islamic boarding schools where female carers' abilities are better. This paper is a descriptive analytical study of the phenomenon of women's leadership in Islamic boarding schools, with qualitative field studies. The results showed that women's leadership in Islamic boarding schools had the same chance of success, there were no substantive obstacles, because technically it could be covered by the Board of Directors, but female leaders in Islamic boarding schools were perceived as temporary and merely successors. The characteristics of women's leadership have a lot of relevance to the style of pesantren traditionalism, which is authoritative charismatic. The benefits of female leadership in Islamic boarding schools are to counter the Islamic stereotypical ideas about women.

Abstract

Sekolah Islam Terpadu (SIT) menganut prinsip muwasafat yang merupakan corak gerakan militan Tarbiyatul al-Islamiah. Corak keagamaan ini nampak tidak terlalu berpengaruh, bila dilihat bagaimana besarnya minat masyarakat pada SIT, meskipun sebagian besar siswa berasal dari latar belakang ideologi keagamaan berbeda. Perbedaan ini melahirkan kemungkinan khusus bagi tumbuhnya sikap keberagamaan siswa. Penerimaan terhadap SIT dapat terbentuk karena SIT mampu menguasai faktor-faktor pemasaran jasa pendidikan, atau SIT memang terbuka terhadap keragaman. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana keberagamaan dipraktikkan di SIT dan pengaruhnya bagi sikap keberagamaan siswa. Penelitian menggunakan metode silang antara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi untuk memotret praktik keberagamaan SIT, dan metode angket untuk mengukur sikap siswa. Sikap keberagamaan siswa dianalisa menggunakan skala Gutaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan prinsip keagamaan di SIT dipraktikkan secara terbuka. Keterbukaan keberagamaan diterapkan melalui penamaan, manajerial dan kurikulum. Sikap keberagaamaan siswa di SIT menunjukkan cenderung terbuka 50,54% lebih banyak, dibadingkan dengan sikap siswa yang tertutup sebanyak 49,46%. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam mengembangkan teori sikap keberagamaan siswa dalam dunia pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

PT ISM Divisi Bogasari Flour Mills adalah perusahaan industri makanan yang memproduksi beragam tepung terigu. Sistem produksi perusahaan saat ini belum dapat berjalan secara efektif karena produk defect yang dihasilkan masih tinggi. Capability process adalah salah satu alat dalam statistical process control yang digunakan untuk menyelidiki apakah proses produksi dalam kendali dan terpusat, dan untuk memeriksa apakah keadaan proses mampu memenuhi batas spesifikasi perusahaan. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode pengambilan sampel dari 3 kecepatan berbeda pada mesin BS208 dan 125 produk bersih diambil dari setiap kecepatan dengan dua ukuran variasi produk, 1000 gram dan 500 gram. Perangkat lunak Minitab 18 digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai yang lebih besar ditemukan dalam ukuran 500 gram, baik pada Cp dan Cpk atau persentase produk cacat. Sedangkan, ukuran 1000 gram menunjukkan hasil yang lebih buruk dari kedua aspek, oleh karena itu tidak dianjurkan untuk diterapkan. Penyebab masalah utama dalam penelitian ini dan solusi alternatif direkomendasikan untuk mencapai perbaikan proses yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Sebuah perusahaan berupaya untuk memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berpotensi unggul dan berkualitas tinggi. Pentingnya sumber daya manusia berkualitas tinggi, proses pemilihan karyawan menjadi sangat penting dan perlu dilakukan segera. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Erporate Solusi Global yang merupakan perusahaan jasa IT dan outsourcing IT. Pemilihan karyawan yang dilakukan belum direpresentasikan secara kuantitatif sehingga masih berdasarkan pandangan dan pemikiran subyektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan teknik pengambilan keputusan pemilihan karyawan secara kuantitatif melalui metode fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan CEO dan General Manager untuk mendapatkan bobot kriteria pada tiap tahapan dan diimplementasikan pada kandidat karyawan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah perankingan kandidat karyawan untuk tiap tahapan seleksi, sehingga karyawan dinyatakan lulus ke tahap selanjutnya atau gugur dan tidak dapat melanjutkan ke tahap berikutnya. Nilai dengan ranking terendah dan tidak memenuhi kriteria khusus maka akan menghasilkan kandidat gugur. Dari hasil penelitian, penggunaan metode fuzzy dapat mempermudah dalam penilaian subyektif, dan perhitungan fuzzy TOPSIS sampai tahap akhir menghasilkan 2 kandidat lulus dan 1 kandidat yang perlu melakukan test code.

