The problems that are often encountered in conventional parking systems include the unavailability of complete, informative and interactive parking information. The manual parking system usually uses two ticket papers for each vehicle, where one ticket paper is held by the vehicle owner and the other ticket paper is installed in the vehicle. If the ticket paper in the owner's vehicle is lost or someone who is not responsible deliberately exchanges the ticket paper, chaos will occur and of course this is the responsibility of the parking attendant. This manual parking system is considered less effective because it consumes energy and time. Based on the description of the background mentioned above, it can be formulated that the problem to be solved in this study is "How to design a Parking Management Information System at the Teaching and Education Faculty (FKIP) Sebelas Maret University Surakarta (UNS)". Boundary The problem that the author discusses in this study focuses more on parking management at FKIP UNS. This designed system can manage parking fees and also print parking tickets. The method used for system development uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The programming language used is PHP Native and MySQL database.

Penjurnalan di Kantor Kecamatan Jebres adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh karyawan tenaga kontrak perjanjian kerja (TKPK) setiap akhir tahun untuk mencatat seluruh kegiatan yang telah mereka lakukan selama 1 tahun, dan juga dapat digunakan sebagai bahan evaluasi kinerja dari karyawan tenaga kontrak perjanjian kerja (TKPK) tersebut. Penjurnalan adalah kegiatan pencatatan seluruh transaksi yang terjadi, atau biasa disebut penjurnalan kegiatan karyawan tenaga kontrak perjanjian kerja (TKPK) di Kantor Kecamatan Jebres saat ini masih menggunakan aplikasi Ms.Word atau ditulis secara manual di buku folio, cara tersebut tentu kurang efektif di era serba online saat ini, oleh karena itu untuk mempermudah dalam proses pencatatan kegiatan diperlukan aplikasi sistem informasi penjurnalan untuk karyawan tenaga kontrak perjanjian kerja (TKPK) supaya data langsung disimpan pada database online sehingga meminimalisir kemungkinan terjadinya kehilangan data. Pengembangan pada sistem yang dirancang menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dan sistem yang dirancang menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD), lalu menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) untuk menyusun database, bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah bahasa PHP Native serta basis data MySQL. Dengan kasus tersebut maka penulis mencoba untuk memecahkan masalah dengan merancang sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi penjurnalan berbasis web yang digunakan untuk mencatat seluruh kegiatan karyawan secara sistematis dan terkomputerisasi, sehingga mempermudah proses pencatatan karyawan tenaga kontrak perjanjian kerja (TKPK) yang selama ini masih menggunakan Ms.Word atau secara tulis manual.

ABSTRACTArchives are important documents that are stored with the aim of being easily found if needed again. The processing of incoming and outgoing mail at SMP Negeri 2 Kedawung Sragen still uses conventional methods. In addition, letters are recorded in the agenda book in handwriting which can lead to repetition of letter numbers, making it less efficient in mail processing. To overcome this problem, an information system is needed that can manage incoming and outgoing mail and make mail reports properly. The incoming and outgoing mail system at SMP Negeri 2 Kedawung Sragen will be developed based on a website using a CI (Code Igniter) based framework. The method used is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) with a waterfall model, so it is expected that the system can be developed regularly and clearly. The result of this study is the design of an incoming and outgoing mail information system at SMP Negeri 2 Kedawung Sragen as a more structured and convenient mail collection system, mail search, and mail storage.ABSTRAKArsip merupakan dokumen yang penting yang disimpan dengan tujuan agar mudah ditemukan jika dibutuhkan kembali. Pengolahan surat masuk dan surat keluar di SMP Negeri 2 Kedawung Sragen masih menggunakan cara konvensioal. Selain itu, surat dicatat dalam buku agenda dengan tulisan tangan yang dapat menyebabkan pengulangan nomor surat, sehingga kurang efisien dalam pengolahan surat. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diperlukan sistem informasi yang dapat mengelola surat masuk dan surat keluar serta membuat laporan surat dengan baik. Sistem surat masuk dan surat keluar di SMP Negeri 2 Kedawung Sragen akan dikembangkan berbasis website menggunakan framework berbasis CI (Code Igniter). Metode yang digunakan adalah SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) dengan model waterfall, sehingga diharapkan sistem dapat dikembangkan secara teratur dan jelas. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rancangan sistem informasi surat masuk dan surat keluar di SMP Negeri 2 Kedawung Sragen sebagai sistem pendataan surat, pencarian surat, dan penyimpanan surat yang lebih terstruktur dan memudahkan.

The library collection is the most important part of Jebres Library which has been owned and available from the beginning of the opening, over time the problems experienced by Jebres library in the utilization of library collections are the damage to printed collections made from paper and the age of printed collections that are getting older making the quality of paper-based collections vulnerable to damage so that preservation measures are needed so that library collections can still be used by users. Preservation of library collections is carried out to save the content of information in library collections, one of the efforts to preserve library collections is by digitizing. Digitization is the process of converting media from print to digital or electronic form. In this case the author conducts research that aims to create an Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) Information System for Web-Based Library Collection Digitization at Jebres Library, a catalog system to display library collections that have been digitized. In this study, the authors used the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method in the system development process and the PHP programming language and used the MySQL database. The system that the author designed is expected to facilitate users in utilizing library collections and assist librarians in carrying out the process of preserving library collections and monitoring library collections that have been digitized.

