Abstract

The design of a website-based marketing information system at Eny Convection is the result of the author's daily observations as one of the worker of the Eny Convection Industry. Eny Convection is a home industry that is engaged in manufacture and sell fashion and its needs. A bussiness cannot be separated from marketing, which is a way to attract people's attention to a bussiness or product. Eny Convection it is only done through social media, it becomes an obstacle at Eny Convection that often customers have difficulty in finding information, and often curtomers experience disappointment because when looking for inventory quantities are not available. The purpose of this research is to create on online application  that will be built by Eny Convection with data colection used bt interview, obserevation, documentation library research. Eny Convection product marketing which is producted with the concept of PHP (Personal Home Page). The results of the marketing are that the development system uses the waterfall system method, the system design Deamwevawer application or Sublime Text and MySQL as a database to improve the marketing Konveksi Eny. The conclusion of this research is that it able to improve marketing at Eny Convection in more professional way to market product and make it easier for customers to find product information available at Eny Convection.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe service system is a system in which a party acts to provide service assistance to visitors to get something they want and satisfy visitors according to their expectations. This service system is very important because with this system everything will become easier, faster and more efficient. The Jebres Library is a library that stands in the midst of a community engaged in education. The agency has problems in terms of making Membership Cards that still use paper or an offline written system. This of course can cause problems, including the risk of being exposed to water, the long process of searching for data, and the risk of losing membership cards. The purpose of this research is to create an online-based membership card making service system at the Jebres Surakarta Library. The author uses the System Development Live Cycle (SDLC) method in the system development process. The programming language used is PHP and uses the MySQL database. The system that the author designed can produce applications that make it easier for agencies to make library membership cards at the Jebres Surakarta Library and can be accessed via the web. By using this information system, leaders can immediately find out the data for making library member cards every day.Keywords: system services, libraries, SDLC, PHP, MySQL

Abstract

Fintech (Financial Technology) merupakan teknologi  keuangan yang dikembangkan agar prores transaksi lebih praktis dan efisien. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk menganalisis OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan ) Solo dalam melaksanakan fungsi pengawasan  pemberantasan pinjaman online illegal  Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan artikel ini  dengan menggunakan metode penelitan hukum empiris yang berbasis pada pengumpulan data primer berupa wawancara, yang didahului dengan studi pustaka sebagai pedoman untuk melakukan penelitian lapangan. Jenis penelitian adalah hukum empiris, dimana penelitian dilakukan dengan cara mengkaji data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan studi pustaka dan wawancara, Beberapa  aspek sebagai pemicu   maraknya pinjol illegal diantaranya tingkat literasi keuangan masyarakat rendah. Upaya yang sudah dilakukan OJK Solo dalam menghentikan aktifitas pinjol illegal  adalah  bersama Satgas Pemberantasan Aktivitas Keuangan Ilegal (Satgas PASTI) memberikan surat rekomendasi kepada Kominfo untuk menghapus dan memblokir  aplikasi dari layanan fintech jenis P2P lending ilegal yang beroperasi di kota Solo dan sekitarnya serta  bekerjasama dengan pihak-pihak terkait melakukan kegiatan sosialisasi untuk  meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang investasi dan pinjaman online ilegal Hasil Hasil penelitian diketahui OJK masih mengalami tantangan  dalam memutus akses   pinjol illegal  karena aplikasi dan laman situs pinjol illegal bersifat terbuka sehingga sangat  mudah dibuat apalagi penyelenggara pinjol online  menggunakan server yang berada di luar negeri.

Abstract

The SMK N 20 Surakarta Laboratory currently needs an application program for an online scheduling system to make the work of laboratory technician staff easier. Management of current maintenance and repair schedule data still uses manual recording. Manual recording has the weakness of being easily damaged due to exposure to water and tearing. In addition, the double recording model from the general ledger to Microsoft Excel takes a lot of time, causing delays in maintenance and repair schedules for computer equipment. Based on these problems, the researcher proposes to design an online-based maintenance and repair schedule information system at SMP N 20 Surakarta through this research. The aim of this research is to design a scheduling information system that is real time and can be accessed from anywhere. Researchers used the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method in the process of developing a maintenance and repair schedule information system. The programming language used is PHP and MySQL database. With the existence of an online-based maintenance and repair schedule information system, it is hoped that maintenance of computer equipment in the SMP N 20 laboratory will not be hampered.

