This study aims to determine the Effect of Good Corporate Governance on Investation Decision in the Trade, Service and Investment Sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017.This study uses quantitative descriptive research using multiple linear regression analysis techniques and uses Program Eviews 10. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a partial and simultaneous influence on Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility as an independent variable on ROE as the dependent variable.The research results obtained are for partial hypothesis testing of the Board of Directors does not have a significant effect on ROE, the Board of Commissioners has a significant effect on ROE, the Audit Committee, CSR has no significant effect on ROE. While simultaneously the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee and CSR have a significant effect on ROE

The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Application Knowledge Management And Motivation To Employee Performance that is mediated by Learning Organization either directly or indirectly. The data in this study using the data tabulation of respondents from the results of the questionnaire. The sample used in this research is 248 employees in Construction Consultant Company of Inkindo Member of East Java. The analytical tool used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with Amos program. The primary data is obtained from the questionnaire which measurement using Likert scale which tested the validity and reliability, SEM evaluation and hypothesis test with the respondent's deskritif and variable. Result of research based on validity and reliability test show that data have valid and reliable. Based on the SEM test shows that Knowledge Management and Motivation affect the learning organization, besides Knowledge Management and motivation also have an effect on the performance that is mediated by learning organization either directly or indirectly.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work leadership on organizational commitment to improve employee performance through both direct and indirect influence and to determine the effect of organizational commitment at PT Niki Mapan Surabaya. As many as 102 employees of PT Niki Mapan Surabaya as research samples. Analysis techniques used were path analysis, t-test statistics and F-test statistics. Data analysis was performed with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that the leadership style and breadth of work affect the organizational commitment and employee performance, and organizational commitment affects the performance of employees of PT. Niki Mapam Surabaya.

This study aims to analyze the extent of the influence of kaizen culture on the performance of employees of PT. Smelting. The population in this study were employees of PT Smelting. The sampling method uses probability sampling, namely by simple random sampling technique. Samples taken were 60 respondents. While the analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the research and discussion of the results of the study, it has been concluded and it can be concluded that the kaizen culture has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Smelting either partially or simultaneously with the most dominant variable is seiketsu.

Research Objectives to analyze the effect of Training and Motivation on the performance of Busmetik business people with competence as intervening variabell. Training for cosmetic business actors has been routinely followed, however, the shrimp production target is still not optimally achieved. Quantitative methods are used in this study to prove the hypothesis regarding the relationship of research variables namely Training, Motivation, Competence and Performance. The results of the analysis show that training has a significant effect on competence, motivation has a significant effect on competence, training has a significant effect on performance, motivation has a significant effect on performance, competence has a significant effect on performance. The path analysis results show that competency is able to be an intervening variable for training and motivation for performance. Evident from the indirect influence of training and motivation on performance is greater than the direct influence. Furthermore, for the Fisheries Office of Pasuruan Regency as a coach, it is necessary to pay attention to Training, Motivation and Competence in HR management because it affects performance directly or indirectly.

This study aims to examine the effect of Training and Work Environment on Work Motivation with Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable on the employees of PT Yamaha Musical Products Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative with path analysis research techniques and using research instruments in the form of questionnaires. The results show that training affects organizational commitment, work environment influences organizational commitment, training influences work motivation, work environment influences work motivation, organizational commitment affects work motivation. The path analysis result show that organizational commitment can’t be an intervening variable for training on work motivation and organizational commitment can be a partial mediation for work environment on work motivation. Furthermore, PT YMPI in Pasuruan Regency remains consistent to increase work motivation through training and work environment. Although organizational commitment provides a low increase, it is necessary that to further enhance the organizational commitment that can strengthen the work motivation so that it can improve company’s performance in the face up to business competition

Sustainability of Village Business Entity (VBE) depends on human resources for managing organization, considering this organization needs ambidextrous management towards a social business oriented. Reserch purpose to examine the effect of Knowledge Management and Competence on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable in Management of VBE in Sidoarjo. Research method is quantitative, research techniques is path analysis and questionnaire. The results showed knowledge management doesn’t increase organizational commitment, competence doesn’t increase organizational commitment, knowledge management has an increasing employee performance, competence has an increasing employee performance, organizational commitment doesn’t increase employee performance, organizational commitment as an intervening variable doesn’t increase knowledge management on employee performance, organizational commitment as an intervening variable doesn’t increase competence on employee performance, organizational commitment as an intervening variable doesn’t increase knowledge management and competence on employee performance. Suggestions for VBE in Sidoarjo is consistently improve employee performance through knowledge management and competence.

The objective of this research is to find out whether there is any significant difference of students in Listening skill between before and after being taught by using the Video. The research is conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Gempol Pasuruan. Sample of this study is students in 7th grade class A. The method that is used in this research is quantitative method with pre-experimental design Pretest and postest. To get the data, the researcher gave pre-test, treatment and post-test to the students. The researcher using Video in Teaching Listening. Based on the result of this research, the shows that ,there is significant difference of students test in Teaching Listening class before and after students are given video in litening class. The data obtained are then analyzed using the t-test and obtained with a significant level of 5%, it is known that tcount = 16.56 is greater than t table = 2.06. Thus, it shows that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted and by using the Eta Squared formula. The results of the calculation obtained a value of 0.91.

This research describes the concept of the kuttab curriculum during the ancient time and its implementation at the lembaga pendidikan kuttab al-fatih surabaya as part of the national education system. this research is qualified as a special study approach. the data is collected using interview, observation and documents. whereas in analyzing data it uses the concept of analysis of miles and huberman, which is data reduction, data presentation and making conclusion. this research concludes that: 1. formerly the concept of the kuttab curriculum during the ancient time was made only to wish for allah's blessing but later developed to have a social and even material aim. also the content of its curriculum is very simple and uses a separate curriculum pattern. 2. the concept of the kuttab curriculum which is applied at the lembaga pendidikan kuttab al- fatih surabaya contains the aim and contents of the curriculum, teaching method and the system of evaluation as well. kuttab al-fatih educational institution surabaya also uses an informal education (pusat kegiatan belajar masyarakat/pkbm) in applying its educational program by creating an equivalence program in order to achieve the primary education diploma known as the package a diploma as part of the national education which is available in indonesia.

The teacher is the transformational media of all the knowledge needed by students. In addition, the role of teachers is very much needed especially in Islamic-based schools that always pay attention and prioritize students to continue their studies in college. To get closer and to build with high enthusiasm for the achievement of the priorities above, the researcher conducted research at second grade of Elementary School in Sidoarjo by knowing more about the leadership style of the principal in improving the work ethic of Islamic Education teachers. This study is entitled "The leadership role of school principals in improving the work ethic of Islamic Religious Education teachers at second grade of Elementary School in Sidoarjo". This research is a qualitative study, through a phenomenological approach that is a qualitative research approach rooted in philosophical and psychological and focuses on human life experiences (sociology) that produce descriptive data in the form of written or oral data from observable people's behavior. The form of research is descriptive qualitative research, namely research that describes an object relating to the problem conducted without Role, leadership, principals, teachers’ work ethicasking research variables.The results of research on the role of principals in improving the work ethic of teachers of Islamic Education are as follows: (1) as educators: principals must have the right strategy to improve the work ethic of teachers and professional educators. (2) as a manager at school: the task of the manager is to plan something that can improve the work ethic of the teachers of Islamic Education and the quality of education, in addition the manager also organizes educational resources that have not been organized in order to unite in implementing education and control the implementation of educational outcomes . (3) as a motivator: the principal has a very close relationship with various activities in the school, such as providing motivation and encouragement, so the teacher is more disciplined and has a work spirit.
