Abstract

In this paper explained the mechanism of renewal of Islam in the field of family law and its relevance to the egalitarian demands of men and women. This discussion is known that there is a difference between the Islamic period and the pre-Islamic period that has implications with the rule of law applied. The evils and misdeeds of the Arab jahiliah against women are the things that apply to the renewal of the law in the field of family law, such as marriage, polygamy, dowry, or inherition. The practice of marriage, which was performed in pre-Islamic times, has done a lot of harm to women. In those days, women were only considered a product or commodity that served to be traded. For example, the birth of a baby girl is a disgrace that is so shameful that it is considered to smear the face of the family. So sadistic, the newborn baby girl must be buried alive. In addition to the issue of inherited law, at that time the woman's right was exercised her right to obtain the inheritance left by her family. The conception of Islamic renewal in the field of family law in this study uses two approach methods, namely conventional methods, and contemporary methods. In the system of reform of the law of equality men and women can contain several things: equality of function and role, equality in enjoying sexual intercourse, equality in childcare, and the right to determine genetic engineering.

Abstract

Moralitas atau kebiasaan selalu eratkaitannya dengan sikap atau perbuatan yang dilakukan oleh seseorang, perbutan ini erat kaitannya dangan nilai-nilai atau adat yang dipegang oleh masyarakat. Semakin berkembangnya zaman nilai-nilai moral dalam masyarakat juga semakin menurun, hal ini dikarenakan lingkungan dan kebiasaan. Penanaman moral pada seseorang tidak dapat dilakukan secara instan atau dalam waktu singkat, penanaman moral harus dilakukan dan dibiasakan sejak kecil. Salah satu langkah kecil yang dapat dilakukan oleh orang tua untuk menanamkan dan mengajarkan moral pada anak adalah melalui dengan ikebiasaan membacakan atau menceritakan dongeng yang mengandung nilai moral pada anak. Penelitian ini adalah librarary research, dimana data diperoleh dari kumpulan naskah cerita dongeng dalam buku dongeng karakter utama anak usia dini seri taat beragama, karya Heru Kurniawan dann Umi Khomsiyatun. Metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah nilai-nilai moral anak usia dini dalam buku dongeng karakter utama anak usia dini seri taat beragama. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nilai-nilai moral yang terkandung dalam dongeng karakter utama anak usia dini seri taat beragama diantaranya yaitu, nilai religius, tolong menolong, berbagi, jujur, tanggung jwab, meminta maaf, cinta antar sesama, disiplin, keja keras, bersahabat, berterimakasih, semangat, menghormati dan mencintai.

Abstract

: Age 0 to 6 is an early age. This age is the golden age or the golden age. In this phase the child has the most optimal ability to absorb all the knowledge gained in the environment. So that the child's development and personality develop optimally, so in this phase the child should be given maximum stimulation too, one of which is the cultivation of character. Planting characters from an early age is the same as forming good character in children from an early age. In its implementation, the cultivation of character requires a process, example (example) and habituation or acculturation in the environment, starting from the family, school, community, and exposure environment (mass media). So, this study aims to understand the formulation of the concept of planting character education in the traditions of the Proph et SAW. Through a review of contextual understanding and revealing the relevance of the traditions of the Prophet SAW in the perspective of contemporary character education.

Abstract

Penelitian lapangan (field research) ini mengkaji makna beragama menurut masyarakat muslim Palu, Sigi, dan Donggala pasca gempa, tsunami dan likuifaksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif agar dapat memaknai keunikan yang dinamis atas kenyataan sosial yang menjadi sasaran penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis secara elaboratif dengan kontruk teori agar mendapatkan hasil penelitian yang komprehensif. Hasil dari penelitiannya adalah makna beragama masyarakat Kota Palu, Kabupaten Sigi dan Donggala pasca gempa, Tsunami dan likuifaksi yang terjadi pada tanggal 28 September 2018 semakin meningkat disebabkan karena sebagian besar masyarakat berpendapat bahwa musibah yang terjadi karena teguran dari Allah Swt dan karena itu teguran menurut sebagian masyarakat sudah saatnya untuk selalu mendekatkan diri kepada Allah Swt karena dengan kedekatan itu maka kebaikan akan selalu ada dan musibah akan dijauhkan. Walaupun ada juga sebagian masyarakat yang meyakini bahwa musibah yang terjadi adalah karena pergeseran lempengan sesar Palu Koro. Akan tetapi, sebagai umat yang beragama musibah adalah ujian dari allah Swt dan yang kita lakukan adalah berbenah diri dengan selalu bertakwa dan menjalankan perintah agama.

