Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini memfasilitasi siswa dan guru dengan menciptakan produk alat FBES (Flexibility, Balance, Endurance, Strength) yang nantinya alat ini dapat bermanfaat dalam proses pembelajaran aktivitas kebugaran jasmani. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian R&D (Research and Development) yang menggunakan 10 tahap penelitian yaitu 1) potensi dan masalah, 2) pengumpulan data, 3) desain produk, 4) validasi desain, 5) revisi desain, 6) uji coba produk, 7) revisi produk, 8) validasi desain, 9) potensi dan masalah, dan 10) produk masal. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Hasil rata-rata dari validasi ahli (ahli penjas dan ahli pembelajaran) yaitu sebesar 72,3 %, hasil dari uji coba skala kecil yaitu sebesar 81,8 % dan hasil dari uji coba skala besar yaitu sebesar 93,4 %. Kajian prototipe produk dari penelitian ini yaitu produk alat FBES (Flexibility,Balance,Endurance,Strength) yang telah melalui beberapa kali uji coba dan revisi, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk alat FBES ini dapat digunakan untuk pembelajaran aktivitas kebugaran jasmani di sekolah.

Abstract

National Paralympic Committee of Indonesia (NPC) merupakan organisasi yang mewadahi atlet khususnya atlet disabilitas. NPC melakukan pembinaan terhadap atlet disabilitas untuk meningkatkan prestasi dicabang olahraga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembinaan prestasi yang dilakukan di cabor Paracycling NPC Solo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian pengurus, pelatih, dan atlet. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi untuk membandingkan hasil dari pengumpulan data. Analisis data menggunakan (reduksi data, penyajian data) untuk ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan prestasi dilakukan tiga tahap yaitu: tahap pemassalan, pembibitan, dan pembinaan prestasi. Program latihan seperti jadwal latihan, intensitas latihan, periodisasi, latihan fisik, teknik, dan taktik semua ada. NPC memperoleh sumber dana dari kemenpora. Kondisi dan kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana sudah baik dan memadai. Disimpulkan bahwa pembinaan prestasi atlet paracycling sudah baik. Pengurus, pelatih, dan atlet NPC sudah menjalankan tugas dan tangung jawabnya masing-masing. Prestasi atlet paracycling selalu meningkat dari tahun ketahun. Saran: pengurus selalu menjalankan tugas dengan baik, pelatih selalu memberikan program latihan dengan maksimal, atlet selalu menjaga kebugaran dan semangat berlatih.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah presepsi masyarakat terhadap kegiatan mata kuliah Event Entertainment dan Event Organizier pada kegiatan Atlas Futsal Championship di Kota Semarang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui presepsi masyarakat terhadap kegiatan mata kuliah Event Entertainment dan Event Organizier pada kegiatan Atlas Futsal Championship di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan penelitian kualitatif etnografi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pelatih, pemain dan panitia yang terlibat pada pada kegiatan Atlas Futsal Championship. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi Masyarakat Terhadap kegiatan Mata Kuliah Event Entertainment dan Event Organizier pada kegiatan Atlas Futsal Championship di Kota Semarang adalah (1) terkenal karena event tersebut selalu ditunggu dan mendapatkan respon yang baik, (2) kreatif karena menampilkan lomba suporter, unik karena jarang yang mengikutsertakan suporter dalam sebuah event, (3) positif karena dapat menjadi wadah kompetisi yang sehat pada cabang futsal, (4) edukatif karena memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan tentang futsal, (5) memuaskan karena minim protes yang dilancarkan oleh peserta, (6) interaksi yang cukup bagus antara panitia, (7) pemain dan pelatih, (8) keuntungan untuk penyelenggara secara finansial dan peserta secara wadah kompetisi dan (9) terjangkau untuk seluruh peserta baik itu penonton yang datang maupun tim yang bertanding.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the ideal posture of children with physical fitness profiles of grade VII public junior high school students in semarang district in 2020. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Sampling techniques in this study using propotionate random sampling. The subject of this research was a grade 7 student at SMP Negeri in Suruh sub-district. Data retrieval techniques using measurement and documentation. The data analysis technique used is bivariate correlation with sig<value 0.05. Based on research conducted on the ideal posture of children (Body Mass Index and Body Length Composition) is associated with physical fitness profiles it can be concluded that body mass index (BMI) there is a negative relationship with the physical fitness profile of students with a significance value of p = 0.00 (sig < 0.05) and coefficient value r = -0.388. While the Body Length Composition of the 8 aspects examined there are 2 aspects that correlate with the degree of weak correlation that is the length of limbs against the run of 40 and 50 meters with a signification value of p = 0.044 (p = <0.05) and a correlation coefficient value of r = 0.218, the length of the limbs against the run 600, 800, and 1000 meters meter with signification value p=0.049 (p=<0.05) and correlation coefficient value r=0.213, thigh length torun 600, 800, and 1000 meters with a signification value of p=0.013 and correlation coefficient value r=0.268.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on all sectors, one of which is the education sector. In the education sector the learning process is carried out online. Penjasorkes is one of the subjects affected by online learning. For this reason, the problem of this research is how the physical education learning process in the Covid-19 pandemic situation in class XI students of SMA N 1 Paguyangan. The purpose of this study was to determine the physical education learning process which includes the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes in the Covid-19 pandemic situation in class XI students of SMA N 1 Paguyangan. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The results of his research are the planning process is carried out by making a syllabus and RPP PJJ (Distance Learning), the implementation of physical education learning is carried out asynchronously with the help of google classroom, and the assessment process is carried out through three aspects, namely affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects. The conclusion of this research is that the physical education learning process in the Covid-19 situation in class XI SMA N 1 Paguyangan is good enough.

