Abstract

Usaha air minum isi ulang termasuk bisnis yang memiliki prospek tinggi terutama di Kecamatan Majenang. Adanya usaha air minum isi ulang ini diharapkan dapat terus dikembangkan guna memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih di Kecamatan Majenang dan sekitarnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah apakah usaha isi ulang air minum Hasim RO layak dikembangkan berdasarkan penilaian payback Priode, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Retrun, dan Benefit Cost Ratio dan guna menilai kelayakan usaha air minum isi ulang, menggunakan modal sendiri. Penelitian ini memutuskan untuk menggunakan metode kelayakan finansial. Kelayakan sebuah usaha dapat dinilai berdasarkan kelayakan fiansialnya, karena kelayakan finansial dapat menentukan keberhasilan dan keberlangsungan suatu usaha. Kelayakan usaha dapat ditinjau dari besar kecilnya keuntungan yang diperoleh dari usaha yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa usaha yang dijalankan oleh usaha isi ulang Hasim RO dapat dikategorikan sebagai usaha yang layak dilaksanakan dilihat dari finansialnya. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan payback periode yang hanya membutuhkan waktu 9 bulan 29 hari. Adapun hasil yang dilihat berdasarkan hasil laba bersih (LB) sebesar Rp. 347.880.000.00, NPV Rp. 35.282.037, BCR 5.827745081 dan IRR 22,87 %. Yang artinya usaha isi ulang air minum layak dikembangkan dan ditambah nilai investasinya menjadi 2000 galon.

Abstract

There are many problems overlapping village boundaries between one village and another. It is easy for the village government to exercise authority in village management if the boundaries of the village area are well defined. Villages must have regional boundaries and authority without regional boundaries will cause various problems in the area, one of which can be conflicts between one village and another. The problems in this study are: First, what are the causes of boundary conflicts between Sawah Village and Sungai Jalau Village? Second, What is the Impact of the Boundary Conflict between Sawah Village and Sungai Jalau Village on the Community? Third, How to resolve boundary conflicts between Sawah Village and Sungai Jalau Village?The aims of this research are: To explain the causes of boundary conflicts between Sawah Village and Sungai Jalau Village; To explain the impact of boundary conflicts between Sawah Village and Sungai Jalau village on the village community and government; To explain the resolution of boundary conflicts between Sawah village and Sungai Jalau village. The research method used is this type of research is sociological law. Sociological legal research is more directed at a study that discusses the enactment of positive law and its influence on people's lives as well as the influence of non-legal factors on the formation of legal provisions. This study uses a juridical approach, to find out and explain the causes of boundary conflicts between paddy fields and Sungai Jalau Village, North Kampar District, Kampar Regency.Conclusion:1. Settlement of the boundaries between Sawah Village and Sungai Jalau Village, North Kampar District, Kampar Regency is carried out in accordance with applicable legal regulations, namely in Article 9 of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 45 of 2016 concerning Determination and Confirmation of Village Boundaries, it is stated that boundary disputes between villages in one sub-district it was resolved by deliberation facilitated by the North Kampar Sub-District Head.2. The impact of the border conflict between Sawah village and Sungai Jalau village, North Kampar sub-district, Kampar regency resulted in many obstacles to completing village government administration, for example, there are many land transactions that have not been able to transfer the name in their SKGR because the village government feels doubtful if they issue a letter. land that is not included in the jurisdiction of the government.3. The boundary conflict between Sawah village and Sungai Jalau village had not been resolved until the research was carried out because several deliberations had been held facilitated by the sub-district head but had not reached a consensus regarding the boundaries of the two villages. Active coordination from the sub-district government is a way to strengthen communication between community leaders as one of the elements that is expected to facilitate the settlement of the boundaries of the two villages.SuggestionThe efforts of the North Kampar District Government in resolving the border conflict between Sawah village and Sungai Jalau village are suggested as follows1. The Kampar Utara District Government must hold ongoing and routine deliberations to discuss the resolution of the border conflict between the two villages, the District Government must refer to the basis for the division of Sungai Jalau village by meeting or holding meetings with community leaders, providing understanding to each figure the people of the two villages about the importance of prioritizing the interests of the community over their own interests, in the sense of the interests of the village itself.The sub-district government should form a special team to deal with boundary conflicts between Sawah village and Sungai Jalau village, so that sub-district activities are not disrupted, but must remain under the supervision of the sub-district government, facilitating ongoing meetings or meetings to discuss resolving the border conflicts between the two villages . The sub-district government must be able to make firm decisions without having to listen to various arguments from each village that impose their wishes for the public interest.

