Abstract

Abstract After proclaiming Indonesia's independence, the Dutch acted again and piggybacked on the allied forces involved in the world war with the aim of wanting to regain control of Indonesia. Hadratussyaikh Hasyim Asy'ari became one of the central figures in efforts to drive back the invaders who wanted to control Indonesia. This research wants to discuss how the figure of Hadratussyaikh succeeded in calling for jihad in a social movement. This study applies the library research method with the type of biographical intellectual research. The type of approach in this research is Content Analysis, to reveal the success of Hadratussyaikh calling for a resolution of jihad within the framework of a social movement. The results of this study conclude that there are three important components that are required for the success of Hadratussyaikh calling for jihad in a social movement. First, the momentum of the Netherlands and its status as a non-Muslim who wants to dominate Indonesia after they proclaimed independence. Second, the extensive structure of Hadratusshaykh mass mobilization, both official and unofficial. Third, the framing of dissatisfaction with the return of the Dutch who wanted to colonize and the belief that defending independence was part of jihad fi sabilillah. Keywords: Social Movement, Hadratussyaikh Hasyim Asy'ari, Jihad Resolution, Abstrak Pasca memproklamasikan kemerdekaan Indonesia, pihak Belanda berulah kembali dan membonceng pasukan sekutu yang terlibat dalam perang dunia dengan tujuan ingin kembali menguasai Indonesia. Hadratussyaikh Hasyim Asy’ari menjadi salah satu tokoh sentral dalam upaya mengusir kembali penjajah yang ingin menguasai Indonesia. Penelitian ini ingin membahas tentang bagaimana sosok Hadratussyaikh berhasil menyerukan jihad dalam sebuah gerakan sosial. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode library research (kepustakaan) dengan jenis penelitian intelektual biografis. Jenis pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah content analysis, untuk mengungkapkan keberhasilan Hadratussyaikh menyerukan resolusi jihad dalam bingkai gerakan sosial. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan ada tiga komponen penting yang menjadi syarat keberhasilan Hadratussyaikh menyerukan jihad dalam sebuah gerakan sosial. Pertama, momentum Belanda dan statusnya sebagai non muslim yang ingin menguasai Indonesia pasca memproklamasikan kemerdekaan. Kedua, struktur mobilisasi massa Hadratussyaikh yang luas, baik yang resmi maupun tidak resmi. Ketiga, framing ketidakpuasan akan kehadiran kembali Belanda yang ingin menjajah serta keyakinan bahwa mempertahankan kemerdekaan adalah bagian dari jihad fi sabilillah. Abstract

The study entitled "Social Conflict in the Novel Si Anak Storm Study of Sociology of Literature", the researcher feels that the social conflict raised in the novel is a social conflict that must be discussed and found solutions and lessons learned. In the novel The Child of the Storm by Tere Liye, the author discusses the routine activities of the children of Manowa village, namely waiting for ships from the sea to head upstream, or ships from the upstream that sail towards the sea. Activities carried out every Sunday afternoon or every red date of school holidays. Our village is located right at the mouth of a large river which is the crossing for ships heading to the next village or town, the ship docks at the pier if there are passengers from the village but more just pass by. When the ship passes, that's when the children of Manowa village do their action. They will swim beside the ship, waving their hands to the passengers, waiting for them to throw coins down, then they scramble to take the money and problems arise when Manowa village is made a big port. With this research, it is hoped that it can provide benefits and as input or lessons that courage and cooperation will produce the desired results. This study analyzes data in the form of Tere Liye's novel The Child of Storms, which displays data as it is without any manipulation process. Qualitative descriptive research is used to analyze events, phenomena or situations socially. Based on the results of the research, the forms of social conflict experienced by the characters are tension, rejection, courage and the biggest conflict or the source is the port construction case.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk menggali nilai luhur belis dalam ritus penikahan adat di Sikka. Metode yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan instrumen penelitian berupa wawancara lisan dengan narasumber atau tokoh adat masyarakat Sikka. Penulisan artikel ini juga dilengkapi dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu dengan menggunakan literatur-literatur berupa buku dan jurnal. Data-data penelitian tentang nilai luhur belis dalam ritus pernikaan adat di Sikka kemudian dianalisis sehingga ditemukan maknanya untuk diperkuat dengan konsep yang relevan dengan masyarakat Sikka. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis dapat menyimpulkan tentang nilai luhur belis dalam ritus pernikahan adat di Sikka. Ditemukan beberapa nilai luhur ritus pernikahan di Sikka yang memiliki maknanya masing-masing. Pertama, mengungkapkan penghormatan dan penghargaan terhadap pribadi manusia (perempuan); Kedua, merupakan tanda penghargaan terhadap keluarga wanita; Ketiga, mempererat hubungan sosial; Keempat, lambang pengorbanan dan pendewasaan cinta; dan Kelima, legilisator turunan

The Effectiveness of Lurah Interpersonal Communication in Improving the Quality of Performance of Tomagoba Village Office Employees, Tidore District, Tidore City Islands. (Under the Guidance of: Mr. Abdul Kadir Ali, S.Sos.M.Si Supervisor I and Mrs. Nursakina Husen, Spd., M.Pd Advisor II). In general, this study aims to find out, The efectiveness of the Village Head's Interpersonal Communication in Improving the Quality of Employee Performance in the Tomagoba Village Office, Tidore District, Tidore Islands City and the Inhibiting and Supporting Factors for Communication Effectiveness interpersonal lurah in improving the quality of employee performance. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative by means of field observations, interviews with informants, and documentation. While the data analysis technique used, data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the effectiveness of interpersonal communication among employees of the Tomagoba sub-district office was in accordance with the effectiveness of interpersonal communication consisting of openness, empathy, supportive attitude, positive attitude and openness attitude. And the effectiveness of communication can be seen from the performance of employees who influence discipline and work motivation

Abstract

Adolescence is a period that is vulnerable to deviant behavior where one of them is smoking behavior. This study aims to determine the relationship between permissive parenting and smoking behavior in female adolescents. Participants used in this study were determined using techniquessnowball sampling, [d1]a total of 56 young girls aged 15-18 years. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between permissive parenting and smoking behavior with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.890 and a sig of 0.000 (p <0.05). This shows that there is a significant positive relationship between permissive parenting and smoking behavior in female adolescents