Abstract

     Absensi pada Kantor Kecamatan Jebres merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan setiap hari oleh para karyawan untuk menghitung jumlah waktu kehadiran dan jumlah izin karyawan tenaga kontrak perjanjian kerja (TKPK) serta berguna untuk mengukur tingkat kedisiplinan dan kinerja karyawan tersebut. Sistem absensi tenaga kontrak perjanjian kerja (TKPK) di Kantor Kecamatan Jebres ini masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel atau secara manual, namun cara tersebut kurang efektif dan efisien, oleh karena itu untuk mempermudah proses pembuatan laporan diperlukan aplikasi sistem informasi absensi Tenaga Kontrak Perjanjian Kerja (TKPK) berbasis web untuk karyawan supaya data yang disimpan lebih aman dan tersusun rapi atau terorganisir sehingga tidak ada kemungkinan terjadinya data absensi yang hilang atau kecurangan. Pengembangan pada sistem yang dibangun menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dan perancangan sistem menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) lalu menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) untuk menyusun database dan bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dengan Framework CodeIgniter serta basis data menggunakan MySQL.       Dengan alasan di atas maka penulis mencoba untuk memecahkan masalah dengan membuatkan suatu aplikasi sistem informasi absensi tenaga kontrak perjanjian kerja (TKPK) berbasis web yang akan mencatat data dan daftar kehadiran karyawan, waktu kedatangan, waktu pulang, yang dibuat secara sistematis dan terkomputerisasi dengan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), sehingga sistem yang dibangun ini dapat mengganti sistem lama yang proses pencatatan kehadiran karyawan tenaga kontrak perjanjian kerja (TKPK) masih menggunakan excel atau secara manual. Tujuan mengganti sistem lama bagi karyawan adalah dapat menghemat waktu tanpa perlu datang ke kantor dan biaya. Selain untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan para karyawan diharapkan aplikasi ini juga dapat berdampak pada meningkatnya kinerja para karyawan.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Amanah Ummah Mojolaban merupakan lembaga pendidikan setingkat SMP yang berfokus pada pendidikan keagamaan dan juga kedinasan yang mewajibkan santri untuk tinggal di dalam asrama. Seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah santri yang masuk akan berpengaruh dalam proses laporan akhir kehadiran santri kepada pimpinan. Dan untuk meminimalisir kesalahan dan mempermudah pengecekan santri yang izin maka perlu dibuat sistem informasi perizinan santri berbasis web. Berdasarkan paparan di atas maka dalam penelitian ini rumusan masalah yang akan diselesaikan adalah “Bagaimana membuat sistem informasi perizinan berbasis web di Pondok Pesantren Amanah Ummah Sukoharjo”. Tujuan pengembangan sistem informasi ini untuk mempermudah proses rekapitulasi data perizinan santriwati yang bisa diakses langsung oleh bag.perizinan, wali kelas, wali asrama maupun kepala sekolah. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengembangan sistem informasi perizinan santriwati ini menggunakanSystem Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model Waterfall. Sistem perizinan santriwati ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa PHP Native dan basis data MySQL sebagai media penyimpanan data. Dengan dibuatnya sistem yang baru diharapkan dapat mempermudah tas.perizinan maupun asatidz dalam pendataan santriwati yang memungkinkan sehingga menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Traffic accidents are a serious problem that can result in loss of life, serious injuries, and property damage. Polresta Surakarta, as a law enforcement agency, is responsible for handling traffic accident cases in its jurisdiction. However, there are still challenges in managing accurate, integrated, and easily accessible accident data. Manual recording and lack of efficient information systems can hinder the collection, analysis, and reporting of accident data needed for informed decision-making. The objective of this research is to design and implement an efficient and effective web-based traffic accident data information system at Polresta Surakarta. The author utilizes the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) waterfall model with web-based system development. The information system will be designed and implemented using PHP and MySQL as the database. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the traffic accident data information system at Polresta Surakarta can be designed and implemented based on the web.

Abstract

KUMON is one of the educational institutions that implements tuition payments. Thepayment system carried out in the agency is still carried out by recording in the paymentlogbook and copying in the number processing software. This causes a less efficient processand there are often errors in the data input process because it is still done using books. Inaddition, the process of finding student payment data also has difficulties because it must bedone by opening the payment notebook one by one. Based on these problems, the authorformulates a problem, namely how to design and create a web-based SPP paymentinformation system. The author limits the problem to the design and creation of an SPPpayment information system according to the one running in the KUMON institution. Theinformation system that the author discusses is able to process class, student and paymentdata starting from the data input process and displaying payment reports and arrears.Information systems are designed web-based so that they can be accessed using computer orcommunication devices. The purpose of this study is to design and create an SPP paymentinformation system at the KUMON institution which is expected to help the paymentadministration department to process input and report data quickly and efficiently, besidesthat the data search process can be carried out quickly and accurately. The author uses theSDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method in the process of developing an informationsystem. Abstract

ABSTRACT Laporan pekerjaan merupakan informasi aktivitas pengerjaan job periodic di PT ISS Indonesia Area Solo Paragon Mall. PT ISS Indonesia adalah instansi yang bergerak di bidang Fasility Service. Instansi tersebut memiliki masalah dalam hal penyusunan laporan Pekerjaan dimana masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu dengan menulis satu per satu pekerjaan di buku workchecklist setiap harinya. Hal tersebut tentu saja menyebabkan masalah, antara lain boros penggunaan buku karena penulisan masih manual kemudian dalam hal proses pencarian data yang lampau. hal tersebut menyebabkan masalah ketika terjadi komplain dari client karena itu supervisor kesulitan melihat detail laporan pekerjaan. Hal tersebut tentu saja berdampak buruk bagi perkembangan perusahaan. Penulis menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dalam pengembangan sistem informasi dan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta menggunakan basis data MySQL. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem informasi laporan pekerjaan atau workchecklist di PT ISS Indonesia Area Solo Paragon Mall. Sistem yang penulis rancang diharapkan dapat menghasilkan aplikasi yang dapat mencatat Laporan pekerjaan yang sudah dikerjakan dan belum dikerjakan di PT ISS Indonesia Area Solo Paragon Mall dan dapat diakses melalui web agar supervisor dapat langsung mengetahui sudah dikerjakan dan belum dikerjakan pekerjaan setiap harinya.

Abstract

Navigation plays a crucial role in daily life, supporting human activities to explore the environment effectively. In the military field, navigation involves understanding terrain science, map orientation, resection, intersection, azimuth, back-azimuth, distance measurement, elevation, compass, and topographic map interpretation. These skills make navigation critical in defense and tactical operations, requiring high precision and quick mobility in dynamic combat environments. The use of traditional tools has proven inefficient in unfamiliar and complex terrains, thus necessitating a mobile and practical navigation application. The author designed an Android-based application focused on calculating back-azimuth and detecting user deviation in real-time. The methodology used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), involving planning, workshop design, and implementation stages. Through repeated collaboration with users, the application's requirements and design are refined to ensure alignment with user needs and organizational goals.
