Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in meeting the needs of society, creating jobs, and increasing foreign exchange earnings. However, the lack of understanding of how to prepare financial statements in accordance with accounting standards makes MSMEs less aware of the benefits of financial statements. This study aims to implement and determine the results of the implementation of accounting and its compliance with the SAK EMKM in catfish farming businesses. A descriptive method with a qualitative approach was used in this study. Data was collected through interviews and observations, using primary and secondary data. The results of the study showed that catfish farming businesses have simple records only regarding income and expenses. After the implementation of the study, financial statements based on SAK EMKM, including transaction lists, general journals, ledgers, trial balances, balance sheets, and income statements, were proven to be implemented well.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the application of management functions in curriculum management at the senior secondary school level in Sleman Regencies, namely: (1) curriculum planning; (2) organization and implementation of the curriculum; (3) curriculum evaluation; and (4) curriculum development. The research method used is a qualitative method with inductive descriptive data analysis techniques and source triangulation to check the validity of the data. Data collection was carried out using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and examining relevant documents. The research results provide an illustration that the application of management functions in curriculum governance will provide good results for the quality of education and learning. The governance is: (1) curriculum planning begins with a needs analysis and efforts to fulfill the needs of students both by the school in the form of an education unit level curriculum, and by teachers in the form of lesson plans/teaching modules; (2) the organization and implementation of the curriculum is carried out by distributing tasks and responsibilities to teachers and school staff, providing clear directions to students and teachers, facilitating learning activities, and creating an environment that is conducive to learning; (3) curriculum evaluation, involving regular monitoring and evaluation to ensure that the curriculum runs as planned; and (4) curriculum development, which is an ongoing process to ensure that the curriculum remains relevant, effective, and in line with student needs and educational developments.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research was to find out the results of the interest analysis of class V students at SDN Karangbale 01 towards science lessons before the implementation of song media, to find out the results of the analysis of interest of class V students at SDN Karangbale 01 towards science lessons after the application of song media, to find out the influence of song media. on students' learning interest in science lessons. The research method uses experimental methods with quasi-experimental types and quantitative approaches. The design in this research is One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population in this study was all students at SDN Karangbale 01, while the sample in this study used a saturated sampling technique, so the sample used in this study was all students in class V, totaling 15 students. The results of this research are the results of the analysis of student interest before the application of song media, categorized as medium at 80% with a frequency of 12, and the high category at 20% with a frequency of 3, while the results of the analysis of student interest before the application of song media are categorized as high with a medium category of 47% with a total frequency of 7, and the high category is 53% with a total frequency, and there is an influence of song media on students' interest in learning. This was obtained from the results of the T Test using Paired samples t Test by comparing the Sig. (2-talled) < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and compare value > (4.608 > 2.14). This shows that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so the hypothesis states "song media influences students' interest in learning". Keywords: Song media, interest in learning

Abstract

Mustofa Bisri's poems are known as polite, grammatical and subtle. With an arrangement of structures that form a series of beautiful and meaningful words. Apart from having high aesthetics and being full of meaning to be expressed to the reader, this poem is also an outpouring of the author's heart through its building blocks, namely the physical structure and inner structure. Each poem contains a message which is the result of the author's expression and creativity. This research will examine the elements of imagery contained in the poem "Di Negeri Envelope" by Musthofa Bisri. The method used in this research is the qualitative descriptive method. The results of the research show that the imagery elements in the poem 'Di Negeri Envelope' by Musthofa Bisri include visual images, auditory images and tactile images.

Abstract

This research is entitled Student Perceptions of Guidance and Counseling Services at SMPN 1 Malausma, Majalengka Regency. The problem in this study is that the role of the counselor in Guidance and Counseling in schools is seen as a special teacher for students who have problems and still sticks with most students. Students perceive that every student who is called into the Guidance and Counseling room is a problem student. The purpose of this study is to explain students' perceptions of good and correct Guidance and Counseling services in schools. The method used by the guidance and counseling teacher and the efforts made by the guidance and counseling teacher in providing an understanding of Guidance and Counseling services to students of SMPN 1 Malausma, Majalengka Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach, while the data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation, with the research subjects being students of SMPN 1 Malausma, Majalengka Regency. The results showed that students' perceptions of Guidance and Counseling services students assumed that the guidance and counseling teacher was often angry (negative) and thought that the counseling teacher gave directions to students who had problems (positive), this was due to the level of counseling services to students The low one.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of contextual teaching and learning on students' learning outcomes in Indonesian language class IV. This type of research was an experimental research of one group pretest-posttest design with the research sample, namely all fourth grade students with contextual teaching and learning learning model. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it can be seen from the average posttest value obtained from student learning achievement after applying the contextual teaching and learning learning model. The average value of the pretest before using the contextual teaching and learning learning model was 61.25. After using the contextual teaching and learning learning model, the average value was 76.66. So that the results of the prettest and posttest values can be concluded that the posttest value is greater than the prettest, so the contextual teaching and learning learning model has an effect in improving the learning outcomes of grade IV students in Indonesian language learning.

Abstract

The advancement of Information Technology (IT) and its integration with Artificial Intelligence (AI) has brought about a major transformation in the modern business world. This study aims to comprehensively examine the role of IT and AI in improving business process efficiency, using a literature study approach and global case analysis. The results of the study show that the implementation of AI-based IT systems can automate routine processes, accelerate decision-making, and improve service accuracy. Case studies from companies such as Amazon, Siemens, and JP Morgan Chase show significant operational time savings, cost reductions, and increased customer satisfaction. The discussion also covers implementation challenges such as infrastructure readiness, data quality, and HR competency. This study recommends a gradual strategy in technology adoption, strengthening digital literacy, and an ethical approach in utilizing AI to ensure sustainable efficiency. These findings can be a strategic reference for organizations that want to accelerate digital transformation and increase competitiveness in the industrial era 4.0.
