Abstract

Independent assessment is a must for every educational institution, and one way is to conduct surveys to assess student satisfaction. The aim of this research is to analyze the level of student satisfaction with the learning process using the five dimensions of the SERVQUAL variable as independent variables and student satisfaction as the dependent variable. The total population was 185 respondents, the sample used the Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique and used a questionnaire to obtain data. The results of this research process show that reliability has a significant effect on student satisfaction with a value of β = 0,163 with value r = 0,034. Responsiveness has a significant effect on student satisfaction with a value of β = 0,146 with value r = 0,045. Significant guarantee of satisfaction students with a value of β = 0,171 with value r = 0,041. Empathy is significant for student satisfaction with a value of β = 0,199 with value r = 0,007. Tangibles is significant for consumer satisfaction with a value of β = 0,274 with value r = 0,000. The F test of the SERVQUAL variable with customer satisfaction shows a significant simultaneous influence on the evidence with an F value of 31,191 > 0,05. And the contribution value of the influence of the five SERVQUAL variables on customer satisfaction with the adjusted R square result of 75,5%.

Abstract

Pelayanan umum merupakan garda terdepan disetiap instansi pemerintahan, yang di mana pelayanan umum tersebut adalah bidang yang langsung bertemu dan melayani masyarakat. Kantor Desa Pagat merupakan salah satu kantor yang mempunyai bidang pelayanan umum atau publik yang mempunyai fungsi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan administrasi masyarakat Desa Pagat. Namun, dalam pelayanan umum yang dilakukan oleh Kantor Desa Pagat dilakukan dengan cara manual seperti harus datang ke tempat dan harus mengantri dalam melakukan administrasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menciptakan sebuah Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Umum pada Kantor Desa Pagat Kecamatan Batu Benawa Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah yang dibuat dengan menggunakan basis web dengan harapan dapat mempermudah masyarakat dalam melakukan administrasi dengan mudah dan cepat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan metode kualitatif dan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development) digunakan dalam pembangunan sistem ini yang mempunyai kelebihan pembuatan sistem yang lebih efektif dikarenakan hanya memerlukan waktu singkat dalam pengembangannya. Manfaat utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat mempermudah perangkat desa untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dan mengefektifkan pekerjaan perangkat desa.

Abstract

Dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi dalam bidang pendidikan sebagai media, Membantu meningkatkan pelayanan lembaga pendidikan. MTSN 4 Hulu Sungai Tengah adalah salah satunya Lembaga pendidikan yang melakukan pendataan alumni setiap tahunnya, tetapi proses pendataan alumni lakukan secara manual menggunakan media kertas. itu tidak efektif dan efisien Menghasilkan informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi, Manfaatkan fasilitas web MTSN 4 Hulu Sungai Tengah untuk membantu mendata alumni. Penyusunan sistem informasi ini mengadopsi metode waterfall. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah HTML, PHP dan JavaScript didukung, dan MySQL digunakan sebagai database. Selain itu, penyusunan Sistem informasi ini mengadopsi framework PHP dan dibangun dengan konsep MVC Dinamakan Laravel untuk meningkatkan kualitas software. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat Sistem Informasi Pendataan Alumni MTSN 4 Hulu Sungai Tengah dapat mendukung proses pendataan alumni Materi informasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPolokorto District is one of 12 sub-districts in Sukoharjo Regency which houses 17 sub-districts and 150 villages. The important role of Polokarto District is to provide services to people who need assistance such as making family cards, legalizing cover letters and filing other needs. The process of collecting data on the needs of the community in Polokarto District is currently still using Microsoft Excel, from this activity there are problems encountered, namely a display that is not systematic, system security is not maintained and data management is less efficient. Based on this problem, an E-Archive information system design for web-based community needs was created using a research method using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a waterfall model and programming language using PHP and MySQL as databases. It is hoped that this system will make it easier for officers to work and improve the quality of the service data collection process for the community in Polokarto District in terms of appearance, security and data management. Keywords : SDLC; Waterfall; PHP; MySQL; Microsoft Excel; Web; System; Database; E-Archive ABSTRAKKecamatan Polokorto adalah salah satu dari 12 kecamatan di Kabupaten Sukoharjo yang menaungi 17 kelurahan dan 150 desa. Peran penting Kecamatan Polokarto yaitu memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat yang memerlukan bantuan seperti pembuatan kartu keluarga, legalisir surat pengantar dan pengajuan keperluan lainnya. Proses pendataan keperluan masyarakat di Kecamatan Polokarto saat ini masih menggunakan microsoft excel, dari aktivitas tersebut terjadi masalah yang dihadapi yaitu tampilan yang kurang sistematis, keamanan sistem yang tidak terjaga dan pengelolaan data yang kurang efisien. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut dibuatkanlah sebuah perancangan sistem informasi E-Arsip dokumen keperluan masyarakat berbasis web dengan metode penelitian mengunakan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model waterfall serta bahasa pemrograman mengunakan PHP dan MySQL sebagai database. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem ini bisa mempermudah petugas dalam bekerja dan meningkatkan kualitas proses pendataan pelayanan kepada masyarakat di Kecamatan Polokarto dari segi tampilan, keamanan dan pengelolaan data. Kata kunci : SDLC;Waterfall;PHP;MySQL;MicrosoftExcel;Web;Sistem;Database;E-Arsip