Abstract

Lombok Island, particularly the southern central part of Lombok, often experiences droughts that result in failed cultivation or harvests due to the El Nino and Southern Oscillation (ENSO) phenomena. Therefore, the objective of this research is to determine the forecasting skill or predictive ability of a seasonal climate prediction system using the ENSO indicator in the Central Lombok regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. This study employs a descriptive method by comparing the average rainfall in El Nino years with non-El Nino years. The research is conducted in the Central Lombok regency, which is divided into the northern and southern parts. The data used includes monthly precipitation recorded by BMKG for approximately 50 years (1970-2019) in all districts of Central Lombok. The SOI data is accessed at http://www.bom.gov.au/climate/current/soi2.shtml. The results of this study indicate that the use of the ENSO indicator to forecast seasonal rainfall patterns in the Central Lombok regency shows high consistency and significant predictive ability. There is no significant difference in the predictive ability and consistency of the forecast results between the northern and southern parts of Central Lombok. In general, the predictive ability during the dry season exhibits higher consistency (25%) compared to the rainy season (14%).

Abstract

Picohydro Power Plant (PLTPH) is designed for water with a small flow, the design of this PLTPH does not require complicated construction with output reaching several kilowatts. This design uses materials that can be found easily and are widely available. The turbine is made using a sand shovel, and the reservoir used is a used drum, using a DC generator, inverter circuit, battery and other supporting tools. This design produces a nominal power of 450 watts which is used for lighting around the pool

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi mulai dari tahun 2019 telah melemahkan ekonomi seluruh dunia. Pajak yang menjadi salah satu penerimaan APBN terbesar di Indonesia digunakan untuk penanganan pandemi dan pemulihan ekonomi nasional. Pada tanggal 1 Juli 2021, pemerintah telah menetapkan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan 82/PMK.03/2021 tentang Perubahan atas Peraturan Menteri Keuangan No. 9/PMK.03/2021 tentang Insentif Pajak untuk Wajib Pajak terdampak Pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan dan mengacu pada perumusan masalah dan tujuan penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Pengetahuan wajib pajak tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi di PT. Indonesia Epson Industry. Insentif pajak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi di PT. Indonesia Epson Industry. Hal ini sejalan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Salman Latief, dkk (2020) bahwa insentif pajak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pajak. Pengetahuan wajib pajak dan Insentif pajak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi di PT. Indonesia Epson Industry, dibuktikan dengan hasil pengujian Uji F, F hitung 3.285 > F Tabel 3.0892. serta nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh adalah 0.042 < nilai signifikansi 5% yang artinya pengetahuan wajib pajak dan insentif pajak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan pajak.

