Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of basic basketball technical skills at the Dukun Basketballl Magelang Putra Club in 2021. This study used a descriptive quantitative method approach to describe or describe the data that had been collected as it was. The sample used in this study were all male participants of the Dukun Basketballl Magelang club totaling 20 players. Data collection techniques used are tests and measurements. The instrument used in this study used a test of basic technical skills to play basketball. The data analysis technique in this study includes three steps, namely: 1) preparation 2) tabulation 3) descriptive statistics. The results showed that the basic technical skill level of the Basketballl Magelang Dukun Club basketball was as follows: 2 players or 10% Very Good, 15 Players or 75% Good, and 3 players or 15% sufficient, 0 students or 0% Moderate, 0 students or 0% Poor, 0 students or 0% Less once and 0 students or 0% Poor

Abstract

The author conducted research on the physical condition and technique of athletes in athletes aged 10-15 years. This study aims to determine the ability of physical and technical conditions in athletes aged 10-15 years at the Gold Champion Club in Banjarnegara Regency. This research uses descriptive quantitative. The method used in this research is survey research. The population of this study were club gold champion athletes aged 10-15 years. In this study, samples were taken using a total sampling technique of 24 athletes aged 10-15 years. This exercise uses the formula for descriptive analysis of percentages. The results of the research on physical condition of 55.7% were stated in sufficient category and 74% for basic techniques were stated in good category. It can be concluded that athletes with good physical and technical conditions will improve the athlete's performance and achievement until the goal is achieved. Researchers suggest that coaches pay more attention to the physical condition of their athletes. The results of the study are expected to be useful for training badminton athletes and can be trained so that they can excel.

Abstract

Petanque is a form of boules game where the goal is to throw the ball as close as possible to a wooden ball called a cochonnet and the feet must be in a small circle. Petanque sport is a sport that has just deve;oped in Indonesia, therefore researchers want to know the motivation of students to wards petanque sport at SMA Negeri 1 Guntur, Guntur District. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with triangulation data collection method. The subjects of this study were students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Guntur and the object was SMA Negeri 1 Guntur, one of the senior high schools that already had a petanque field in Demak Regency. The results showed that students’ motivation in exercising petanque was good because of their interest in fulfilling physiological needs such as health and body fitness. In addition to meeting social needs such as getting the latest information related to health, fitness, and or techniques in doing petanque sport as well as students’ self-actualization needs. Based on the results of the research above, it can be said that the student’s motivation for petanque sport at SMA Negeri 1 Guntur is to fulfill physiological needs, social needs, and self-actualization. The suggestion for these schools is that students can take full advantage of sport facilities to support achievement. The role of schools is important in the introduction of the petanque sport as well as supporting school achievement.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of achievement development, training programs, organization, knowing the role of coaches, knowing the condition of athletes, knowing IPSI facilities and infrastructure in Wonosobo Regency. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach. The subject of this research is IPSI Wonosobo Regency which consists of, 2 IPSI Management Wonosobo Regency, 1 coach and 4 athletes. Data collection was taken by the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the achievement development carried out by IPSI in Wonosobo Regency has been going well but there are obstacles in the facilities and infrastructure section. The IPSI organization of Wonosobo Regency has been running well and has been in accordance with the functions of each administrator. The training program owned by IPSI Wonosobo Regency is well planned and adjusted based on the character of the athlete. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the IPSI Achievement Development in Wonosobo Regency has been going well but is constrained by the facilities and infrastructure for other aspects. by looking at the aspects of mass production, breeding, achievement, organization, training programs, human resources, and funding. Suggestions for research is that achievement development can be carried out continuously and continuously.

Abstract

Atlet yang memiliki fisik serta teknik yang baik akan memiliki peluang prestasi yang besar. Untuk mengetahui kemampuan fisik dan teknik atlet maka harus melakukan pengukuran atau tes kemampuan fisik dan teknik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kondisi fisik dan teknik pencak silat INSEBA di kabupaten Grobogan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 24 atlet putra dan 26 atlet putri. Untuk mengetahui hasil akhir penelitian dianalisis dengan deskriptif prosentase. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 anak. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan menggunakan teknik Total Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan tujuh intrumen pengukuran kondisi fisik diantaranya kecepatan, power, daya tahan otot, kelentukan, kelincahan, keseimbangan, kekuatan. Sedangkan untuk teknik dasar pencak silat menggunakan delapan teknik dasar diantaranya sikap pasang depan, kuda-kuda tengah, pukulan depan, tendangan depan, tendangan sabit, tendangan T, tangkapan luar dan bantingan. Hasil tes kondisi fisik total keseluruhan putra yaitu 1 orang baik sekali (3.33%), 7 orang baik (30.83%), 11 orang cukup (47.09%), 3 orang kurang (16.25%), 1 orang kurang sekali (2.5%). Untuk tes kondisi fisik keseluruhan putri yaitu 1 orang baik sekali (1.53%), 5 orang baik (19.63%), 10 orang cukup (38.47%), 9 orang kurang (36.53%), 1 orang kurang sekali (3.83%). Sedangkan untuk hasil tes teknik putra total keseluruhan yaitu masuk dalam kategori cukup (62.275%) dan untuk hasil tes teknik putri total keseluruhan masuk dalam kategori cukup (60.01%). Simpulan dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil secara umum untuk fisik kategori baik sekali putra (3.33%) dan putri (1,53%), kategori baik putra (30.83%) dan putri (19.6%), kategori cukup putra (47.09%) dan putri (38.47%), kategori kurang putra (2.5%) dan putri (36.5%), kategori kurang sekali putra (2.5%) dan putri (3.83%). Sedangkan untuk tes teknik masuk dalam kategori cukup. Saran ditujukan untuk atlet dan pelatih untuk meningkatkan latihan baik fisik ataupun teknik serta perlu dilakukan tes secara rutin baik fisik ataupun teknik guna mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan atlet.