Abstract

The purpose of this study was (1) to determine the factors considered by PKBM students throughout Surakarta in determining whether to continue their studies at university and (2) to determine the dominant factors considered by PKBM students throughout Surakarta in determining whether to study at university. This study was quantitative with a descriptive design. The population in this study were all PKBM students throughout Surakarta, totaling 510 students. The research sample consisted of 31 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique, namely PKBM students who were at the equivalent of high school education level and had the potential or desire to continue their studies at university. The data were analyzed using factor analysis. The results of the study showed that (1) there were five factors considered by PKBM students throughout Surakarta in determining whether to study at university, namely product, process, physical evidence, price, and personality, and (2) the most dominant factor considered by PKBM students throughout Surakarta in determining whether to study at university was product quality

Abstract

Tingkat persaingan perusahaan yang menjual produk air minum dalam kemasan semakin ketat karena maraknya barang-barang darurat merk baru, salah satunya merk syekher water. Orang dihadapkan pada pilihan produk yang luas, sehingga persepsi harga dan aktivitas promosi menjadi pertimbangan saat keputusan pembelian produk. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menguji apakah terdapat pengaruh antara persepsi harga dan promosi produk air minum clavio shekher water terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan kepada 145 anggota kelompok whatapps Himpunan Guru Nahdlatul Ulama Kota Surakarta sebagai konsumen utama air minum Syekher water di Kota Surakarta. Dengan teknik penelitian convinance sampling. Hasil pengujian ini menunjukkan persepsi harga dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk air minum Clavio Syekher Water, namun hanya memberikan kontribusi terhadap R value square (R2) sebesar 0,648 atau 64,80% terhadap keputusan pembelian. sedangkan sisanya 35,20% tidak diterangkan dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci: Persepsi Harga, Promosi, Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen, Produk Air Minum Syekher Water.

Abstract

This journal aims to find out how the Implementation of al-Ghazali's Educational Thought at the Ilyas Karanganyar Islamic Boarding School. The benefit is for the government and educators to make al-Ghazali's educational thoughts an inspiration and reference in implementing quality Indonesian education. The results of this journal are that the building of al-Ghazali's educational thought is religious-ethical in nature. al-Ghazali's educational goals cover 3 (three) aspects, namely cognitive aspects, affective aspects, and psychomotor aspects. In addition to placing two important things as an educational orientation, namely achieving human perfection to qualitatively get closer to the creator of Allah SWT; and achieve human perfection to achieve happiness in this world and the hereafter. Educators are individuals who master a scientific discipline and are able to practice it as well as human figures who totally concentrate on the field of education. Students are placed as objects as well as subjects and set ten ideal criteria that students must strive for in order to be successful in education. Al-Ghazali mentions four categories of scientific classification, namely; classification of syar'iyah (religious) science and 'aqliyah (reasoning); theoretical and practical sciences; knowledge presented (hudhûri) and acquired (hushûli); The science of fardhu 'ain and fardhu kifâyah. Al-Ghazali's teaching method emphasizes that teachers who provide knowledge are required to use exemplary methods and dialogue in the learning process.

Abstract

Organizational transformation program is a strategic step that is not only an option, but also a necessity to ensure the sustainability and competitiveness of a company or organization. This transformation is closely related to the overall strategy, and often includes total changes involving all aspects of the organization, resulting in a completely new entity that is more adaptive to environmental changes. This transformation is very important so that the vision and mission of the organization can be realized optimally. This study aims to analyze the transformation process carried out by the Ilyas Karanganyar Islamic Boarding School, which includes the steps of planning, organizing, mobilizing, and supervising. The data sources in this study came from direct observation, interviews with related parties, and internal document analysis. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies to identify key findings related to productive, efficient, and effective collaboration in achieving common goals. The research findings show that innovation and change in education are key factors in increasing organizational competitiveness amidst the dynamics of ever-growing change.

Abstract

Koperasi Sumber Rejeki Jaya Abadi is a business entity engaged in financial savings and loans in Klaten Regency. Customers in the cooperative are required to have savings and before applying for loans, they must conduct deposit transactions and maintain a savings account.The cooperative faces issues with manual recording of customer savings transactions, where data is recorded using physical books. This manual process leads to inconsistent data and inefficiency in managing customer savings transactions since data must be accessed one book at a time. Additionally, the use of physical books for reporting transactions means that the reporting process lacks organization. To address these challenges, the author utilizes the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology in developing the information system. The system is being built using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and utilizes the MySQL database. The primary objective of this research is to create an information system that can assist the administration department in managing customer savings at Koperasi Sumber Rejeki Jaya Abadi in Klaten. By implementing the new system, the cooperative aims to improve data consistency and the efficiency of customer savings transactions, eliminating the need to search through physical books, and enhancing the overall reporting process.

Abstract

The Satria Honor Payment System at the Anteraja Madegondo Office is an information system that provides data on payment of honorariums for knights or couriers per month in the Madegondo Sukoharjo area. The author in conducting research found a problem, namely that there was no system for paying honorariums for knights at the Anteraja Madegondo office, there was still using a manual system, namely by recording the number of packages sent by knights every day on paper and then these records were collected in a month resulting in less tidy and easy to lose payment data knight's honor at the Anteraja Madegondo office. Therefore the purpose of this research is to solve this problem by creating a system for paying honorariums for warriors, to make it easier for branch heads or leaders to make data recaps for honorary payments so that they are structured and neatly arranged and minimize any payment errors in the form of report data. The author uses the PHP programming language and uses the MySQL database and the method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the Waterfall model for the process of making this honorary payment system. The system that the author designed will generate payment data in the form of monthly payment of honorarium for knights or couriers.