Traffic accidents are a serious problem that can result in loss of life, serious injuries, and property damage. Polresta Surakarta, as a law enforcement agency, is responsible for handling traffic accident cases in its jurisdiction. However, there are still challenges in managing accurate, integrated, and easily accessible accident data. Manual recording and lack of efficient information systems can hinder the collection, analysis, and reporting of accident data needed for informed decision-making. The objective of this research is to design and implement an efficient and effective web-based traffic accident data information system at Polresta Surakarta. The author utilizes the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) waterfall model with web-based system development. The information system will be designed and implemented using PHP and MySQL as the database. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the traffic accident data information system at Polresta Surakarta can be designed and implemented based on the web.

Artnang Studio is a company in the printing services industry. The current payroll data management system at Artnang Studio remains quite basic. Employee data is still recorded manually in a designated book each month, and salary reports are provided in a traditional format. This conventional system creates several issues in the payroll process, including data inconsistency, which can lead to duplicate payroll records. Additionally, retrieving payroll information is time-consuming since data is only stored as an archive, and data security remains insufficient under the current system. Based on these background issues, this study addresses the problem of “How to design a web-based payroll system for Artnang Studio.” The study focuses specifically on the payroll process, managing data such as base salary, attendance, and overtime wages. The system is developed using PHP Native for programming and MySQL for database storage. The design methodology follows the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. This study aims to create an application program to manage payroll data effectively at Artnang Studio, with the benefit of expediting the payroll reporting process. The outcome of this study is expected to provide a payroll system that assists with monthly salary reporting, especially for Artnang Studio.

Dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi dalam bidang pendidikan sebagai media, Membantu meningkatkan pelayanan lembaga pendidikan. MTSN 4 Hulu Sungai Tengah adalah salah satunya Lembaga pendidikan yang melakukan pendataan alumni setiap tahunnya, tetapi proses pendataan alumni lakukan secara manual menggunakan media kertas. itu tidak efektif dan efisien Menghasilkan informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi, Manfaatkan fasilitas web MTSN 4 Hulu Sungai Tengah untuk membantu mendata alumni. Penyusunan sistem informasi ini mengadopsi metode waterfall. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah HTML, PHP dan JavaScript didukung, dan MySQL digunakan sebagai database. Selain itu, penyusunan Sistem informasi ini mengadopsi framework PHP dan dibangun dengan konsep MVC Dinamakan Laravel untuk meningkatkan kualitas software. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat Sistem Informasi Pendataan Alumni MTSN 4 Hulu Sungai Tengah dapat mendukung proses pendataan alumni Materi informasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan.

ABSTRACTPolokorto District is one of 12 sub-districts in Sukoharjo Regency which houses 17 sub-districts and 150 villages. The important role of Polokarto District is to provide services to people who need assistance such as making family cards, legalizing cover letters and filing other needs. The process of collecting data on the needs of the community in Polokarto District is currently still using Microsoft Excel, from this activity there are problems encountered, namely a display that is not systematic, system security is not maintained and data management is less efficient. Based on this problem, an E-Archive information system design for web-based community needs was created using a research method using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a waterfall model and programming language using PHP and MySQL as databases. It is hoped that this system will make it easier for officers to work and improve the quality of the service data collection process for the community in Polokarto District in terms of appearance, security and data management. Peran penting Kecamatan Polokarto yaitu memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat yang memerlukan bantuan seperti pembuatan kartu keluarga, legalisir surat pengantar dan pengajuan keperluan lainnya. Proses pendataan keperluan masyarakat di Kecamatan Polokarto saat ini masih menggunakan microsoft excel, dari aktivitas tersebut terjadi masalah yang dihadapi yaitu tampilan yang kurang sistematis, keamanan sistem yang tidak terjaga dan pengelolaan data yang kurang efisien. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut dibuatkanlah sebuah perancangan sistem informasi E-Arsip dokumen keperluan masyarakat berbasis web dengan metode penelitian mengunakan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model waterfall serta bahasa pemrograman mengunakan PHP dan MySQL sebagai database. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem ini bisa mempermudah petugas dalam bekerja dan meningkatkan kualitas proses pendataan pelayanan kepada masyarakat di Kecamatan Polokarto dari segi tampilan, keamanan dan pengelolaan data. Presensi kehadiran merupakan bagian penting dalam sebuah instansi. Presensi adalah sebuah kegiatan pengambilan data guna mengetahui jumlah kehadiran pada suatu acara. Proses pencatatan presensi masih dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan kertas. Dengan cara tersebut dirasa kurang efektif karena dapat terjadinya kecurangan dan terjadi kesalahan. Oleh karena itu, dibuat Sistem Informasi Presensi Berbasis Android menggunakan QR Code untuk memudahkan proses presensi pegawai di Kantor Desa Pandawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi yang memudahkan proses presensi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi mobile berbasis Android yang dapat digunakan oleh pegawai kantor Desa Pandawan untuk melakukan presensi. Aplikasi ini menggunakan teknologi QR Code yang memudahkan proses presensi dan mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan. Dalam pengujian, aplikasi ini berjalan dengan baik dan mendapat respon posistif dari pegawai Kantor Desa Pandawan. Dengan adanya aplikasi presensi berbasis Android menggunakan QR Code ini, diharapkan proses presensi pegawai di kantor Desa Pandawan menjadi lebih efisien dan akurat.

The reservation information system facilitates online booking of products or services, eliminating manual reservations through phone or email. Gua Limbuhang Haliau is still using manual data recording by hand, which is susceptible to errors and makes data analysis difficult. This research aims to develop a web-based online reservation system for Gua Limbuhang Haliau using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method and PHP programming language with MySQL database. This system enables visitors to make reservations and access via the internet to monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and even yearly visits. The qualitative model used is descriptive narrative to explain the process of developing the reservation information system in detail.
