Abstract

This study aims to describe the marketing management model of citrus fruits in Besitang sub-district, Langkat district. The purpose of this research is to educate readers that marketing is the most important thing so that the distribution of citrus fruits can be spread throughout Langkat Regency so that citrus fruits can be obtained by the community in the market and farmers get profit from the marketing results. The research method used is qualitative. The approach used is an anthropological and sociological approach. Data collection techniques are through observation and unstructured interviews, after the data is obtained, the data is analyzed scientifically. The results of the research that have been found indicate that first, oranges have economic value so that marketing management is the most important thing. Second, citrus fruits are not able to last long, only for a few weeks, so the marketing must really be accommodated, third. Citrus fruit marketing is distributed to traditional markets and supermarkets.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the implementation of guidance for Islamic religious instructors to the community using religious language in Langkat Regency. Allah SWT. The type of writing this article is a qualitative service that seeks to describe and describe the sincere and sincere service of Islamic religious educators to the community which has been carried out and then described in a structured manner by following the rules of writing scientific papers that apply. From the results of writing this article, it is found that: First, the implementation of counseling guidance is carried out in the community andin several cross-sectoral institutions/institutions. Second, Islamic religious inst-ructors have clear work goals and measurable work programs. Third, the implementation of guidance is carried out in a humanistic and persuasive manner.

Abstract

This research is a field research using qualitative methods and literature review (Library Research). The data used in this study: (1) Primary data was obtained through interviews with the Sharia Supervisory Board, Funding Officer, Customer Service, Teller and Pawn Staff, Head of General and Personnel Division. (2) Secondary data is obtained from books and journals related to research problems. After the data obtained in the field through interviews are collected and then analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method (a form of description of the subject being observed) then the discussion is concluded deductively, namely drawing conclusions from general questions to specific questions. The results of the study found that (1) the Supervision Mechanism of the Sharia Supervisory Board at Bank Muamalat Cab. Sumbawa has carried out its duties according to the mechanism of the Sharia Banking Law No. 21 of 2008 concerning Sharia Banking Chapter V part three article 32 paragraph 3 and Bank Indonesia Circular No. 15/22 DPbs Jakarta, 27 July 2013 (2) Practice of supervision of the Sharia Supervisory Board at Bank Muamalat Cab. Sumbawa on Deposit and Rahn products in terms of supervision in Sharia Management that supervision carried out by DPS rights has limited authority this is not in accordance with the concept of supervision in sharia management that good supervision is carried out by a leader who has the authority to determine policies while supervision is carried out DPS does not have the right and authority as a leader.

Abstract

Natural Science is one of the lessons taught from elementary school to college, but until now many students who do not like science, students consider science as difficult and unpleasant material. In fact, based on the results of IPA learning observations at SDN 1 Bendosari obtained information that most IPA learning on sound properties still use conventional learning with lecture methods, focusing more on material mastery and providing less experience of practical skills. Thus, in order to learn science more interesting and delight students, teachers need to make innovations in learning. The research study is focused on the innovation of SD IPA learning with the use of simple tool media kits derived from the surrounding environment to improve competence and creativity. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data is obtained through observations, in-depth interviews to principals and teachers at SDN 1 Bendosari, data collection of observations, interviews, and documentation.

Abstract

The strategy of waqf management and development determines the size of the productivity. Therefore, Nazhir's strategy in its management is an interesting thing to study, considering the many potential waqf in Langsa City, especially in East Langsa District which is still less productive. This paper intends to discuss Nazhir's strategy in managing productive waqf, the obstacles faced, as well as the efforts that can be taken in its management, as well as good analysis from the institutional, management and management aspects of productive waqf in order to have development and be useful for the wider community. The results of the study show that the nazhir strategy is in accordance with Law Number 41 of 2004. The findings show that there are three obstacles in managing productive waqf, namely: the nazhir paradigm which is still traditional, nazhir's creativity which is still reduced to direct waqf to a more productive sector, and low productivity. not optimal. Nazhir's efforts to manage productive waqf include establishing partnerships with other parties, promoting unproductive waqf land through recitations or community meetings, building a good image of waqf results, and holding trainings to develop the capabilities of the nazhirs. Three aspects that must be considered and are milestones in the progress of waqf, namely aspects of waqf institutions, accounting aspects, and auditing aspects.