Abstract

Abstrak: Dalam agama islam diajarkan bahwa setiap umat islam diperintahkan untuk saling menyayangi, namun kasih sayang dalam konteks ini bukan hanya kasih sayang kepada sesama manusia melainkan kasih sayang sesama mahkluk hidup lainnya seperti binatang dan tumbuhan. Tujuan dari penelitan ini adalah mengenalkan hadis menyayangi binatang pada anak usia dini di TK Awliya Kids Center Kota Cirebon. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan penulis adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, peneliti akan mendeskripsikan suatu fenomena dengan berdasarkan pada pengalaman partisipan riset serta hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan. Penelitian dilakukan pada kelompok B di TK Awliya Kids Center Kota Cirebon Tahun 2019. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru kelas dan guru pendamping. Teknik pengumpulkan data dengan cara observasi dan wawancara. Melihat hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengenalan hadis menyayangi binatang mampu membantu anak dalam memberikan stimulasi bagi perkembangannya. Abstract : In islam religion is taught that every Muslim is commanded to love each other, but compassion in this context is not just compassion to fellow human beings but the affection of fellow living creatures such as animals and plants. The purpose of this study is to introduce animal-loving hadiths in early childhood at Awliya Kids Center in Cirebon. The research method conducted by the authors is a qualitative descriptive method, researchers will describe a phenomenon based on the experience of research participants as well as the observations that have been made. The research was conducted in group B at TK Awliya Kids Center Cirebon City Year 2019. The subjects of this study were classroom teachers and escort teachers. Data collection techniques by way of observation and interview. Looking at the results of the study, it can be concluded that the introduction of hadith loving animals is able to help the child in providing stimulation for his development. Abstract

ABSTRACT The level of community literacy within a nation has a relationship that is directly proportional to the quality of a nation. The high interest in reading society will have a significant influence on the insight, mental and behavior of the community itself. This has been proven in the classical Islamic society of the Abbasid period. The reign of the Abbasid dynasty was known as the golden age and glory of Muslims during the classical period, because at that time literacy activities had become a culture. The focus of the discussion in this study is to find out how literacy culture was carried out during the Abbasid dynasty, so that at that time it was known as the heyday of Muslims. This research was carried out with a qualitative-descriptive research method with the process of collecting data by means of a research library, which is collecting some literature related to the issues that will be discussed from books, journals, magazines or other writings, then used as reference material in this writing. Then the result of this research is that during the Abbasid dynasty there were many institutions that were used as places to support literacy activities at that time. So that it can produce a lot of work. Even these works are still used today, and are used as references in various fields of science. These institutions include kuttab, majlis, khan, badi'ah etc. World history in the past has provided concrete evidence of its success in building civilizations thanks to its intensity in the world of literacy. Therefore, literacy activities, which contain reading and writing activities, are two very important cultures that we need to preserve together. Keywords: Culture, Literacy, Abbasid Dynasty ABSTRAK Tingkat litersi masyarakat di dalam suatu bangsa memiliki hubungan yang berbanding lurus terhadap kualitas suatu bangsa. Tingginya minat membaca masyarakat akan memiliki pengaruh yang cukup signifikan terhadap wawasan, mental dan perilaku masyarakat itu sendiri. Hal ini telah terbukti pada masyarakat islam klasik periode Abbasiyah. Masa pemerintahan Dinasti Abbasiyah dikenal sebagai masa keemasan dan kejayaan umat Islam pada masa klasik, dikarenakan pada saat itu kegiatan literasi sudah menjadi budaya. Fokus pembahasan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana budaya literasi yang dilaksanakan pada masa Dinasti Abbasiyah, sehingga pada masa itu dikenal sebagai masa kejayaan umat Islam. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif-deskriptif dengan proses pengumpulan datanya dengan cara library research yaitu mengumpulkan beberapa literatur yang memiliki kaitan dengan masalah-masalah yang akan dibahas baik dari buku, jurnal, majalah maupun tulisan yang lain, kemudian dijadikan sebagai bahan acuan dalam penulisan ini. Kemudian hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pada masa Dinasti Abbasiyah banyak sekali lembaga-lembaga yang dijadikan sebagai tempat untuk menunjang kegiatan literasi pada masa itu. Sehingga dapat menghasilkan banyak karya. Bahkan karya tersebut masih digunakan sampai dengan saat ini, dan dijadikan sebagai rujukan dalam berbagai bidang ilmu pengetahuan. Lembaga tersebut diantaranya kuttab, majlis, khan, badi’ah dll. Sejarah dunia di masa lalu telah memberikan bukti kongkret atas keberhasilannya membangun peradaban berkat intensitasnya di dalam dunia literasi. Maka dari itu, kegiatan literasi yang di dalamnya berisi kegiatan membaca dan menulis merupakan dua budaya yang sangat penting dan perlu untuk kita lestarikan bersama. Abstract

