Hospitals must determine strategic ideas, including being able to quickly and accurately make decisions to improve services to the community. Hospital Service Information Systems are computerized systems that process and integrate all health service business process flows in the form of coordination networks, reporting and administrative procedures. to support performance and obtain information quickly, precisely and accurately. A computer-based Management Information System is a very important supporting tool, one might even say absolute, for hospital operations. Various experiences of hospitals using conventional administrative systems show that there are many lost opportunities to gain profits due to weak coordination between departments and a lack of fast, precise, accurate and integrated information support.]]>

<![CDATA[Rangkito's Fish Paw Randang, is a well-known fish spike business in Dharmasraya Regency. However, the randang kue rangkito fish do not yet have effective promotional media, especially advertisements in the form of Audio Visual. This makes the randang kue rangkito fish unknown to people who are outside Dharmasraya Regency. Audio Visual is a medium that is currently very effective in attracting potential customers because it is easy to upload on social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and so on. The basic concept in creating this Audio Visual is to highlight the potential of the product and the values possessed by the Randang Paku Ikan Rangkito business. <![CDATA[Research begins with the development of computer technology in particular has been used as a medium of learning Packaging Design Using CorelDraw programs in various fields of one form of education in the field of Fine Arts Visual Communication Design Study Program. This requires education student majoring in Fine Arts Communication Design Visual Languages and Arts Faculty, State University of Padang to be able to utilize these technologies in the field of Packaging Design, as computer technology has become a necessity for people, especially in the field of product design food packaging and logo design, research this development method, which is to design and make a product logo and packaging design as well as media advertising, then tested the feasibility of the students of Communication Design Visual Arts UNP Padang. Design and manufacture of this learning module using the CorelDraw X4 software. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire given to faculty and student responses to the questionnaire module packaging design. Questionnaires were made regarding the form, content, motivation and practical learning modules, questionnaire data were analyzed using the SPSS formula. From these results, the learning module packaging design in graphic design courses is valid.]]>

Where the workings of this tool is utilizing Sensor water level to enable the water when the water has already reached the maximum limit. And utilize the Buzzer as a marker that the water has already reached the limit, and harness the power window motor as the drive to open the floodgates. And utilizing a dc motor as a speed control. And use the database as a data storage. With the establishment of this system, people are expected to be more efficient in the utilization of the dam.]]>

<![CDATA[Games are everyone's favorite. Both children and adults enjoy playing games. A person can continuously play games to the point of forgetting time and even forgetting the environmental conditions around him. The frequency of playing games can have an impact on a person's level of addiction to games. However, not everyone is aware that they have this type of gaming addiction. Therefore, a study was conducted to identify the types of game addiction behavior. Expert systems are usually used for consultation, analysis, diagnosis and help make decisions. So we need a system that can help solve this problem in the form of an expert system using the certainty factor (CF) method. This application is made using the Forward Chaining and Certainty Factor methods with the PHP and MySQL programming languages as the database. This research will produce an expert system application for diagnosing online game addiction with the output of the probable disease along with the percentage. It is hoped that by applying the forward chaining method and the certainty factor to online game addiction, so that decisions can be made precisely and accurately]]>

<![CDATA[PDF files are one of the document files that are classified as having sufficient size larger than other document files. Currently, the use of applications as information is increasing commonly used. But there is a problem that is often encountered, namely the need for a safe place great for storage. Therefore, compression is needed to reduce the size of the application data. Data compression is a process of converting a set of data into a form of code to reduce the need for data storage space. The Five Modulus method is wrong a data compression algorithm. To find out the results of the compression process is done through the ratio compression and space saving. The results to be known, the compression ratio and space saving. According to the test results The tests that were carried out show that the data that originally had a larger size can be very well compressed on the application of the Five Modulus method in compressing document files (PDF).]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan penderita penyakit terbanyak, dan salah satu penyakit yang banyak diderita oleh masyarakat Indonesia adalah penyakit Hepatitis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu menangani masalah kesehatan yang terjadi, maka dibuatlah sebuah sistem pakar diagnose penyakit hepatitis yang dapat diakses melalui website. Sistem pakar memerlukan sebuah input yaitu data mengenai kepastian munculnya sebuah gejala (MB) dan ketidakpastian munculnya sebuah gejala (MD) yang muncul jika pasien terkena suatu jenis Hepatitis yang akan diterapkan pada Puskesmas Sungai Sariak, Padang Pariaman. Sistem pakar yang dibuat dapat menghasilkan sebuah output berupa laporan hasil diagnosa dan dapat dijadikan acuan bagi dokter untuk menangani pasien secepatnya. Hasil dari contoh kasus yang didapatkan dari perhitungan sistem pada Pasien yang diperkirakan terkena penyakit (1). Hepatitis A dengan nilai CF = 82.5% , (2). Hepatitis E dengan nilai CF = 73.2% , ( 3). Hepatitis B dengan nilai CF = 61% , (4). Hepatitis E dengan nilai CF = 0% , (5). Hepatitis E dengan nilai CF = 0%. Untuk menentukan perkiraan penyakit utama yang diderita pasien, maka dapat disimpulkan dari hasil perhitungan nilai CF tertinggi, yaitu penyakit Hepatitis A.]]>