Abstract

Purpose of this study to determine the implementatation of chess performance in Percasi Kota Semarang. This research use descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection using the method of observation, interview, and documentation. The subjects in this study were administrators, coaches and athletes. The validity check used used data triangulation technique. Data analysis activities include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The result showed that the implementation of performance coaching in Percasi Kota Semarang was good, Massive is carried out by monitoring tournament and in collaboration with tradisional leaders and the education office. Nurseries are carried out by three methods, namely bringing in a personal trainer, participating in a special coaching club or public club in the city of Semarang and self-learning using chess books or computers. The human resources of Percasi Kota Semarang fall into good criteria, some coaches have licenses, atheletes have high fighting spirit and internasional level achievements, and management has been running according to its duties. The training program at Percasi Kota Semarang falls into the suffcient criteria, where the training programs are not all structured. The facilities and infrastructur for Percasi Kota Semarang are good, but there is only a lack of a centralized training ground. As well as the funding for Percasi Kota Semarang, Percasi Kota Semarang received from KONI Kota Semarang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the management of tiara park waterboom pool jepara city in 2020. This type of research is a survey with a qualitative descriptive approach to research subjects of managers, employees and visitors. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The validity testing technique of data using triangulation. Data analysis uses (data reduction, data presentation) to draw conclusions. Studies have shown that 1) the planning have done according to management functions. 2) organization is implemented by dividing the work to each employee according to his or her expertise. 3) the direction given in field perfomance is carried out according to directives given by the manager. 4) management control involves two areas of employees and supervision of visitors. The conclusion that the management of tiara park waterboom swimming pools has been well run. The study's suggestion that tiara park waterboom swimming pools should make more interesting arrangements in vehicle development that attract visitors to visit.

Abstract

The introduction in this research is the implementation of PJOK learning in martial arts in SMP Watumalang District, Watumalang. The problem limitation in this research is planning, implementing, and evaluating. This study aims to determine how teachers carry out physical education, sports, and health learning in self-defense materials in schools. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The research instrument is the researcher himself. Data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The researcher conducted research on 10 junior high schools in Watumalang Subdistrict, Wonosobo District, there were 8 schools that implement physical education martial arts learning and 2 schools that did not implement physical education martial arts learning. Schools that implement martial arts learning at Watumalang Subdistrict, Wonosobo District, see the learning process by planning learning, implementing learning, evaluating learning. Schools that did not implement physical education martial arts learning have various reasons that did not support the implementation of physical education martial arts learning, such as teachers who are not confident in their abilities due to different teacher competencies, moreover, in terms of unsupportive facilities and infrastructure also sports equipment that are not provided by schools, thus teachers are less interested in providing martial arts learning in schools. The conclusion is that in physical education martial arts learning at Junior High Schools in Watumalang Subdistrict, Wonosobo District in 2020 at 8 schools that implement martial arts learning in terms of planning, implementation and evaluation already good, only 3 out of 8 schools do not meet the implementation standards sub indicators. The 2 schools that did not implement physical education martial arts learning have many obstacles due to the potential of the teachers themselves and less supportive infrastructure. For suggestions, teachers should develop learning model that are more creative and innovative in learning, furthermore, teachers should develop their knowledge and potential in the field of martial arts so that teachers can provide martial arts learning. The education office is expected to provide upgrading and training for junior high school physical education teachers in Watumalang Subdistrict Wonosobo Disctrict through the MGMP in the martial arts subdivision.

Abstract

One of the districts of Central Java is Rembang Regency. This regency has not yet known the level of sports development as seen from the sport development index in the aspects of sports participation and physical fitness. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative then analyzed using the sport development index. The research location in Rembang Regency was taken a sample of 3 districts, namely Sarang, Kragan and Pancur. The sample was determined by stratified random sampling and cluster sampling, the sample amounted to 90 people and was divided into 3 districts with categories of 30 people per district. One sub-district consists of 10 children, 10 adolescents, and 10 adults, with the provisions per age category of 5 boys and 5 girls. The data collection instruments were carried out by means of observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires and tests. The results of this research are the level of community participation in sports in Kragan District 0.56, Sarang District 0.59, Pancur District 0.52. Meanwhile, the physical fitness level of the people in Kragan District was 0.54, Sarang District was 0.62 and Pancur District was 0.57. The conclusion of this study, the participation level and physical fitness of Rembang Regency which were taken from 3 districts were included in the medium category. Even though it is in good condition, the Rembang Regency government must also add many facilities for physical fitness to be more productive.

Abstract

The development of karate in Indonesia has progressed, one of which is in Jepara Regency. Dojo Garuda is one of the clubs that provides guidance for karate achievements from an early age. Dojo Garuda is able to produce talented seeds who win many championships. The purpose of this study was to determine the coaching process carried out by the Garuda Dojo. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis in this study is data reduction, display data, and verification. The result of this research is athlete development starting from early childhood to high school level. The training program consists of training program phases, namely general and special preparation stages, pre-competition and competition stages, and running training according to the training program. The coach has a coaching license. The facilities and infrastructure that are owned are adequate, with the existence of their own training building and equipped with mattresses and other facilities to support the training. Good and active organizational structure. Funding from regular athlete fees and sponsorships. Achievements include regional to international levels. Awards for athletes from their respective athletes' schools as well as from the district government, the dojo have not yet given awards. The conclusion of this research is that the guidance has been good but the appreciation is still lackings.
