Abstract

The role of Moslem theologians throughout Islamic history had occupied a strategic position – narration Nikkie R Kiddie was termed powerful – and had a great influence in shaping the Islamic society. The religious capacity of Moslem theologians was also recognized officially recognized by the authorities as the mosque trustees, Master/ Mudarris, Mufti and Judge, besides having the privileges from the authorities to teach at mosques, primary schools, and having responsibility towards the quality of education in the community. The Moslem theologians authority was not only in matters of law and education, but also contemporary issues whose capabilities were not specialized and undifferentiated. Keddie divided two groups of Moslem theologians namely; Sunni (orthodox) from religious scholars and legal experts (jurists); andShi’ah authority (sectarian moslem theologians) from a cousin of the prophet Muhammad and his sons - Ali and his descendants considered as the rightful leader, to the Muslim community

Abstract

This research describes the concept of the kuttab curriculum during the ancient time and its implementation at the lembaga pendidikan kuttab al-fatih surabaya as part of the national education system. this research is qualified as a special study approach. the data is collected using interview, observation and documents. whereas in analyzing data it uses the concept of analysis of miles and huberman, which is data reduction, data presentation and making conclusion. this research concludes that: 1. formerly the concept of the kuttab curriculum during the ancient time was made only to wish for allah's blessing but later developed to have a social and even material aim. also the content of its curriculum is very simple and uses a separate curriculum pattern. 2. the concept of the kuttab curriculum which is applied at the lembaga pendidikan kuttab al- fatih surabaya contains the aim and contents of the curriculum, teaching method and the system of evaluation as well. kuttab al-fatih educational institution surabaya also uses an informal education (pusat kegiatan belajar masyarakat/pkbm) in applying its educational program by creating an equivalence program in order to achieve the primary education diploma known as the package a diploma as part of the national education which is available in indonesia.

Abstract

The pandemic Covid-19 has forced all activities to be carried out at home. This is very influential in the world of education. The students’ motivation and interest in learning decreases. The research intends to explore information related to the causes of decreased student motivation and interest in online learning Islamic religious education at SD Muhammadiyah 11 Randegan. The research method is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The data were analyzed qualitative using the Miles Huberman analysis model. The data was proved from the result of the research that the decline in students’ motivation and interest in online learning Islamic religious education at SD Muhammadiyah 11 Randegan occurs slowly. Meanwhile, the causes of the decline in students’ motivation and interest in online learning in Islamic religious education at SD Muhammdiyah 11 Randegan are boring learning, limited learning media used online, lack of direct teacher supervision, lack of parental attention to students when learning online, more students prefer playing mobile phones instead of online learning, and limited interaction between students.

Abstract

This research aims to find out Islamic Psychology as a new school of psychology, to provide a new path for scientists that the view of humans is not only based on philosophical speculation, and human observation is only on the aspect of self that appears, as in the observation of psychoanalysis, humanistic, and cognitive psychology, but views humans as part of the creator ( hi min ). The research method used is the study of literature on sources that explain how Islamic Psychology as a new school in the field of psychology. Therefore, to achieve the validity in the knowledge of science, epistemology building is needed which presents various approaches in analyzing the sources of knowledge. This is known as Quasi-Scientific which presents three patterns of approach in studying the sources of inter-infantile, and knowledge. This article provides an argument about the use of three patterns of approach in studying humans as a source of knowledge, so as to prove the validity of Islamic psychology

Abstract

This study aims to find solutions to the challenges of learning to read difficulties for students who are at SDI Nurul Ulum Kab. Sumenep through interesting learning media in the form of Flashcard Sentence. The media is expected to be able to optimize the process of learning to read for elementary school students, as well as provide an understanding of what they read with media images related to the sentences read to increase students' literacy levels. This research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) technique which goes through 3 cycles with each cycle containing 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, reflection. After observing the Flashcard Sentence Learning Media, it can improve literacy understanding of SDI Nurul Ulum students by being shown when the Pre-action average score is 60.66 with a passing percentage of 0%, increasing in Cycle 1 the average score is 64.11 with a fixed passing percentage numbered 0%. After going through the evaluation process followed by cycle 2 getting an average score of 74.66 with a passing percentage of 55.56%, as the author's commitment at the beginning was that for a minimum graduation of 77.78% of the number of grade 2 students at SDI Nurul Ulum, cycle 3 was refined and giving an average score of 81.56 with a passing percentage of 100%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of learning akidah akhlak based on the merdeka curriculum to train students critical thinking, and describe the teachers way to train students critical thinking. This research was conducted at Muhammadiyah 11 Randegan Elementary School, with the research subjects being class teacher, akidah akhlak teachers, and fifth grade students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses a triangulation technique, which has a flow, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the application of the merdeka curriculum in learning akidah akhlak, the teacher must integrate students critical thinking skills. The implementation of akidah akhlak learning begins with preliminary activities. Then the core activities in the form of exploration phases for students, core activities as a process of akidah akhlak teachers to hone, train, and develop students critical thinking skills, through several sparking questions, and closing activities. The strategy of the akidah akhlak teacher in training students critical thinking through strategies with discussion methods, problem-based learning, and through the project of strengthening the profile of pancasila students.

Abstract

This study intends to provide treatment using the Discovery-Inquiri Learning learning strategy as an effort to innovate and improve the scope of recitation learning at Senopati Sedati Senior High School to improve the students' reading ability, especially in class X. This study uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) techniques. conducted in two cycles, namely Cycle I and Cycle II. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The implementation of the Discovery-Inquiry Learning Strategy is carried out in 6 stages, namely stimulation, problem identification, data collection, data processing, verification, and generalization. (2) The learning strategy of Discovery-Inquiri Learning is able to improve the ability to read the Qur'an of class X students of SMA Senopati Sedati by increasing the ability to read the Qur'an of students in the pre-cycle, the average score is 63.6 with a mastery percentage of 41%, experienced an increase in the first cycle with an average value of 74.2 with a percentage of completeness of 69%, and in the second cycle the average value reached 83.5 with a percentage of completeness of 90%.

Abstract

This study examines how pesantren, especially Fadlillah pesantren, regarding santri self-adjustment, with an emphasis on the function of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers. Direct observation, documentation study, and in-depth interviews are the approaches used to collect data using phenomenological qualitative methodology. Islamic Education teachers are recognised as very important in helping students face various obstacles today. It is hoped that this research will provide a thorough understanding of the role played by PAI teachers in helping students to adjust to their own lives. This research can also serve as a model for the establishment of Islamic religious teaching and guidance in pesantren. The importance of self-adjustment in the field of psychology provides insight into how people manage obstacles and changes in everyday life. Self-adjustment is usually defined as the ability to control emotions, resolve internal conflicts, and adjust to the social environment. Important phases of adjustment are discussed, including recognising barriers, assessing substitutes, and practising new behaviours. Significant implications for learning and personal growth are also touched upon, emphasising the important role of self-adjustment in enhancing one's psychological and social well-being.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to describe the map of potential Al-Quran education in pasuruan and the development efforts have been conducted by the ministry of religion in improving services and governance of the implementation of Al-Quran education in the area. The method of this research used qualitative research. Based on this research showed that development of Al-Quran education in line with the vision of national development that puts the strategic role ofeducation, as stipulated in the constitution of 1945, namely to increase faith and devotion to the lord almighty, as well as noble morals of the people in order to educate, by means of ensuring fair distribution of educational opportunity as well as improving quality, relevance, and efficiency of the management of education in facing the local,, national, and global challenges.
