Abstract

This article aims to explain the influence of digital storytelling to improve the character of elementary students in the “Freedom of Learning” curriculum. The type of research used is in the form of a literature study obtained from previous research. Data collection was carried out by searching several journals through Google Scholar, Sinta, and other sources on the internet. Before digital storytelling was implemented, some students were found to have bad characters in the implementation of learning. After applying digital storytelling, the results of the analysis of research data processing conducted found that there was a positive and significant influence between the use of digital storytelling on improving the character of elementary school students in the “Freedom of Learning” curriculum. In digital storytelling, it contains character values, such as educational, social, moral, cultural, historical, and imagination values that can develop the character of students. It can be concluded that digital Storytelling influences improving the character of elementary students, this is in line with one of the characteristics of the “Freedom of Learning” curriculum.

Abstract

Abstract: Character education is a conscious and planned effort by humans to empower and guide students with the aim of shaping the character of students. Technological developments in the world of education create many conveniences such as increasing students' learning abilities and facilitating student access to learning. However, if its use is not balanced with the cultivation of character education, there will be a decline in character values. Therefore, the understanding and use of digital literacy need to be improved to shape the character values ​​of students in the 21st century. The purpose of this research is to find out the benefits of digital literacy in growing and building the character of students. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative method with a literature study approach and data sources obtained from the results of journal analysis. The results of the research analysis are that in shaping the character of students in the 21st century, digital literacy has an important role because students tend to be interested in things related to technology and social media that can be used by teachers as a forum to build student character values. The conclusion of the study is that in the use of digital literacy, teacher and parent supervision is needed by setting limits for students so that they can avoid the negative impacts caused. Abstract

Character building since children are in elementary school is very important to do, because children experience physical, social, emotional and spiritual growth, which will impact their lives in the future, so the formation of character based on exemplary and habituation is important to apply to student. This article was created to address the educational problems of elementary school children in carrying out a learning process that promotes character growth by not forgetting student academic development and being adapted to technological developments. This study uses a qualitative approach with literature study techniques or literature studies from various sources in the form of books, national journals, and research articles. The results of this study conclude that the use of exemplary videos in learning is a strategy that is quite appropriate for teachers to carry out, apart from being relevant to the all-digital era. The use of exemplary videos is also able to become an intermediary for teachers in giving concrete examples of positive attitudes to students so that they can eliminate mere verbalism.

Abstract

Literacy is the most important part of the learning process. This is because students who carry out literacy activities to the maximum, of course, will get more learning experience compared to other students. However, in reality, the rapid development of technology is currently the trigger for students' low interest in literacy in elementary schools. Students are more interested in using this technology as a medium of entertainment or just playing games than as a medium of literacy. This study aims to find out an explanation of the influence of E-Module-based literacy learning media on the character building of elementary school students. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used is literature study (literature study). Sources of data Libraries or literature in this study were taken from printed books, scientific journals, and online news articles which contain information about the issues to be discussed. The results showed that there was an influence of E-Module-based literacy learning media on the character-building of elementary school students. Keywords: : Literacy, E-Module, Character

Abstract

This study aims to discover how the development of digital storybooks can improve the character of students in elementary schools. One of the places to instill character education in children is at school. Character education can be accomplished during the learning process by adjusting existing subjects. The role of digital storybooks in the formation of the character of elementary school students influences each other. Student-oriented learning must instill that character. In its application, character cultivation wants to be inserted in digital storybooks. The research method used is literature study research. This study uses a qualitative approach. The data collected was obtained, through the process of describing and parsing data from various journals. The variables used in this research are the dependent and the independent variable. The study results show that digital storybooks greatly influence the character formation of elementary school students. Digital storybooks are made by adjusting the material, to be taught by the teacher. Digital storybooks can also adapt to the characters you want to instill in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Gadget merupakan perangkat media elektronik yang memiliki beragam fungsi dan kegunaan. Saat ini gadget memang sudah menjadi bagian dari kehidupan, bahkan gaya hidup manusia. Karakter sebagai nilai dasar yang membangun pribadi seseorang, terbentuk baik karena pengaruh hereditas maupun pengaruh lingkungan, yang membedakan dengan orang lain, serta diwujudkan dalam sikap dan perilakunya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Generasi Z memiliki karakteristik yang khas dimana internet mulai berkembang dan tumbuh sejalan dengan perkembangan media digital. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan gadget dalam kegiatan belajar dan mengajar terhadap pembentukan karakter Generasi Z. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ada studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang sumber datanya diambir dari sumber Pustaka dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis penelitian ini mengungkapkan penggunaan gadget dalam kegiatan belajar dan mengajar terhadapt pembentukan karakter anak generasi z, karena penggunaan gadget memiliki dampak-dampak yang harus diperhatikan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Era globalisasi saat ini sangat erat dengan teknologi, tidak dipungkiri dari anak muda sampai dengan orang tua banyak menggunakan teknologi canggih terutama gadget. Tidak sedikit orang-orang telah mengikuti budaya barat, mulai dari model berpakaian, jenis makanan maupun minuman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis teknologi informasi untuk membentuk karakter siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini menggunakan metode literatur review atau pendekatan kepustakaan (library research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter berbasis teknologi ini peserta didik dapat penjadi produsen pengetahuan dengan mengikuti dan menjalankan arahan dalam bidang internet dengan pembiasaan dan pembinaan pendidikan budaya dan karakter yang terus dikembangkan oleh para guru. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan kesimpulan pada bab pembahasan maka penulis mengajukan saran-saran sebagai berikut; perlunya menanamkan nilai kejujuran kepada peserta didik, seperti tidak berkata bohong atau dusta dan mampu berkata benar dalam segala sikap dan tingkah lakunya; guru sebaiknya menerapkan karakter yang baik pada dirinya sendiri; dan perlunya peran masyarakat dalam mengawasi dan memotivasi perkembangan karakter peserta didik. Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort undertaken to increase the potential of human resources in a country. Meaningful education has three core characteristics, namely prosperity, respect for human dignity, and justice. One example of integrated education is education that is able to develop the creativity of teachers and students. This can be implemented in the classroom by raising subject matter based on the use of technology in its application. The use of online games in learning is intended so that students can more easily understand and remember the learning material provided. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using online game media in improving students' numeracy skills. This type of research is qualitative using library research methods. data collection techniques by collecting several sources (literary study) and documentation. From the results of the research we conducted, it was found that online educational games had an effect on improving students' numeracy skills because they could increase students' enthusiasm in doing them so that better results were found

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif terhadap hasil belajar siswa di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat studi pustaka (library research). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) media pembelajaran interaktif seperti powerpoint, video pembelajaran, quiz online, dan sebagainya dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, (2) membuat semangat dan motivasi belajar peserta didik sehingga berujung pada peningkatan pencapaian hasil belajar. Sehingga peneliti dapat menyimpulkan dalam penelitian ini media pembelajaran interaktif terbukti dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Learning videos are audio-visual media that are commonly used in teaching and learning activities in the 21st century. The purpose of this study was to find out how effective learning videos are applied in elementary schools to build students' character of discipline and responsibility. The methodology used is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The form of the activity carried out was conducting library research through data collection using the listening technique, participatory observation taken from Google Schoolar with the keywords ``effectiveness of learning videos", "character of elementary school students' responsibility", and "discipline character of elementary students", and data analysis. The results obtained are that learning videos are effectively used in building a character of responsibility and discipline for elementary school students.