Abstract

This paper discussed the concept of management in Islam, definitions, roles, functions, and various matters related to management in Islamic studies. This study is a qualitative and library research. The data has been analized by the descriptive method. The result showed that the purpose of management is the implementation of the entire work program effectively and efficiently. Effective means achieving goals, while efficient in the general sense means saving. So, there are two main objectives with the implementation of management in the completion of work, organization, institutions and institutions. If we examine and understand the contents and meaning contained in the verses of the Quran or the Hadith of the Prophet, also contained in the kitab kuning, there will be many teachings are actually the principles and fundamentals of management. In the history of Islam the first period we know that among the companions of the Prophet there was a person who lay the foundation of the administration of Islamic government, namely Caliph Umar Ibn Khattab. He is considered a genius in laying the foundation of Islamic government. During the Islamic government was an efficient government. Islam views management as a tool that can be used to implement what is in the Koran and Hadith, it is not surprising that management is used as a scientific discipline to approach Islamic studies. The approach then produces a very extraordinary finding, management turns out to be able to provide answers that are both theoretical and practical.

Abstract

Sebagian kelompok memanfaatkan ketertarikan remaja terhadap pendalaman agama di masa Pandemi Covid-19 untuk mendoktrin paham radikal dan intoleran. Moderasi beragama merupakan konsep ajaran yang memuat nilai-nilai toleransi beragama dan mereduksi maraknya intoleransi dan ekstremisme beragama. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman moderasi beragama bagiremaja lintas iman melalui Forum Persaudaraan Lintas Iman (Forsa)  Banyumas.  Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan metode edukasi masyarakat melalui metode workshop dan praktik lapangan.  Kegiatan pengabdian berlangsung dalam delapan sesi yang secara umum terdiri dari sesi pre-test dan perkenalan, sesi workshop, erta sesi praktik lapangan dan orasi media elektronik. Sesi workshop berisi pemberian materi tentang kebhinekaan, moderasi beragama, kasus-kasus intoleransi di Indonesia, dan cerdas dalam bermedia sosial. Sesi ketujuh berbentuk praktik moderasi dengan membagikan masker dan sembako untuk para pengelola tempat ibadah di Banyumas dan masyarakat kecil terdampak Covid-19. Sesi kedelapan berupa orasi pesan moderasi melalui radio Rama FM. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman moderasi beragama peserta dari skala medium menjadi skala tinggi. Praktik lapangan menunjukkan antusiasme peserta dalam merawat kebhinekaan melalui aksi nyata di lingkungan masyarakat yang majemuk.   The young generation of the millennial era is a generation that has the challenges of digital modernization, especially in maintaining religious harmony. The rise of the social media context tends to be intolerant, contains hate speech, and hoaxes that can be easily accessed by the younger generation can create a character of intolerance and radicalism in the Pandemic Covid-19 situations. To overcome this problem, the General Soedirman University Community Service team partnered with the Banyumas Interfaith Brotherhood Forum (Forsa) to organize digital media literacy workshops and religious moderation practices in the community. The method used is public education. The form of the activity consisted of eight sessions, namely pre-test, the material on diversity, the material on religious moderation, the material on religious phenomena on social media, training on digital literacy media content analysis, post-test, reflection on restraint through field practice, and moderation oration via on-air radio media. The result of this activity is an increase in participants' understanding and skills in understanding religious diversity and sorting good content on social media.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how Islamic religious education courses contain the concept of deradicalization in it and how far it has a role in developing the paradigm of religious moderation in higher education. Many studies mention the strength of radicalism in higher education, but Islamic religious education courses are not really a reference for students in religion. Students' religious understanding grows towards uncertainty because other sources such as religious study activities, books and the internet exceed the belief in Islamic religious education courses. The method in this research is a qualitative-descriptive survey research. Collecting data through in-depth interviews, field observations and documentation. The research locations were at three public public universities in Central Java, namely Semarang State University, Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta, and Jenderal Sudirman University. The results of the study indicate that PAI courses have not contributed much to the development of moderation da'wah and deradicalization efforts in higher education. Several factors that influence Islamic religious education courses cannot answer the problem of campus radicalism, namely in terms of learning strategies, lecturers, and the environment.