The industrial revolution was an inevitable oversize. This industrial revolution resulted in a real change in human life, both social change, lifestyle, and also in the education sector. In Islamic religious education, change and development are also happening. In this concept, a thought from the nation's leader, K.H Ahmad Dahlan, provides a conception of Islamic religious education that is still relevant to be used in this 4.0 era. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research and in the type of classification of this research is by library research techniques, data researched in the form of books and literature sourced from literature. The result of this research is the connection between islamic religious education thinking according to K.H Ahmad Dahlan with the changes and development of the era in the era of 4.0 that basically a Muslim should be able to cooperate between religion, culture, the progress of civilization of a changing age, freedom in thinking, the dynamics of life and the role of human beings in his life must be based on the Qur'an and Hadith

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to show the religious values found in teenage films of Islamic genre. This study uses a qualitative approach, using documentation data collection methods. The data source used in the study was an Indonesian film titled 3 Prayers 3 Love by director Nurman Hakim. The results of this study found that in film 3 prayer 3 love shows religious values, namely, the value of faith which includes faith in God, faith in angels, faith in the books, faith in the Rasul of Allah, faith in the end, faith in Qadha and Qadhar; and moral values which include morals to oneself in the form of courage and trust, not excessive to one thing, honest, sincere, and patient; morals towards parents in the form of devotion and loving parents; character of the family in the form of caring for and looking after family members; and morals to the community in the form of help and generosity.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the strategies and opportunities for Islamic Education teachers in implementing multicultural learning in schools. The research method used is a descriptive method, how the application of multicultural education to Islamic Education learning is analyzed through supporting literature. This approach uses a qualitative approach with descriptive data, namely data collected using words. In discussing the problem in this article, the writer uses this type of library research. Library research is carried out by collecting data and information from library sources such as books, journals, documents and other library sources. The results of this study are : First, the reason why multicultural education must be taught in Islamic education learning is that there are differences in the backgrounds of students which include different ethnicities, races, and religions; Second, several schools in Indonesia only have one religious lesson, namely Islamic religious lessons so that non-Muslim students are enthusiastic about taking Islamic religious lessons, especially social relations (muamalah) material. With the presence of non-Muslim student participants, teachers can make this moment a form of multicultural education; Third, the strategy of Islamic Education teachers in implementing Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) in the classroom with the right method, namely lectures then discussions and questions and answers so that all students have the opportunity to provide arguments or opinions regarding Islamic religious material that has been conveyed by the teacher. Fourth, the opportunity for teachers to develop PAI material to have multicultural nuances so that it has an impact on students' beliefs that humans will not be able to live without social contracts with other community groups so that students are expected not to focus on their respective religious groups.

Abstract

Nilai Integritas selalu erat berkaitan dengan perbuatan yang dilakukan seseorang. Semakin perkembangannya zaman sikap nilai-nilai integritas dalam masyarakat juga semakin menurun. Hal ini disebabkan lingkungan dan habituasi. Maka ada penaman nilai integritas pada seseorang yang ditanamkan sejak usia dini. Sebab, sejak anak-anak merupakan usia golden age yang tumbuh kembangnya harus di optimalkan. Salah satu langkah sederhana dapat dilakukan oleh orang tua untuk menanamkan dan mengajarkan nilai integritas adalah melalui habituasi menceritakan dan mengimitasi dari buku yang mengandung nilai integritas. Penelitian ini adalah liberary research yang sumber data-datang dari kitab akhlak lil banin karya syech umar baradja jus 1. Metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam obejeknya ada nilai-nilai integritas anak-anak dalam kitab akhlak lil banin jus 1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai integritas pada anak dalam kitab akhlak lil banin jus 1 karya Syekh Umar Baradja diantaranya yaitu, nilai religius, cinta kebersihan, dan peduli sosial.
