Abstract

By the XI-XII centuries, the period of development in Europe began. By this time, handicrafts, trade, and manufacturing had increased in a number of countries in the region. Along with England, Italy and Germany, development has also reached a high level in France. It was at this time that cities in France rose considerably. Especially in the south of France, the economy of the cities began to change dramatically. At the same time, these cities were engaged in intensive trade with Italy and the Middle East through the Mediterranean. Abstract

In the mid-1980s, the Soviet state implemented a program of reforms that went down in history as "reconstruction." The history of this program is connected with the personality of Mikhail Gorbachev, who was elected Secretary-General of the Central Committee of the CPSU in March 1985. The election of Mikhail Gorbachev, a young member of the highest political leadership at the time, was a sign that the party apparatus was trying to change the declining totalitarian regime a bit. The beginning of radical reforms in public administration, and broad socio-political and economic changes was connected with the decisions of the April plenum of the Central Committee of the CPSU. The leadership sought to develop the state through reforms, taking into account the current crisis in all spheres of the USSR.

Abstract

Achieving a high quality of life in patients with epilepsy is of paramount importance not only for neurologists, but also for allied professionals who guide patients through the subsequent stages of treatment after diagnosis. This is of particular relevance to patients in the gestational period. Literature suggests that 13% of women experience an exacerbation of epilepsy during pregnancy, which is due to a reduction in plasma levels of antiepileptic drugs (PEPs) due to increased metabolism. However, 14% of women have seizures exclusively during pregnancy.

Abstract

Histological methods of analysis of the morphofunctional status of the esophagus are widely used in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract of various etiologies. However, their results do not always reflect the disruption of the entire organ structure. All this together increases the interest of researchers in the application of new methods of assessing esophageal pathology, which may be associated with microscopic evaluation of criteria for changes in esophageal pathomorphological structures, several anti-inflammatory agents, i.e. help detect changes in polypragmasic state. Therefore, macroscopic and microscopic studies of white esophageal rat esophagus were aimed at studying the normal data of esophageal tissue and comparing them with pathological processes, and 12 white non-white rat esophageal macroscopic and microscopic studies were performed.

Abstract

The study was conducted on 100 white random-bred rats of newborns, three and six months old. Animals were taken out of the experiment at 3 months of age by instantaneous decapitation of animals under ether anesthesia. After opening the abdominal cavity, macroscopic changes in the spleen were studied. Using a caliper, the anatomical parameters of the extracted spleen were measured. The spleen was fixed in Carnoy's solution for further study. Treatment with no steroidal drugs showed damage to the lymphoid tissue of the spleen, structural changes in the pulp and a decrease in the mass of the spleen.