Abstract

The problem of this research is how the Physical Education learning method during the pandemic Covid-19 in junior high schools in the Mrebet district, Purbalingga Regency. Objectives through learning methods. Descriptive qualitative research method. Data analysis uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The result of this study is that the method used in learning during the pandemic is online through the application platform. The results of the study concluded that the learning methods used during this pandemic period still looked poor and ineffective because of the many obstacles and obstacles from each junior high school in the Mrebet sub-district.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the implementation of the PJOK online learning model during the Covid-19 pandemic in elementary schools throughout the Taman District, Pemalang Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research approach using a survey method. The data collection technique used total sampling. The sample and this research were all PJOK teachers in State Elementary Schools in the Taman District, Pemalang Regency, totaling 18 teachers. The instrument in this study was an online questionnaire using a google form containing 10 questions. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis with percentage data. The results showed that during the Covid-19 pandemic 100% of teachers continued to provide PJOK learning, 55.6% of teachers used online learning methods, 22.2% of PJOK learning was in accordance with RPP and 77.8% according to RPP but not coherently, 100 % use the whatsapp group learning media, 50% of students are enthusiastic and participate well in learning, 100% of teachers work with parents of students so that the PJOK learning process continues, 22.2% of teachers say that in its implementation only part of learning is in accordance with lesson plans, assessment based on the collection of written assignments 33.3%, practice 16.7% and practical or written 50%, 77.8% of teachers said the assessment on online learning was not effective, 5.6% had obstacles, and 50% some were constrained some were not, in learning PJOK online is difficulty accessing the internet.

Abstract

There are many ways that the school does so that learning continues as usual by applying online and offline learning, although sometimes the learning objectives that will be conveyed have not been achieved but it is hoped that from the process students can receive good learning in a directed manner. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the Blended Learning method in learning Adaptive Physical Education at the State Elementary School (SDLB) Purbalingga Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive survey method. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of the study, it can be seen that the application of the blended learning method in adaptive physical education learning at the SDLB Negeri Purbalingga Regency in general shows that it runs well with a percentage of 76%, because teachers can carry out learning influenced by 3 aspects, including aspects of technological literacy, material presentation, and learning evaluation. . The suggestions given by the researcher to the school or teacher can improve the abilities they have because the students are children with special needs

Abstract

The problem in this research is how to develop SeBaOn (Online Base Football)media for soccer learning for class X SMA N 1 Bojong, Pekalongan Regancy. Thisstudy aims to produce a media in the form of an online video for socces learningactivities in class X SMA N 1 Bojong.The method used in this research is research and development (R&D). The steps inthis study are: (1) potential and problems, (2) collecting data, (3) product design,(4) validation carried out by 1 learning expert, 1 material expert and 1 media expert,(5) revision designs carried out by expert, (6) small scale trials with 30 students, (7)product revision, (8) large scale trials with 90 students, (9) product revisions, (10)mass produced a SeBaOn (Online Base Football) media for class X Soccer learning.Validation result before small scale trials obtained form material experts andlearning expert get an average of 85% (Very Good), media expert get an average of93% (Very Good). Then the media was tasted on a small scale to get an average of72% (Good). After that the media was revised and validatetd by expert to determinethe feasibility of the media, material expert and learning expert got an average of97% (Very Good), media expert got an average of 97% (Very Good). Then themedia was tasted on a large scale and got an average of 83% (Very Good).From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that theSeBaOn (Online Base Football) can be used as a supporting tool for learning soccerfor class X. Researchers hope that the product developed can be useful for class Xstudents as an effective and efficient learning media.

Abstract

Physical education learning utilizes physical activity for the learning process. Physical education learning is mostly carried out outside the classroom, this becomes different when theoutbreak Covid-19occurs and the implementation changes to online learning. For this reason, the problem in this research is how to plan, implement and evaluate Physical education learning at State Junior High Schools throughout the Boja District before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to describe and examine the planning, implementation and evaluation of Physical education learning at State Junior High Schools throughout the Boja District before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of this study are that learning planning is carried out by compiling a syllabus and lesson plans, the implementation of learning is carried out with an online system through the media of google classroom and whatsapp, the evaluation of learning is carried out by assessing 3 aspects, namely the addictive, cognitive and psychomotor aspects. The conclusion of this study is that teachers continue to develop lesson plans, curriculum, time allocation and learning media before and during the different pandemic periods, assessments are carried out online with the same aspects as before thepandemic Covid-19.
