Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). Manifestasi klinis yang disebabkan oleh infeksi SARS-CoV-2 beragam dimulai dari gejala asimtomatik sampai simtomatik yang dapat menyebab kematian. Salah satu manifestasi klinis yang ditimbulkan yaitu peningkatan parameter koagulasi seperti D-Dimer. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui perbedaan peningkatan kadar D-Dimer pada pasien dewasa dan lansia yang terkonfirmasi COVID-19 di salah satu rumah sakit swasta daerah Bintaro. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian sekunder dengan desain cross sectional. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dan metode analisis uji Mann-Whitney. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada 15 Maret 2021 dengan periode data yang diambil sejak September 2020 hingga Februari 2021. Kriteria inklusi yaitu pasien menderita COVID-19 terkonfirmasi PCR, dewasa (rentang usia 26 – 45 tahun), dan lansia (rentang usia 46 – 65 tahun), memiliki kadar D-Dimer >500 ng/ml dan tidak terapi antikoagulan. Kriteria eksklusi yaitu pasien dalam kondisi hamil. Hasil pengambilan data diperoleh sebanyak 86 sampel yang terdiri dari kelompok dewasa sebanyak 46 sampel dan kelompok lansia sebanyak 40 sampel. Data hasil pemeriksaan kadar D-Dimer sebanyak 86 sampel dengan rata-rata kenaikan kadar D-Dimer pada kelompok dewasa yaitu 1151.53 ng/ml dan kelompok lansia yaitu 1416.86 mg/ml. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan data tidak berdistribusi normal maka dilanjutkan uji komparatif Mann-Whitney. Hasil uji Mann Whitney didapatkan nilai p= 0.795, berarti pada α= 0.05 terlihat tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan peningkatan D-Dimer pada kelompok dewasa dan lansia yang terkonfirmasi COVID-19. Peningkatan kadar D-Dimer pada infeksi COVID-19 tidak dipengaruhi usia melainkan respon inflamasi sistemik yang menyebabkan gangguan koagulasi. Kata kunci : D-Dimer , Dewasa, Lansia, COVID-19, dan Koagulasi.

Abstract

Cassava contains the 80-90% carbohydrates, while Cassava leaves contain proteins, minerals, vitamins, and toxins that called Glucocide Cyanogenic. Glucose Cyanogenic can be hydrolyzed into Cyanide Acid which can bond with fe 2+ or fe 3+ in blood so that be able to degrade oxygen levels in the body cells. The purpose of this study is to know the effects of submersion NaHCO3 solution and Ca(OH)2 solution with time variations of submersion to the levels of cyanide in the cassava leaves. The pressence of Cyanide in the cassava leaves uses UV vis Spectrophotometer. The data was statistically analyzed by using a two-way anova test. According to the research, the highest levels of Cyanide found in NaHCO3 solution with 41,2656 ppm, with a reduction levels of Cyanide by 22.05% and The Ca(OH)2 with 53,9218 ppm with a reduction of Cyanide levels by 34.77% in 1 hour soaking. A statistical value of 0.106 and 0.116 (p>0.05) indicates that there is no differences of submersion of NaHCO3 solution and Ca(OH)2 solution with the time variatons that already done.

Abstract

This research was instigated by learning activities that were not maximum because COVID-19 pandemic, so it was difficult to measure student scientific process skills at Vocational High School of Abdurrab Pekanbaru maximally. This research aimed at knowing student scientific process skills using Physics Education Technology (PhET)Virtual Laboratory on Acid Base Indicator lesson. Quantitative descriptive method was used in this research. Observation sheet, posttest question in the form of essay, and student interview as the supporting instrument were used to measure student scientific process skills. The subjects of this research were the tenth-grade students of TLM at Vocational High School of Abdurrab Pekanbaru, and the objects were student scientific process skills using PhET Virtual Laboratory on Acid Base Indicator lesson at Vocational High School of Abdurrab Pekanbaru. The samples were 20 of the tenth-grade students of TLM 3 at Vocational High School of Abdurrab Pekanbaru selected by using purposive sampling technique. Based on the data obtained, it could be concluded that student scientific process skills using PhET Virtual Laboratory overall were on good category. The highest percentage result of scientific process skills was on the aspect of doing an experiment 97.5%, and the lowest result was on the aspect of grouping skill 82.5%.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini dilakukan modifikasi zat warna organik secara komputasi dengan struktur tipe D-A (Donor-Akseptor) dan D-π-A (Donor-π konjugasi-Akseptor). Struktur molekul digambarkan menggunakan software GaussView 6.0.16 dan dihitung menggunakan paket software Gaussian’16W dengan metode DFT/TDDFT serta basis set B3LYP/6-31G. Zat warna trifenilamin digunakan sebagai rantai donor yang dimodifikasi dengan cara memvariasikan rantai akseptor. Variasi rantai akseptor pada tipe D-A yang digunakan Piridin, Pirimidin, Purin dan Kuinolin. Sedangkan Asam Benzoat, Asam Asetat, Asam Format dan Asam Sianoakrilik digunakan sebagai variasi rantai akseptor tipe D-π-A. Selanjutnya dilakukan optimasi dengan menambahkan gugus pendorong yaitu -CH3, -CH=CH2, dan -NH2 dan gugus penarik -OH, -CN, -NO2. Hasil perhitungan pada zat warna tipe D-A menunjukan bahwa rantai akseptor purin yang dinamakan dengan Dye 3 memiliki bandgap yang paling kecil dan serapan cahaya yang paling besar. Sedangkan perhitungan pada zat warna tipe D-π-A menunjukan bahwa Dye 6 dengan rantai akseptor asam asetat memiliki bandgap yang paling kecil dan serapan cahaya yang paling besar. Untuk penambahan gugus pendorong maupun penarik elektron didapatkan hasil bahwa tidak mampu menurunkan bandgap dari zat warna tipe D-π-A. Jadi, pada penelitian ini dihasilkan bahwa struktur zat warna organik dengan rantai donor trifenilamin, π konjugasi purin, rantai akseptor Asam Asetat merupakan struktur zat warna paling efisien yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi serapan cahaya pada DSSCs. Abstract

Vitamin C is the best antioxidant known to have benefits to boost immunity. One of the fruits that contain vitamin C is the Pasaman orange. Pasaman orange is a fruit that is a flowering plant with members of the Citrus clan from the Rutaceae tribe (orange-orange tribe). Pasaman oranges were analyzed for their vitamin C content in order to increase the community's immunity during the covid-19 pandemic. The method used is a laboratory experiment with the iodometric method. The result is that Pasaman oranges contain high levels of vitamin C, with the average vitamin C levels in the Pasaman oranges being 10.22%, 11.18% and 10.38% respectively, while the average vitamin C levels in the Pasaman oranges were 10.59%. And during this pandemic, we should consume a lot of food and fruit with vitamin C to increase the body's immunity, so that it can be developed to the next stage of further and more effective research.
