Abstract

This research is based on the existence of a theory of material analysis offered by William Francis Mackey, which the author examined by looking at the teaching materials of the book "Qowȃ'id Al-Lughoh Al-'Arabiyyah" as a comparison of material analysis, the reason the author took this book, because this book is a textbook aimed at students, especially at UIN KH. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan in the learning stages in lectures. Based on the background of the problem above, the problems can be formulated as follows: how is the suitability of the selection of material for the book "Qowȃ'id Al-Lughoh Al-'Arabiyyah" by Muhammad Yusron in 2022?, how is the suitability of the gradation of the material for the book "Qowȃ'id Al-Lughoh Al-'Arabiyyah" by Muhammad Yusron in 2022?, how is the suitability of the presentation of the material for the book "Qowȃ'id Al-Lughoh Al-'Arabiyyah" by Muhammad Yusron in 2022?, how is the suitability of the repetition of the material for the book "Qowȃ'id Al-Lughoh Al-'Arabiyyah" by Muhammad Yusron in 2022?. This study aims to analyze the quality of the book "Qowȃ'id Al-Lughoh Al-'Arabiyyah" based on Mackey's textbook compilation theory in terms of selection (selection of material), gradation (organization of material), presentation (presentation of material) and repetition (sharpening of material) in the book. This study uses a type of library research (Library Research) and the approach used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use documentary study techniques or data collection techniques through documents, journal notes, books, theses and others obtained from libraries that contain the information sought to then be classified according to the research object needed. The data analysis technique in this study uses content analysis. The results of this study show similarities with the theory put forward by William Francis Mackey, namely that it has fulfilled (1) good selection, because the arrangement of the material is in accordance with the objectives, the level of student proficiency and the length of a language learning program, (2) good gradation, because the presentation of the material prioritizes simple rules that are more useful than complex rules, (3) the presentation used in the material is a differential procedure, an intensive procedure, a pictorial procedure and a context procedure, and (4) repetition is found in the form of repetition of reading skills and writing skills.

Abstract

This study is a descriptive study with a survey method that aims to determine the profile of students' social adjustment based on gender at SMK PGRI Jatiwangi in the 2020/2021 academic year. This study uses library research so that the existing data is a detailed collection of various literature studies related to the theme of social adjustment in various fields and problems and their solutions. It was concluded that the problem of social adjustment certainly has a solution, namely how a guidance and counseling teacher provides treatment that does not make students bored while experiencing various problems, especially in the environment of students who experience mental changes in high school / vocational schools. The results of the thesis research entitled Profile of Students' Social Adjustment Based on Gender at SMK PGRI Jatiwangi obtained the results of handling and how BK teachers deal with existing problems, especially in the field of social adjustment, both for male and female genders.

terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y) pada perangkat desa di Kecamatan Cipatat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 125 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi dan motivasi kerja secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Uji t menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel X₁ dan X₂ berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Y, dengan nilai t hitung (6.817) dan (8.687) > t tabel (1.98). Uji F juga menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan dengan F hitung (12.843) > F tabel (3.07), yang mengindikasikan bahwa kedua variabel independen secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Dengan demikian, peningkatan komunikasi dan motivasi kerja dapat menjadi strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perangkat desa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh gaya hidup dan literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa melalui pendekatan studi literatur. Perilaku konsumtif di kalangan mahasiswa menjadi fenomena yang semakin meningkat seiring dengan perkembangan gaya hidup modern dan rendahnya kesadaran pengelolaan keuangan. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis artikel ilmiah dari jurnal nasional dan internasional yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup yang cenderung hedonis dan mengikuti tren berdampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan perilaku konsumtif. Sementara itu, literasi keuangan berperan penting sebagai pengendali dalam perilaku konsumsi. Mahasiswa dengan literasi keuangan yang baik cenderung lebih rasional dan bijak dalam mengelola keuangannya. Kedua variabel, gaya hidup dan literasi keuangan, secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif, dengan literasi keuangan memiliki potensi untuk menekan dampak negatif gaya hidup yang konsumtif. Kajian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya edukasi literasi keuangan di lingkungan perguruan tinggi sebagai upaya preventif untuk mengurangi perilaku konsumtif berlebihan di kalangan mahasiswa.

Abstract

The increasing number of boarding students reflects broader educational demands that require adolescents to live away from their families. Boarding students often encounter different psychosocial environments than family-living students, which may shape their experiences of stress and social support. This study aimed to examine the association between perceived stress and social support among boarding students. A cross-sectional quantitative design was employed with 295 participants recruited from senior high schools. Data were obtained using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) and the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS). Statistical analyses showed that boarding students reported significantly higher stress compared to family-living students, t(293) = -4.215, p < .001. Stress was negatively associated with social support, r = -.472, p < .001, indicating that students with higher support tended to experience lower stress. These findings underscore the importance of fostering supportive networks for adolescents living away from home. Practical implications suggest that schools and caregivers can implement targeted programs to strengthen social resources, thereby promoting student well-being in boarding settings.

Abstract

This research is entitled Student Perceptions of Guidance and Counseling Services at SMPN 1 Malausma, Majalengka Regency. The problem in this study is that the role of the counselor in Guidance and Counseling in schools is seen as a special teacher for students who have problems and still sticks with most students. Students perceive that every student who is called into the Guidance and Counseling room is a problem student. The purpose of this study is to explain students' perceptions of good and correct Guidance and Counseling services in schools. The method used by the guidance and counseling teacher and the efforts made by the guidance and counseling teacher in providing an understanding of Guidance and Counseling services to students of SMPN 1 Malausma, Majalengka Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach, while the data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation, with the research subjects being students of SMPN 1 Malausma, Majalengka Regency. The results showed that students' perceptions of Guidance and Counseling services students assumed that the guidance and counseling teacher was often angry (negative) and thought that the counseling teacher gave directions to students who had problems (positive), this was due to the level of counseling services to students The low one.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of contextual teaching and learning on students' learning outcomes in Indonesian language class IV. This type of research was an experimental research of one group pretest-posttest design with the research sample, namely all fourth grade students with contextual teaching and learning learning model. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it can be seen from the average posttest value obtained from student learning achievement after applying the contextual teaching and learning learning model. The average value of the pretest before using the contextual teaching and learning learning model was 61.25. After using the contextual teaching and learning learning model, the average value was 76.66. So that the results of the prettest and posttest values can be concluded that the posttest value is greater than the prettest, so the contextual teaching and learning learning model has an effect in improving the learning outcomes of grade IV students in Indonesian language learning.
