Abstract

  The legal regulations for the crime of hate speech have been regulated in the Criminal Code and also Law concerning information and electronic transactions. In this study using empirical juridical methods with interview qualitative techniques. This study aims to determine the efforts of the Bali Police in minimizing the crime of hate speech on social media The role of the Bali Police in dealing is carried out through preventive and repressive efforts. Preventive efforts are carried out by providing counseling to the public regarding the impact of the crime of hate speech on social media. Meanwhile, repressive efforts have been carried out, namely taking firm action against perpetrators of criminal acts based on legislation that regulates hate speech

Abstract

This study describes the use of video shows as a medium of learning for the mass of the COVID-19 pandemic at Madrasah Aliyah, the preparation of the state of Besitang. The purpose of this research is to educate readers that during the COVID-19 pandemic, learning activities are not carried out face-to-face but use video shows to break the chain of transmission of Covid 19, then the video shows are watched by students at home and students are given assignments by the teacher. The research method used is qualitative. The approach used is an anthropological and sociological approach. Data collection techniques are through observation and unstructured interviews, after the data is obtained, the data is analyzed scientifically. The results of the research that have been found indicate that first, video shows are the right media to be used as a source of teaching materials for the masses of covid 19 so that students can study at home through the video. Second, video shows are packaged in language that is easily understood by students with a duration of around thirty minutes. Third, video shows are packaged with an attractive display that contains teaching material content.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the effect of dividend yield, earnings per share, and profitability as proxied by return on assets on stock returns of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this study were 8 pharmaceutical companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 – 2020 with the sample selection method using the purposive sampling method. The data used are the company's annual financial statements that have been published on IDX and the data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 16. The results show that simultaneously dividend yield, earnings per share and return on assets have a significant effect on stock returns, partially dividends yield has a significant negative effect on returns, Earnings per Share has a significant positive effect on stock returns, and Return on Assets has a significant positive effect on stock returns.

Abstract

This article describes the implementation of the guidance of Islamic religious educators to prospective brides in order to create a sakinah family in the Bendahara sub-district, Aceh Tamiang Regency, the purpose of writing this article is as an education for readers and Islamic religious educators to conduct a thorough evaluation so that the implementation of guidance to prospective brides the following day can be carried out. more optimally. The type of writing this article is a qualitative service that seeks to describe and describe a sincere and sincere service to the community that has been carried out and then described in a structured manner by following the rules of writing scientific papers that apply. From the results of writing this article, it is found that: First, the implementation of guidance for the bride and groom which emphasizes the character, moral and mental development of the prospective bride and groom. Second, the guidance material for the bride and groom is the rights and obligations of husband and wife, the challenges of domestic life in the future and reducing conflicts in the household. Abstract

This study to find out whether Influence the Managerial Competence of the Principal and the Competence of Teachers on the Quality of Education in the Integrated Islamic Junior High School Bismillah and the Integrated Islamic Junior High School Arraudoh. The research method used Quantitative Research  a Correlation approach, the population is 50 people, the sample used is the entire population. The results of the study were simultaneously obtained F calculate > F table (211.43 > 3,190) thus Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected, which means the hypothesis is accepted and there is a significant influence between X1 and X2 on Y by 65.3%. Between the two schools shows the Influence of The Principal's X1 on Y in Arraudoh Integrated Islamic Junior High School 39.3%, Bismillah Integrated Islamic Junior High School 67.8%. The Influence of X2 on Y of Integrated Islamic Junior High School Education Arraudoh 53.5%, Integrated Islamic Junior High School Bismillah 26.1%. Influence of X1 and X2 on Y of Education in Integrated Islamic Junior High Schools) Arraudoh 92.8% Integrated Islamic Junior High School) Bismillah 93.9%.