Abstract

Interjection of compliance control for IUD user especially from middle and low educational background. Complete understanding will lead to high level of interest and compliance control and will be increasing scoupe of IUD user as a goverment program for long term birth control. Purpose of this research is understanding compliance control of IUD user. Research is a descriptive research with cross sectional approach. Sampling methods is saturated samples from 60 IUD users. Result show 19 (31,7%) of IUD users obey, 41 (68,3%) disobey. Result shows that IUD users obey to control dominate by high school background 9 (15%), 20-30 years old 13 (21,7%) and has occupational as a worker 15 (25%). Compliance rate controls of IUD acceptors in the non compliant category.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengungkap peningkatan hasil belajar kimia pokok bahasan termokimia melalui pembelajaran kooperatif dengan metode jigsaw sehingga siswa akan terbantu dalam belajarnya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kimia materi termokimia dengan menggunakan metode kooperatif jigsaw ini berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar kimia siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada hasil belajar siswa pada yang pada awalnya adalah 0 % dan meningkat menjadi 78 %. Berdasarkan data hasil tersebut, maka “dengan menerapkan metode kooperatif jigsaw” dalam mempelajari materi termokimia, maka prestasi belajar siswa jadi meningkat” sehingga sangat pentig untuk dipraktekkan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Sisa minyak hasil penggorengan dalam rumah tangga sering kali di buang beggitu saja dan belum dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Hal ini disebabkan kurang fahamnya ilmu dan keterampilan dalam mengelola potensi bahan alami dan limbah rumah tangga. Tujuan pembuatan karya tulis ilmiah ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan memberikan solusi dengan memanfaatkan potensi bahan alami yaitu sereh dan limbah rumah tangga yaitu minyak jelantah sisa penggorengan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode praktikum yang diawali dengan tutorial pembuatan lilin aromaterapi dengan memanfaatkan limbah minyak jelantah yang ada di rumah tangga serta dapat memberikan informasi yang bermanfaat sekaligus sebagai pembelajaran kimia berbasis chemo enterpreunership. Hasil dari praktikumdalam karya ilmiah ini diantaranya yakni; mampu meningkatkan keterampilan siswa siswi kelas XII MA Mazro’atul Huda Karanganyar tahun 2021/2022 dalam membuat produk lilin aromaterapi. Selain itu hasil dari praktikum ini bisa di buat Video tutorial teknik pembuatan lilin aromaterapi yang bisa dinikmati masyarakat umum sehingga dapat menjadi acuan bagi siswa lain untuk mempelajari reaksi limbah minyak jelantah untuk menghasilkan lilin aroma terapi guna memanfaatkan potensi limbah yang ada dan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan melalui chemo enterpreunership

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengendalian kualitas produk AMDK cup 220 ml Pojur agar dapat meminimalisir terjadinya reject dan mengetetahui faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya reject pada CV. Lia Tirta Jaya Prigen dengan metode Six Sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). Dari hasil observasi terdapat tiga jenis cacat yang sering terjadi yaitu lid mengelupas, cup dobel, dan cup pecah. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran diketahui level Sigma bulan Januari 2023 yaitu 4,58 dan cacat cup dobel mempunyai presentase cacat terbesar yaitu 57,3% dari keseluruhan cacat kemudian disusul cacat lid mengelupas dan cup pecah. Setalah mencari sebab dan akibat dengan fishbone dari kerusakan pada cup maka tahap selanjutnya adalah membuat tabel pemecahan maslah dengan 5W+1H Dari hasil 5W+1H di dapat disimpulkan penyebab kerusakan salah satunya adalah kesalahan manusia dalam proses produksi seperti, penumpukan cup yang melebihi batas yang menyebabkan cup tersebut menempel dan ujung cup tidak berbentuk sempurna akibatnya lid tidak menempel secara maksimal. Selain itu gangguan listrik dan mesin seperti temperature suhu yang tidak sesuai standar yang menyebabkan lid tidak menempel secara maksimal.

Abstract

Relationship between Knowledge and Support of Husband with the Exclusive Giving of Breast milk in Cambaya Village, Makassar City, (guided by Hj. Hidayati and Afriani) Exclusive breast milk is breast Milk which is given to babies as the main food that can be well received by the baby's digestive system and given exclusively for 6 months. Knowledge of the importance of exclusive breastfeeding is needed by mothers and families because breast milk is the first and main intake for the babys health at this time. In addition to the support of husband and family also has its own factors in influencing the psychological condition of the mother which will have an impact on the success of breastfeeding. More over support of husband and family also has own factors in influencing the psychological condition of mother who will have an impact to the success of breastfeeding. This study aims to determine the relationship between husband's knowledge and support with exclusive breastfeeding, with analytical survey methods and with a cross sectional approach. Subjects of this study were 78 mothers who had infants aged 6-12 months whose was determined by using the Sanley Lemeshow formula and include to the criteria. The research design uses purposive sampling technique. The statistical analysis used in this study was the chi-square statistic, with a confidence level of α = 0.05. The results of the research obtained from sufficient maternal knowledge can motivate exclusive breastfeeding in the cambaya village, husband's support which is sufficient can motivate the mother to give exclusive breastfeeding in the cambaya village. So that it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and support of husbands with exclusive breastfeeding in Cambaya Makassar. Therefore, it is expected that there is a need to increase the role of health workers in providing information and information about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding. Beside that, husband and family support is also needed to provide support and encouragement so that mothers can breastfeed well.
