Abstract

This voluntary savings product is a superior product at BMT Maumalat Mulia Kudus. This study aims to analyze customer interest in choosing the Savings Voluntary Savings (Sirela) savings product at BMT Muamalat Mulia Kudus. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with techniques that focus on analyzing the process of deductive and inductive conclusions and the dynamics of the relationship between observed phenomena. The results of the study show that customer interest in choosing Sirela savings products at BMT Muamalat Mulia Kudus is quite high with the data obtained namely 312 members. Factors that influence customer interest in choosing Sirela savings products are the interest benefits provided, the ease of the account opening process, promotions, and trust in BMT institutions. Meanwhile, the factor that does not influence customer interest in choosing Sirela savings products is the location of the BMT office.

Abstract

With changes in Bank Syariah Indonesia digital transaction, the mindeset of customers and bank employees needs to be changed to improve themselves in using digital banking facilities, so learning about this requires understanding, convenience, and the benefits of using digital banking in order to create satisfaction in use. This study aims to determine the understanding, convenience, and benefits of using the Webform BSI on customer satisfaction at BSI. This research uses quantitative research method and uses IBM SPSS version 26 as a test tool to assist data processing and data collection. This study uses a sample of FEBI IAIN Kudus 2020-2022 students who have savings at BSI by using an accidental sampling technique, namely a sampling technique where anyone who meets the resercher by chance and can be used as a sample, people who happen to be found are suitable as data source. The results of this study indicate that understanding of transactions using the Webform BSI partically affects customer satisfaction. The ease of using the Webform BSI partically does not affect customer satisfaction. The benefits of using the Webform BSI partically affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the practice of Islamic business ethics and business management at the Darut Taqwa Sengonagung konveksi Duta Collection’s Foundation. Darut Taqwa Sengonagung Foundation is a non-profit organization engaged in retail management, especially in the field of uniform collections for students and female students. Against this background, this study examines how Islamic business ethics are applied in the daily operations of Yayasan Darut Taqwa Sengonagung konveksi Duta Collection’s and how Islamic business management principles are used in the process. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and direct observation as a data collection method. The results of the study show that the Darut Taqwa Sengonagung konveksi duta collection’s Foundation applies Islamic business ethical values in its practice. Principles such as honesty, integrity, fairness and social responsibility are the cornerstones of business relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners. In managing the business, the fund uses sharia management principles such as shura (advise), amanah (trust) and ihsan (do good) to make strategic decisions. However, this research also reveals some challenges in implementing Islamic business ethics and business management at the Darut Taqwa Sengonagung Konveksi Duta Collection’s Foundation. Some of these challenges include the difficulty of maintaining a balance between business goals and Islamic values, as well as the limited human resources that understand the concept of business ethics and business management. Muslim business. This study contributes to understanding the practice of Islamic business ethics and business management in the retail sector, particularly in the context of platforms. The results of this study should become a benchmark for similar organizations in applying Islamic business ethics and business management principles to achieve long-term sustainability and profitability.

Abstract

The importance of Islamic financial inclusion in supporting inclusive economic growth has become a major concern in recent years. One sector that plays an important role in economic growth is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). MSMEs are the backbone of the economy in many countries, including Indonesia. In addition, MSMEs can be a locomotive for the development of Islamic financial inclusion. The purpose of this study is to determine the increase in sharia financial inclusion through the distribution of funds to MSMEs. This research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach according to Robert K. Yin. The data collection techniques used, namely (1) Interviews with managers, supervisors and customers of BWM Tebuireng, (2) Documentation of BWM Tebuireng, (3) Archive records of BWM Tebuireng customer data, (4) Direct observation on MSMEs, (5) Physical devices at BWM Tebuireng, such as handphones and computers, were then analyzed using Ozil's theory related to financial inclusion and compared with several previous studies. The results of this study, namely increasing Islamic financial inclusion carried out by BWM Tebuireng through the distribution of funds to MSMEs have had a good impact on the surrounding community and especially MSME players as well as increasing Islamic financial inclusion.

Abstract

The world fashion industry is currently experiencing rapid development where this industry is being played by companies that are engaged in the world of fashion ranging from fashion companies on a local scale to well-known brand fashion companies. In Indonesia itself, the fashion industry can be said to be quite interesting, this is because many of the Muslim women who become designers, so that producers and consumers in the fashion industry are many of the Muslim women who then they plunge and start this business while carrying out da'wah activities related to the style and dress patterns of a good Muslimah. As the world of fashion develops, women can still look elegant and attractive without having to violate the provisions of shara' which is a requirement as a Muslimah. This study aims to determine the effect of income, lifestyle and religiosity variables simultaneously or partially on purchasing decisions at the ama griya hijab sidayu gresik boutique. This study aims to determine what factors are most dominant in influencing purchasing decisions from income, lifestyle and religiosity variables. Respondents totaled 100 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that together the independent variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Money has evolved significantly from prehistoric times to modern times, serving as the foundation of the human economy and way of life. Historical, Qur'anic and Wahbah Zuhaili perspectives will be examined in this discussion. Evolution took us from a simple barter system to the creation of precious and distinctive coins such as gold and silver. An important role in the economy is played by cash. Money serves as an effective measure of value and medium of exchange, making it easy to compare the prices of various goods and services. Value can be stored and accumulated over time thanks to its wealth storage function. In addition, money serves as a mechanism of exchange that makes ordinary business easier. The role of gold, silver, dinars and dirhams as tools of trade and as units of value is recognized in the Qur'anic perspective. This idea was translated into the contemporary economic context by Wahbah Zuhaili. However, the emergence of paper money and cryptocurrencies prompted new questions about the function of money in the modern era. This research highlights the development and importance of money in human civilization by integrating history, religion and economics. We can understand how money has influenced and still shapes the economy and human existence as a whole by examining the ideas of value, exchange, and the social significance of money. From prehistoric times to the present, money has undergone significant transformations.
